Found what I have been needing in a leash for some time now. Clean store. Ver clean. Watched associate clean up a pet mess on the floor in a timely manner. Every associate we're being professionally kind to each other. Got good clearance find. I didn't need fish but the aquarium section was so nice that I spent close to 30 minutes just taking pictures and admiring. Whoever put together the aqua section is top notch decorator and care taker. Very clean and humane and conditions.

Everyone here is so nice we're looking forward to getting obedience training for our little dog. We like that they had a rescue on site that we could find a new dog from Lost Paws Rescue. We are enjoying our new dog. The trainer for the obedience training and her partner are very nice and seem to be very knowledgeable. Many people said they come from far away just to get obedience training through this particular trainer. This is probably one of the better PetSmart locations I've been to as well. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Well, I want to start with the hiccup that occurred. I was running tab bit late (maybe 5 mins). I called to let them know I was almost and apologized or my tardiness. The young that (🤦🏾‍♀️ I forgot her name) answered said she didn't see my appointment. Well, of course, I was surprised. I told her I made it online and I even remembered the name of the stylist. At first, she offered me a later appointment which I was not able to attend. She asked me to hold on and let her check something. When she came back she stated come on in we will take Miracle (that's my pooche name). I must have yelled thank you, thank you so loud. I ran in and we did the check-in in and all was good. The fact that they were willing to correct the issue was above and beyond great customer service. They could've easily turned me away, and my little miracle was beautiful when I picked her up.

Awesome, dog friendly (obviously!). We stop by regularly to pick out treats, and jump on the scale. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. We haven't tried the boarding facility, but when there are dogs in the play area, they always seem happy and well supervised.

Petsmart is my go-to for cat food and supplies. Free store is easy to navigate when you're looking for your pet supplies. A staff member is usually not far away if you have a question and they are eager to help. Checking out is usually pretty quick because they will open new registers when more that two or three customers are waiting. This is helpful because huge bags of cat food and kitty litter can get heavy.

I come to this PetSMart many times to buy my rabbit’s food so the store itself is really good. Unfortunately It’s the grooming salon I have a little issue with. I took my dog for a bath on 2/17/2024 at 3:30 PM and everything was going great.. my dog was super clean and smelled good. Now I asked for them to clip her nails. I get my dog back with dried blood on several nails. I understand we all make mistakes and what not what is upsetting is when I spoke to the women in there about it to basically let her know and to be careful next time and just the way the two women responded was upsetting. They were avoiding eye contact with me, they brushed it off as if it was nothing. My dog is everything to me and seeing 3+ nails with dry blood means she was in some type of pain. A little more compassion would be nice and please be careful next time when cutting nails on the dogs. Thank you!

My dog was so stinky! I hadn’t bathed him in two weeks and then he had daycamp! Erin took great good care of that… My Weimeraner is soft as velvet and her nail grinding was perfect! He’s a service animal so I really appreciate this! Thank you Erin!

I have been visiting this location for a number of years. The staff is always attentive and friendly. During my last visit, my pet's annual check up, the staff answered my questions and recommendations on concerns I shared about my pet. I would recommend them highly.

Staff we're helpful. Banfield was helpful with my cat prescription. We use the Pet Hotel at this location & love it. Our dog is well taken care of & the staff follow our dietary instructions.

Worst store I’ve been to for petsmart. We bought three birds and all three past away within a month. We have four birds that we bought elsewhere and they are 4 years old, I would not purchase any birds here, they tel you that if something happens in a month you can bring them back but when you go back they do not honor it.

We used to love this groomer, but recently tried to take our dog for his normally scheduled appointment. They waited for us to drive in to tell us his rabies shot was expired(would have been nice to be told this before coming in), so we made a same day appointment to our vet who said his shots were good for another few months, but we got them anyway since we had set an appointment with the groomer for the next day. Then we drove back the next day and they refused to groom him and told us our pup had to wait another 48-72 hours since he just got shots that they requested (and mind you THEY set the next appointment for. If they knew this was policy why would they make that appointment?)Just completely unprofessional, they lack customer service and obviously are not properly trained on how to set up appointments based on their own policies.

They were fast, did a great job but they could have cleaner areas, floor was with scattered dog fur at almost each station when we should up, thought they just finished and didn't have chance to clean up? When we came back to to pick up our dog , the messeyness was still there! And they saidvitcwasca slow day? Sobtgey had time to clean up. Oh and there pet hotel, looks great, were going to use them for sure. All in all we always use them and always do a great job with our dog.

There were kittens that I was looking to adopt, and one of the workers wasn't the nicest about telling us adoption hours were over. Definitely didn't want to work there. Our adoption helper the next morning wasn't incredibly nicer than the lady the day before. I believe they treat the animals pretty decent, but y'all need to be nicer to your people 😂 Love my cat though

Pretty neat place. Very organized. Great pets hotel. I send there my dog every time I'm out on vacation. She always comes back happy, tired, and full of joy. Very recommended for pets and for buying pets or toys for pets.

Took my fur-baby for a full groom(1st time in this location) and he has been suffering from diarrhea since we picked him and poor thing was trembling in fear. We never had this issue at other petsmart locations. Had to rush to the vet coz he has been suffering a lot. The vet confirmed it to be a result from the stress caused by grooming 🙄… not sure how he was treated by the groomers in this locationNever going back there!!!

I’ve taken my labradoodle here a handful of times to get groomed and it’s been decent. This last time, my dog came home and that evening started throwing up. She couldn’t hold food down for three days straight. Finally, after spending $1,000 at the vet they told us she caught something at the groomers.

One of the best petsmarts in the DFW area! From the petshotel to the grooming salon, these amazing workers have kept up the quality of animal service (at least for a pet store). I recently took my cats to be boarded and the lady at the front was very approachable and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable leaving my pets with them for the day. I also signed my cat up for grooming in the salon. While me cat isn't the most feral of cats, he certainly does get anxious in such situations which is something I made sure to note with the grooming staff. They took extra care to make sure he was comfortable and when I picked him up, he felt so soft and smelled amazing. (Cats do not need grooming by nature but as he is long haired, I didn't see any harm in doing so during the hot summer)Would recommend visiting, especially if you have cats 🐈

The hotel was ok but expensive. I paid to have my dog cut and then washed for pickup at 130pm. When I got there at 330pm, she wasn't ready. I waited an hour came back , and they were in the process of giving her a haircut, which came out horrible the laid said the my 7 lbs dog was playing dead wight so she couldn't do a good job she handed her to me with loose fur all over her I asked if they had a brush so I can get some of the fur off. But it was like I was speaking another language. I asked if she had a bath because she smelled, and she told me yes. I am not sure why they wouldn't cut the hair first, then give her a bath to remove the loose fur, but they don't. I'm using the South Lake Petsmart groomer again

Drove to the petsmart in Roanoke to buy some frogs but they couldn’t find the pet paperwork to sell them to me so I drove to this location instead. First of all, I worked at two different petsmart locations and worked in the petcare department in both of them for years. I know what the employees can and can’t do. When I arrived at this location they didn’t have anything I needed but I noticed the fish load sitting by the petcare desk. I told them I would wait until it was opened to see if they had the frogs and snails I needed. They proceeded to tell me it could take over an hour to get to the boxes which is unprofessional to begin with. When I worked at petsmart we opened the boxes immediately. The aquatic animals have traveled by truck for days in varying temperatures the last thing you want is to make them sit for hours waiting to be acclimated and poured into the tanks. Especially since most fish loads have dead fish in the bags when they arrive making living fish stew in water with dead fish is a major issue you typically try to avoid. The employee told me she couldn’t open them until she finished doing what she was doing. I understand it can get busy but this store had been open an hour and was dead inside. There were maybe six-eight boxes which is an incredibly small fish load it would have taken five minutes to open them to see if they had what I needed. The employee seemed like she simply didn’t want to bother or do her job. I know this because I did her job for years and it’s not exactly difficult. Overall this location was extremely unprofessional. I drove over an hour and they couldn’t take five minutes to make sure the customer had what they needed. This location needs to find better employees with better customer service skills. Luckily the cashier at the front was very helpful and provided me the name of the store leader and district manager.
