4 stars only because they did not have the part. But they searched the entire hardware area.When I asked for 10 foot of culvert they were able to order.Much better than home depot. It was nice to get waited on.

I stopped in today for an item everyone is out of . Matt was very helpful even though his store didn't have what I wanted. He was extremely polite and explained to me that the item I wanted had been on back order for sometime , but he was hoping to have some soon. Instead of just letting walk out, he suggested an alternate direction which I didn't take, but after having stopped at 4 different retailers, he was the only person who tried to help me resolve my issue. Thank you Matt.

Caulking tubes all had a price of $6.99. Bought 3. Paid, then looked at receipt. Got charged $8.29 each plus tax. Pointed it out to cashier. He stated that they haven’t got around to switching the pricing on the racks. I asked if we’re supposed to take the hit for that. I was ignored after that. NEVER EVER AGAIN and would have returned those instantly except needed that color!

I went in there today cuz Home Depot was almost completely out of all PVC stuff. So I headed over to Craggs to see if they had any but not much luck there either. What I did quickly notice is they had a lot of stuff price cheaper than Home Depot. I didn't end up buying any Plumbing stuff but I spent about 50 bucks on other stuff. I've been trying to get a key made but at Home Depot I wait and wait and nobody shows up at the kiosk. at Craig's I got a key maker right there by the register and the guy had it for me in minutes. I also been looking for one of those big straw hats to wear out in the hot sun. every summer I usually pay 15 to $25 for one Craggs had it for less than $8. So I haven't been in that place in 20 years or so since they built Home Depot I don't really remember. I'll definitely be swinging by there more often.

Now they may mot have the biggest store or the newest gizmos in stock, but they have something far more important and priceless...Customer service. The young men who work there are profesional, friendly and above all else helpful. When the blue or orange store treats you badly, just dust off your cloke and head to Craggs.

Went there to get a price on a roll of field fence and 5' t-posts, was greeted by a friendly young man (early 20's) who asked what he could help me with and I said I was looking for a roll of field fence and some t-posts so he got out a book and told me what he had, so I asked for the price and he told me, although he seemed a little put off that I would ask. And because I had just started to compare prices I thanked him and told him I was doing some checking around, Well with that he exclaimed "Fine" and slammed the book close and then walked away. What can I say with employees like that I wont be doing business there, ever.

Horrible customer service. Tried to favor locally-owned businesses over big box national chains. I don't give this business 24 months. As soon as Lowe's moves to town to join Home Depot, they're done.

I like it here. They have more than just lumber. They even have rental power tools. The staff here are very polite and very professional. They are very helpful too. Nicely situated with easy sccess to State Hwy 46.

Just called this store to look for he said yeah I think we just got some in. So I asked how much is it he said he would have to look it up but it should be close to $50 a sheet. So I paused and waited because I thought he was looking it up. Then says hello you still there I was like yes sir he said it should be close to $50 a sheet. So I guess he didn't want to look it up

Went in looking for a security light for my yard. Went into department and couldn’t find what I was looking for. I went to the front to ask for help everyone walked past like they were really busy, couldn’t find the time to ask if I needed help. I walked around and walked out without any help. NEVER WILL GO BACK.!
