Usually a good place. New employees present a bit of a language barrier. Walked in, huge leak all over floor by cooler, items were over charged and deals advertised not given. Tried charging us 7$ for a 3$ order. Pizza slices were old and way over salted. Overall not a good experience. Waste of time and money

Went at 1920 hours on 26Dec23. Restroom was disgusting, completely filthy with flies. There was not even toilet paper. I asked the man at the cash register for some, when asked for paper so the seat can be cleaned and for children to use the restroom.... the man stood at the counter on his cell phone having a lengthy casual conversation. I finally told him I'll just grab the toilet pair off the shelf and went to go grab some when he finally hung up with whoever he was talking to attend the restroom. Displeased.

Older female employee with shoulder length dark hair & highlights yelled for people in the bathrooms to hurry up, one of which was my five year old son. Who like her had to wait to use the restroom, but clearly had more manners because he wasn’t yelling at anyone. She proceeded to the front of the store talking as if she was proud of the fact she yelled that to customers to other employees who laughed with her.Coolers were not cold. Customer service aside from that was still bad. Wouldn’t suggest this store to anyone.

The new owners are super friendly, and they have already deep, cleaned the store and stocked everything up so much better than whoever was running it last!

Watching the change over has been amazing. The ladies that work there have handled the stress so well. From computer changes to compliance changes they always explain what's coming next. They even showed me how easy the mobile check out is! I wish I could give Miss Brandi and her management team 10 stars!!

I've been at this 7 eleven a few times. The coffee bar is messy and alot of times no fresh coffee or creamers. Cold coffee (Starbucks, dunking, store brand ) is almost always out. Need to stock cooler hardly water and other drinks. Soda fountain area usually not stocked and messy. And they completely shut down for shiftchange. I worked at stripes and 7 eleven. No need to shut down for shift change. Sales and gas will roll over to next shift. However the employees are super nice and helpful and patient.

Went earlier today (2:20pm)to buy lottery ticket, the cashier was alone and the line was very long. A couple of the customers were very rude and impatient but the cashier kept her cool and got her job done. She was very friendly and smiling (at least it seemed like it under the mask). I stop in at this Valero (7 11) often, they are always friendly and helpful

You can’t buy gas or lottery due to shift change and they do a shift change at 5pm when everyone is getting off work and heading home. Not worth the hassle of trying to time getting off work between their shift change. Not much convenience. Wont return.

Besides not having the whipped cream and marshmallows at the coffee station is a good store but the bathrooms usually stink and the cash app services and check out tend to fail. Had an atm still under stripes name even though it's now a seven 11.

Staff is extremely unhelpful and will not go out of their way for anybody asked for a propane exchange she just makes excuses for why she can’t make a propane exchange. But she can just stand around with nobody in the store.

Was in the store yesterday and the employees were talking to each other about shutting the gas pumps off for shift change and if people didn't like it they could just keep leaving bad reviews.

No cold coffee in sight. No canned cold coffees (monster, Starbucks, Dunkin etc) and their cold/nitro brew was out. It’s summer time in Texas. Gotta have that cold coffee 😑

There is not enough employees there is always a wait and the shelves are not stocked. Only go there when have no other choice. The girl who waited on me was very very nice.

Store us regularly out of common items. Closes for 30-45 minutes every time they have a shift change. Looks like it will be out of business soon at this rate.
