Love this place!!! My dog HATES bath-time, but if he has to take one, this is where he prefers. The self wash areas are stocked with everything you need and the tubs are separated by a half wall which is great for anxious pups. The staff is also super friendly and helpful and my pooch loves that he always gets some pets and a treat on our way out!!! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

I popped into EarthWise Pet in Southlake and was welcomed by a team of polite staff who went out of their way to help me. Dawn took the time to listen to my concerns in trying to find a healthy and affordable dog food, and shared some great advice on what to try. I was given a few free food samples, and I walked away a more knowledgeable and much happier customer.Thank you Dawn and the team at EarthWise. You know how to make someone feel welcome and heard. Sometimes, that's all we need.

Had a new groomer work with Bailey dog and she did a great job! Full service pet store including great pet washing station. Bailey is always excited to come visit and he always looks great when we leave! Booking is far in advance so plan ahead. They can usually squeeze you in for nail trimming in just a few minutes.

What attracted us was their self bath (softer surface, not metal) and raw food. We come here for quality fresh food. Most of the toys they carry are durable and portable potty bags work very well for larger breeds. It’s very rare but when the dog food is not right for dogs, as long as we kept the bag, they have taken it back and make sure the dogs have the right food and happy. Great store for raw feeders for their larger selection.

Wow...I am so impressed with this store. They won me over immediately and I will be back for my pet care needs. Nicole took such great care of me. Spent time answering all my questions and helped with understanding each of the foods as well as the needs it fulfills with my fur babies. All the staff were so kind, welcoming and friendly. Great Job! Fantastic customer service!

I won’t b back. After Joe & Dawn sold, the groomers the new owners hired do NOT know how to groom standard poodles. They butchered my dog. The new owners said that’s too bad. No offer to rectify which they couldn’t have done anyway bc they’d scalp him. She didn’t ask me how I wanted him groomed. A 10 year old could have done better. My poor dog knew he looked awful. They shaved him bare. Hairs sticking out everywhere. $155 down the tube!! I can’t believe they’re trying to b top shop n Southlake. This was dec 14. Just had him groomed somewhere else. The groomer said she didn’t take any length of his legs & barely any off his body. And they were $30 cheaper!!

Best mom & pop pet shop around! $10 self wash that provides EVERYTHING you need to bathe your dog. All the workers remember their clients & dogs by name. They are experts in food & supplements for your fur baby.

I went today just saw the store when I was going to subway. As soon as I enter a was greeted by a adorable lab and the owner. He introduce me to his wife she is a dog nutritionist. She took her time to help me made good nutritional decision. She is adorable and very knowledge. I bought the organic coco-therapy that I was looking for and haven't funded in other pets store. The have a great store they offer grooming service, they have two station to self wash your pet. They carry real natural and organic varieties of good food brands for your pets.

This is an amazing pet store. My dog has skin allergies and after talking to the owner about all of her symptoms, she recommended a new brand of food. My dog not only loves the food but is doing so much better. All of the food and treats are all natural and not filled with anything bad. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Earthwise was recommended to me by a dog dad at Freesom Dog Park & I'm so glad he told me about the store! Owners Dawn & Joe, their daughter, & groomers Kristy & Victoria are some of the nicest people you could ever meet.Access to the store & parking are both easy. Lexi, Joe & Dawn's chocolate lab, always greets us at the door. We use the diy baths about every two weeks & Joe is always so helpful in getting us set up. He also always carries heavy bags out to the car. Dawn, who I now consider a friend, helped me find a great new food for my dogs & she always loves on my fur babies & makes sure they get treats.We've used their grooming services twice & I couldn't have been happier with they way my dog looked or how he was treated (they have a window where you can watch dogs being groomed). I appreciate the fact that they use natural products. I also really appreciate that the grooming is finished within an hour or so & my dog isn't ever crated.Joe & Dawn & their daughter are a rare example of exceptionally nice people selling great products & services in a welcoming atmosphere. I'm so glad they were recommended to me &, in turn, I can't recommend them highly enough!

This is the happiest place for me and Jingle! We brought him when he was only 11 weeks old and staff fell in love with him and treated him nice! We continue to come here because of their honesty and great customer service. We always make sure Jingle gets the best when it comes to food and grooming. Unfortunately, they are extremely busy with grooming service and we have to wait at least 2 months in advance. We took him to other grooming in last several months.He got rash on his skin every time when he got grooming and we had to take him to the vet and spent $200 each time. This time, we patiently waited and finally took him to Earthwise. My husband informed groomer he has allergies and she was very careful and patient on him. His skin was little irritated but did not have to take him to the vet! My words cannot describe enough how thankful I am to their honest and service!

Dawn and Joe are awesome. The groomers they have are professional and do a top notch job. They are becoming extremely busy so avoid taking your animal in for a bath or grooming on Saturdays! Make sure you make an appointment well enough in advance for grooming. Everything else about this store and the love they have for all animals is top notch.
