I came to order a cookie cake last night 10-23 kind of last minute. The woman working was polite and accommodating. I was running last minute tasks to prepare for a birthday. Time ran a little (not much longer) late, I came back to check progress understandably as a rush had come in. I watched her take careful care of guests that came in and she worked so vigilantly to get our cake done and to expectations. The joy on all our faces of the specialty cake design was so worth coming to your location. Thank you for the best birthday cookie cake!!!The worker I could tell was busy but she handled it so well and our cake was perfect. Good job guys!

My son requests a cookie cake for his birthday every year and has for many years. This year was no exception, except this year’s cookie tasted OUTSTANDING! Everything about it was perfect. Everyone that had a piece asked which great American cookie store I got it from. This one was the best tasting cookie we have ever had.

This place is a hidden gem! Sally was fantastic and made us a custom designed cookie while we waited. Sally was very personable and made the experience very enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Same Great American Cookie place its always been with marble slab ice cream. How could you go wrong. Only comment was that only one person was working so it was slow, but good.

My favorite Great American Cookie store, by FAR! Such excellent customer service. The staff is always willing to help and accommodate all our needs as last minute as they may be. Their products are top notch and always fresh and come with a serving smile. Best store in the area, definitely recommend.

Went in last night for some ice cream with my wife and her mango sherbet didn't taste right. I thought it was the odd looking granola she added to it so we went back and asked for a new scoop minus the granola powder. I was willing to pay for it since I thought it was the granola and did, but even then it didn't taste right and she said it just wasn't right, the consistency was off and maybe it was just a bad batch. But after paying for it and voicing the issue, the employees didn't show any interest in responding to the concern so we left. $12 later, no ice cream for my wife.

They did an excellent job on my Husband’s birthday cookie cake, it was beautiful & delicious! & I love the curbside pickup, great for me as a busy momma. Will definitely be back.

It does get busy but staff is so friendly and welcoming 😇 I can't remember the workers name but she is a great conversationist and is a very welcoming attitude 10/10 for her💗

This is the worst location I have been to, which is sad because it’s new. I have been to this location multiple times and every time was disappointing. The cookies are always rock hard, the staff is rude, and they are always out of everything. I’m done wasting my time and money with them.

The cake decorator at this location is a doll! She has helped me with a couple of cakes and her work is phenomenal. So thankful for her and her friendly service!

Spent nearly $20 yesterday at this store and all the cookies and treats tasted like cleaning products. We ended up throwing them all away. I can appreciate cleanliness during this time, but when food tastes like Fabuloso, it’s a no go.

We are regular customers but I do not know for how long! There is this rude girl that seems to wait on customers who seems to not care how she handles or cares about what the customers want!It was my birthday on June 18th, my family went there to grab our usual that evening around 7 - 7:30 and this girl was just very rude to my children; once again it happened, we had the same encounter with this girl on June 21st around the same time who was not only rude to us but rude to one of the other co-workers who seems to be fairly new and was trying her best to accommodate us, so thank you to this new girl!I am hoping the manager or owner will do something soon and have a talk with this young lady. (Do not know the names but hoping time and date will help)

Hours of operation says 11-9 on Sunday- at 11:24 walked in and the manager/owner/ whomever said sorry but we don’t open until 12. I said oh I could have sworn it said 11 on your door. He gave me a sarcastic smile/look and said no we don’t open until 12. I’m literally looking at the door and it says 11-9.. maybe wanna change the sign on your door— just a suggestion... but after reading the other reviews I’m not surprised....

Harley at Spring Branch location was very helpful! She already had several orders to fill for cookie cakes and she still took and completed my order anyway right on time. She was the only one working and designing cakes, but she still kept me updated on the status of my order and designed it like we wanted! Thank you Harley for your hard work!
