What a difference 11 months has made. We had a bad experience previously... Today was a complete 180. The employees were very nice, they made sure we were taken care of. Food was out fast and clean inside. Newer table and chairs. I dunno what changes were made but they are definitely noticeable!Parking: Painted well. Clear handicap spots

I've been to this location several times with a month or so in between times thinking they would get their act together. Each time the orders were either wrong or overcooked. Once we got someone else's order completely.Today may be the last time I go. We ordered 2 dude combos and a Jr cheese burger. They asked "do you want every thing on them?" Yes, please! Order arrives with no vegetables anywhere and no cheese on the burger. We sent it back and they said, "oh, we are out of vegetables.' That would have been good to know while we were ordering. I would have made a different choice. Even overcooked steak fingers would be better because of the Gravy. And here's a novel idea! Walk across the street and buy some lettuce and tomatoes from the local grocer! It's the only burger in town for dinner which is a shame. Won't be going back!

I waited at the drive-thru menu for over ten minutes without being helped. I saw two workers inside and only one vehicle in the parking lot. After I gave up, I drove past the window to see a man behind the cash register playing on his phone. It honestly felt like they didn’t want my business, just wanted me to leave them alone.

I believe the staff may have been new but they shouldn't have been left alone. My chicken strips were served burnt along with cold fries, un toasted "toast" & watered down gravy. They were repeatedly having to apologize to several patrons who had messed up orders as well. They def need some more training. I love DQ & hope to visit again soon & have a great experience like previous times.

This place needs help from on high. Dining room tables and floors are not clean. To call the food mediocre would be paying it a compliment. DQ locations in Fritch and Canadian are much nicer. Worst DQ In the Panhandle I am sure of it.

Wish zero stars was possible its faster waiting for chistmas than your food ordered my food through window told me to wait up front after 30ish min got mad I was able to order pizza hut and they had my food ready before dqOn top of slow service they seem to have a inability to answer the phone the best service they could provide would be closing the doors permanently if staff is unable to execute the most minuscule tasks

I called my order in. Had to sit in line for 20 minutes while 4 cars in front of me placed their orders on the grill and got them. Needless to say my food was cold when I got home. The order was wrong, my husband had to eat a child’s size hamburger! The kids that work the window do not care, they take care of their friends first. The manger was not their! Horrible!!

I waited in line for 20 min ordered and was told they were running behind and was asked to park out front. Not an issue but when I got home with my food it was all wrong. I tried calling but couldn’t get through and wasn’t going to go back and wait even longer.

This store used to be a place that I used to love going to as a kid, it’s changed ALOT, for the worst, from an employee that had the biggest attitude, to cold food that taste like it’s been left out a while, it’s needs stricter management!!

drive through is ridiculous. never answer the phone because half the time it’s unplugged. if there was more options in this town I’d never eat here.

It's a Dairy Queen...what else can you say. If there was a Braum's in Spearman I would have gone there instead. The Spearman Dairy Queen prices seem to be even higher than the prices at the Stinnett Dairy Queen. Not a great value for what you get.
