I have only good things to say and the utmost respect for Wendee, Lena and the rest of the crew. I rescued a hundred pound problem fur child with severe separation anxiety. It wasn’t his fault but I definitely needed some help. Wendee and her crew went out of their way to welcome us into the pack. The change in Koda is amazing. It’s a beautiful place and Koda looked forward to his ranch play days so much. He and I are both still works in progress but, thanks to the crew’s hard work and dedication, we are world’s better than the day we first walked through the gate. I highly, highly recommend A to Z. They truly care about the dogs.

Kathy took such wonderful care of Bella, our 7 month old Shihtzu. She sent us pictures and videos of Bella having a great time at her place and being treated just as if she were at home. Kathy got all of the feeding and sleeping instructions from us, which we appreciated since we didn't want to interrupt the sleep training we had been doing. But most of all she loved on our fur baby for 3 days while we were away. That's the most important. She really cared for her and we appreciate that so much. We thank her for from the bottom of our hearts for loving on our baby as if she were hers.

I love A to Z and so does our 5 year old boxer. He has stayed at the ranch multiple times over the past three years. He's always excited when we get to the ranch and he's eager to get behind the gate and see his friends. And, he always comes home happy. A neighbor and our vet recommended A to Z to us when we moved to the area. Wendee and her team are committed to providing a healthy, safe and fun environment. I feel confident leaving our "baby" at the ranch because I know he is in very good hands.

This place is a must "Go see for yourself and bring your furry friend along" place. It's located on some of the most beautiful hill country terrain, the entire place is so clean, all ranch hands are caring and attentive, I think it's just the most extremely loving doggy daycare out there...and to top it all off the entire place is 100% dog friendly!

My dog absolutely loves to go to A to Z for daycare. We've boarded him there once and the A to Z team did a great job caring for him. We love that the dogs get to socialize and play in a safe setting. Highly recommend!

Wonderful ownership and management. Very caring but safety protocols are in place. It will the first time we leave our fur-baby, Max (a one yr old Shih-tsu) at an overnight facility.I was looking for a fun, loving, Doggy-focused facility with indoor/outdoor activities. My comments are based on our Day Camp experience.No s about it, we are so grateful 💕 we found A to Z Dog Ranch!

The staff at the Ranch are all true Dog lovers. They kept our Buddy for a full month and he was so happy there. They sent us photos while we were gone and stayed in touch regularly by email. We have used their hospitality several times and will continue to take him there as needed. Great place!

Wow — you think you’ve seen great dog daycare/ boarding, then you try A to Z Dog Ranch and realize what you’ve been missing. In all aspects (staff, service, facilities, etc) it exceeds expectations. Over the past few years, we’ve sporadically boarded 3 dogs with them. One has daily meal meds for some health issue, another is older, and the third can be a handful on his own. But, we can rest assured that they’re taken care of at the ranch. Even if you have to do a bit of a drive to get there, A to Z Dog Ranch is definitely worth it.

By far the best place for your pup to roam and play while you are away. Structured and orderly schedule means the dogs have more fun and less annoyance. Such a great place. Just be sure to pay attention to the pickup and drop-off hours. I've been taking my dog here for a couple of years and I still make mistakes with this every once in awhile. Those hours are strict. They run a tight ship.

Wendy and all the staff at A to Z Dog Ranch AR great! They love, love, love dogs! I take my dog here for the day and he can play safely with other dogs and his temperament category for $27 a day. Worth every single penny and more.

The Only place we would ever leave our Pup! Unfortunately, we lost our beloved German Shorthaired Pointer after 9 wonderful years. But the last few years of Jenny's life was full of fun and play when we would leave her at "A to Z" during those extended vacations and business trips. Wendee and her staff is just amazing. Her love for all dogs is evident from the very first time we drove our dog to the dog ranch for a "meet and greet!" This team of professionals strives to ensure that your dog is placed within just the right play group to ensure that it will fit in comfortably and have a safe fun time. Oh, and the pick up and drop off service was fantastic. Our dog actually learned that when that van pulled in the driveway, "her" vacation had begun! This past year we finally felt it was time to add a new dog to our family. I'm looking forward to getting her involved in everything that "A to Z" has to offer including playdays and extended stays when we must be away from home. Thank you Wendee and crew for all the love and care you show to all furry family members!

Good in the beginning. Very appealing is the space and property which the dogs can roam, but as we continued to go back we picked up our dog a few times smelling of urine and feces which would most likely indicate that they were kenneled for who knows how long.The only downside is that there’s no surveillance or monitoring equipment for owners, so unfortunately you don’t know how much time or how often your doggo is even outside as opposed to the kennel.The first time our dog came home smelling like urine I thought well maybe he just got it on himself, but the next time there was feces caked on with the same smell of urine as well. Even if they spend minimal time in the kennels that doesn’t speak well to putting our dog in a kennel with dog excrement.Maybe would reconsider and recommend if there were some way of really knowing, but even the facility is blocked off from view, which would be okay, but unlike other various facilities at least they allow you to confirm and check on your dogs whereabouts.The last thing anyone wants, is to find out your paying for a service, just for your dog to sit in a kennel all day and even worse have to wash your dog off from urine and feces.To each their own, but that was our unfortunate experience.

It was out first time to board our almost 7 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. We tried them out a few months prior to an extended trip that didn't allow our beloved to travel along with us, so we tried the doggie-daycare first. It went fabulously. I got the "bye Mom" treatment when we arrived the second time. (In a previous city location we dragged him in for a play-day. He seemed so nervous, then we said, "no thanks", and left.)He had a fantastic time during his 16-day stay. The door to door service was really appreciated. You don't have to make the trip to Spicewood and it is well worth the additional fee. Occasional updates from the doggie-dude ranch was a nice treat for us. I would highly recommend Wendee and her staff. For me, the "bye Mom" treatment is what you want.
