Excellent service and very friendly and helpful employees.After explaining what I was looking for I was taken to a work station I watched as the gentleman helping me generated a 3D moveable diagram. He asked me several questions and adjusted the rendering accordingly. When I left the store I knew everything about the product I was inquiring about. All the employees I encountered were extremely gracious. They thanked for my business and surprisingly thanked for my time. Great store, selections and service!

The store is stocked with many useful items to be used on a daily basis. I've purchased many items here, and have had little, if any, problems with the merchandise.The store personnel seem to be helpful, and are willing to assist, when possible.Their prices are a little high for many items, and the store tends to be limited in variety with other items.Overall, it's a good store for finding that something to fill a need.

I have never shopped in the container store before but had heard a lot about it. Today I stopped in and two hours later I realized why people talk it up so much. Clean and organized perfectly. The stock is wonderful and some items are even a little goofy. Overall I cannot wait to come again!

Found what I was looking for. So glad a store was nearby. I had found something in the online store, but when I visited the store, I found a better product to purchase. There was lots of inventory to choose from.

I would’ve gave 5 stars given how clean the store was and how polite the ladies were in the store but unfortunately when I was checking out one of the hangars rang up more than what they were tagged as. The cashier tells me he will go check and when he comes back he informs me that they were placed in the wrong spot (there was a rack full in that spot) and so I asked if he was still going to change the price due to that being their error. He wanted to go back and forth so I just paid but just know that you need to double check what you pick up because they have things in the wrong area. It’s not my job as a paying customer to check skus. Beige hangers

Products are great but the cashier is rude, pushy, and adds on some rude if you did not first take notice the first time.Script:Cashier "Do you have a number with us?"Me "No I do not and I am not interested in signing up"Cashier "But if you sign up you can get 10% off..."Me "No thank you"Cashier "If you give us your email and phone number you will be able to return things, if you don't you will need to bring the receipt"Me "I am not interested for any purpose, and I would like to check out please"Cashier "That's weird, Don't you like email coupons or something?"Need I say more??? I will avoid this location and I will take my business elsewhere.

We've been shopping at this Container Store for many years now, and the service and selection is always great.While you can probably beat their prices on some of the plastic containers and small items by shopping at Walmart or Amazon, I'd recommend the Container Store for shelving and closet organizer build projects, as they have trained staff with design software and the expertise to help you buy the right pieces the first time.

I love how organized the store is, how freindly and helpful they all are. They have lots of different ideas to create you space. My one complaint is they used to have more rolling kitchen islands and just so much more of a variety. It a lot of the same things. But it is a nice store.

I love this store. I just can't buy everything I want. Always clean and (ha) well organized. The employees are pleasant and helpful. The prices are a little high for my income, but they have things I can't find anywhere else, yet need.. I am grateful for the Container Store.

this has been our go-to container store location but recently had a bad experience here with checkout lady "Miranda"i don't understand what her problem is, if it's just that she does not like her job, or has a problem with my gf in particular, but when my gf was checking out yesterday, Miranda apparently was very unhappy about it and in addition to making sure my gf knew she was upset, she also said multiple things to my gf that were unprofessional and uncalled fori don't know what the issue is with Miranda, but she needs to direct her hostilities somewhere other than at the customer.

They have everything you need and things you didn't know you needed. Check pricing against Amazon. The associate walking to the store offering assistance and the checkout associate were very helpful and friendly. Parking was busy but the store was not.

I love this store. Great coupons if you're on their email list, and they don't send a bunch of emails like other companies do. The employees are always helpful and knowledgeable and generally just nice people which is great if you're not sure exactly what you need. Love their Tupperware and reusable snack bags!

They only have one register open at the other side of the entrance. Workers stand around talking with each other like they are so busy while I'm lost trying to find something specific. It was an okay experience but overall overwhelming. Also the cash register person was nice nasty meaning she came off an inauthentic in wanting to ring me up and it was obvious. They might need a bit of sensitivity training at minimum.

I have always loved the container store. It was never inexpensive, but their selection and great customer service made it a great place to shop. I've been fishing my last couple of visits in their selection, their poor organization, and especially their customer service. I'm sure I'll have to return their occasionally, but it is no longer my "go to" place.

I honestly couldn’t begin to express how thankful I am for Tiffany!! She sat there and helped me so much trying to figure my purchase out. Went above and beyond to help me out and get everything figured out. Great customer service at the store!! I never review places on google- but she definitely deserved the shout out!

To tell the truth I worked at this store back in 2006. Not to brag or anything but I was an awesome employee. I had no conflict with management or coworkers, I loved the customers (I had no issues with them) and I worked my tail off. I also got to work 15 minutes early prior to clocking in everyday. One day I washed my hands after using the restroom and I decided to dry them on my apron we wore as opposed to grabbing paper towels because I was in a hurry to get back to work and forgot to grab some. My manager was completely irritated at me and she yelled at me in front of customers "What do you think you are doing!!" I kept my composure long enough to cry in a deserted isle after she lashed out at me. A week later I was working the register and she threw the intercom at me to make an announcement. I was in a special speech class all throughout grade school and talking on the intercom scared me more than anything, it also didn't help that this manager also scared me to death. Without hesitation I made the announcement but stuttered in the process. I was fired on the spot. Absolutely no reason was given for my termination and I had only been working for a month and a half. Besides that I have never even been close to being fired from any job my entire life. I am now happily employed as an RN at medical city north hills, I have been there for 9 years and I love every minute of my job. Thank you Linda for inspiring me to only work with employers that respect... people!

This store is the worst. I ordered some items for contactless pickup and called several times with NO answer. I ended up having to go into the store where they told me they had no such order. I was really upset cause they had taken my credit card info. I ended up speaking with the manager where she located my items. What was to be simple easy SAFE order for curbside pickup ended up 20 mins of a goat rope. How does the store stay in business!
