I came here to get medication refilled as a veteran. I gave them the instructions on how to bill the VA. The pharmacist said ‘that’s gonna take me about 30 minutes to figure out.’ The instructions were on the card that with the exact billing codes that she needed. Super easy. Also, very rude and disrespectful. I understand some of these processes with billing are not easy, but they don’t need to take it out on the customer.

The store manager is exceptional! He helped me at checkout and then put together my crutches for me and sized them so that I could use them right away to leave the store and get back to my car. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This pharmacy has repeatedly let me down and impeded my family’s access to urgent prescriptions. They made multiple decisions on our behalf that slowed down antibiotics for a serious bacterial infection that my toddler had. They decided it was too expensive, that the doctor should choose another option, and then that it shouldn’t be ordered because it was a special order. We never received the prescription. On several other occasions they did not “receive “ the prescription, but the doctors triple checked that it was sent in correctly. All around terrible service, especially when you really, truly need it.

This CVS location is my go to pharmacy! I literally drive 30 minutes (an hour round trip) because the pharmacy staff here is kinder and faster than any other CVS in my area!

Everyone is very nice and helpful. I love that they have a pharmacy drive-thru. They text me when my orders are ready for pick-up. I can shop online. They can mail my orders. I can get my flu shot and get free Covid tests.

CVS it was a good place to visit and yes they do have good products and I had no trouble getting things done getting my medicine filled and the people were nice helpful with everything they can help me with they have a Rewards program card that was Savion Pro extra things in the store to help you save more money so you can save as much as you can and the help everybody the nice clean store and it's easy to get in and out of it does have a drive-thru if you don't but it's a good place to go and get things done all the time so if you want to go there and get everything you need for drinks Cokes water laundry detergent candy like 100,000 bars scented the candy Cincinnati bars M&M's almond M&M's like some chocolate-covered cashews if I can find some and like Tums and baby aspirin sorry like aspirin for adult like 81 mg milligrams to milligrams good prices on them and it does help you with everything you need so let's see let's see everything get done this week on my prescriptions and thank you for helping me so much y'all are a good sport to go and visit so see you soon thank you so much and it is

I really hate cvs. I only use them because they own my health insurance company, Aetna so I am required to use cvs. That in itself is problematic and I think part of the reason cvs has such consistently bad service. They know I have no choice but to use them. When I was uninsured I would call the different pharmacies to price prescriptions and cvs was always the highest priced sometimes double other chains, so I never used them until the last few years and it has consistently been a problem. They have given me and other members of my family the wrong number of pills on many occasions. I discovered this when I picked up a prescription with dosing instructions that said, "Take 1 tablet times a day for 7 days" It did not say how many times a day. I was about to call my dr when I thought hey I can just count the pills. There were 13 pills. I was supposed to take 2 a day for 7 days but they miscounted the pills and mislabeled the bottle. So we started counting pills in prescriptions and have discovered that at least 1 in 4 prescriptions are off by 1-3 pills. We have been given both too many and too few. The employees are generally rude and unfriendly when I'm picking up my husband's narcotic pain relievers but not so much when I'm picking up something for myself or one of our kids. There is an attitude we see from healthcare workers regularly when they find out he's on narcotics and honestly it's disgusting. Yes there is an opioid problem in this country no not everyone on opioids is an addict. If my husband's doctor feels he needs these medications I don't see what business the pharmacist has treating me like dirt because I happen to be the caregiver for a person with chronic pain. Especially when they are polite when they aren't made aware that sometimes I'm there to pick up narcotics.

This store was listed as 24 hrs. IT IS NOT! Now, because they will be closed tomorrow for Easter Sunday (which is cool), I now have to wait 2 days for my Rx. When I asked the clerk about the wrong posted hours she said in a smart tone,"The hours are on the door." Wow. Thanks Ms Helpful, like I can see those from my home. What a terrible experience. Never again with CVS.

Tried to cancel annoying robocall prescription refill. I was unable to get through the 800# the past 5 days. I Reached out to pharmacy and store manager and they would not assist. Stated I have to use the 800#. They could have tried to call for me to understand the issue.

BEWARE OF PHARMACISTName : David Moises CanoHe doesn’t only have an unprofessional aspect but He should not be vaccinating people, I went to get My Covid Vaccine ( Moderna) and When I enter in the little room they have for people to get vaccinated, He introduced the EMPTY syringe 💉 in my right arm ( just AIR) and Apologized after because it had nothing inside so then He discarded that syringe and needle and opened a new one and proceeded to fill it up with the Covid Vaccine; right now Im having a very bad skin reaction and fear that the first syringe was a used one. Im currently being taking care of my allergy reaction with a Dermatologist. Make yourself a favor and Do not get your vaccinations there (CVS Spring Branch, Texas)

My daughter is running a high fever tonight and I pulled up at 9:59pm to get her some medicine. I parked and there was a young male employee at the door. He watched me and when I put it in park he locked the door and scurried off. I would have been 2 minutes. I'm big on customer service and am appalled. I live out here and will never go back to CVS.

Tall young lady sweetheart so friendly.Lots of great products.The bathroom is so disgusting. I just walked right out. Commode was so dirty. Sink was clogged up. Floor was filthy.Makes me thing how filthy the rest of store is.

Visiting the Pharmacy at this location is always nice, as they have a very friendly staff, and fast with processing your orders. The only thing is I wish this location was open longer hours, or even better 24 hours, since none of the other pharmacy's with in the area are not 24 hours. I feel if they changed the hours to 24 hours, this store could pickup a great deal of additional business, especially the pharmacy department, as there is a large population out in this area, and all the people that live out here, have to drive all the way into San Antonio, 20 miles to get to a 24 hour pharmacy. CVS could take a lot of business from the other pharmacy in the area. i.e. HEB, Walgreens, and Walmart, all of these pharmacy close early.

This pharmacy is close to my house, so I have stopped in several times looking for various items that would typically be found at a drug store. Unfortunately, I have left the store empty-handed every time due to either high prices or unavailability of items. I have given up on trying to shop here, and now pass them up to go to Walmart or Walgreens.

This CVS location is a real convenient and quick go-to stop to get the things you need, fast and affordable. It's location can be a hassle during school/work let out times, but other than that the staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is kept clean!

The staff here is incredibly helpful, very respectful and kind, too! I think it was a manager and a cashier, I walked around for a bit clueless on where to find a couple items and the manager helped me find them and actually brought me to the aisle.

They messed up my prescription 2 months in a row and can't fix it. Don't use this location. They are useless. If my insurance worked anywhere else, I wouldn't use cvs at all.

Had a friend drop off 3 prescriptions 2 hours later I show up and they are just starting to fill the order I added another prescription came back an hour and a half later to the drive-thru and they were going to charge me twice as much so I went inside and told them I was on Medicare and wanted to use the GoodRx app which gives you discounts, I was watching the pharmacist Bill two or three orders and then hand it to the his help and they give it to customers outside through the drive-thru and I was in severe pain , which I had told them when I first got there that I needed pain pills, had to wait another 30 minutes for them to fix it through GoodRx then I got it half price
