Although I went during the cold weather it was still a pretty good adventure with my partner. Renting the golf cart in the cold is an experience by itself. I recommend going to the beach and playing in the sand, who cares if you are an adult. The restaurants aren't that special. SPI is only special for the memories you make there.

Perla was absolutely amazing!!! Customer service at its BEST!!! She helped over the phone with finding shuttles to help get us to and from the airport and gave us a small rundown of the island.We had an issue with one of the golf carts after hours, she came in got us our replacement and we were on our way. She even took care of towing the other one back! We will definitely make SPI a frequently visited destination and wouldn’t think of renting golf carts from anywhere else!

Great golf carts, customer service and experience! Highly recommended renting from here and no where else. Perla is a excellent employee, hard working, GREAT attitude, and you can tell she enjoys what she is doing. Very nice and energetic. Highly recommend going here! Don't get caught up with the very first rental place you see, searching around will get you a better deal! 😉😄

This review is for bike rental. Golf cart rental may be better.Bicycle rental at this location is far from perfect, certainly not worth the price. I rented two bicycles with my father. The bicycles did not match website pictures at all. Chains were rusted, bikes were "fixies", and one bicycle had a defective pedal hub, which could have broken on the ride.Even though the woman behind the counter was nice enough to offer a discount to $25 each (there is an extra star for that), it's clear that bicycle rental is a very low priority for this business. They do not offer helmets.All these specifics aside, we were able to enjoy our time on the island biking! The end experience was like using a bike a friend never rides to explore the area. Is it something you'd attach a high price tag to? No. It's still fun though.

Great customer service, the girl that works in the office, Pearla, was very helpful and patient with me when I asked her a whole bunch of questions about renting different size golf cart. I really appreciated her. Will definitely return.

I rented a moped from this shop last week and had a great time. They filled up the gas tank for me and suggested a couple of places to visit. Hoping to go back and get two golf carts once my family comes in from out of state!! They offer friendly service and good prices! I definitely recommend this place to everybody looking to rent during their stay on the Island.

My family spent the weekend on South Padre Island. We don't get the chance to see each other very often so we wanted to make this a trip to remember. The staff was super friendly and my aunt, grandmother, and I loved the golf carts! Next time we want to try the paddle boarding. Very cool place!

This place was great. It was very clean, the people were really nice and happy. The prices are good and the vehicles all looked newer. I rented a moped to cruise around the island and it was super fun and refreshing. I would definitely recommend renting from this company.

***- Edit the supervisor went ahead and fixed the problem with us very helpful!***I’d like to start off by saying I’m only given 3 stars because of the kayak price. Store gives you an online option to set apps but it’s really just a link to their phone number and they don’t open at 8. I went and they just had their store doors open with all their stuff unattended. When we finally got the kayak we asked the employee working there if he knew any spots to launch he didn’t. He also managed to give us a paddle board paddle instead of two kayak paddles.

Great experience. Booked online and it was ready when we got there. Very nice golf cart. we rented a 6 seater for 24 hours and had a blast. I definitely recommend this company

Perla and Jose were very nice to work with. Their prices were better than most. You really need to know GOLF CARTS ARE A TARGET FOR TOWING. I parked in the Seville hotel lot while we unloaded our beach gear. I got busy and 45 min later our cart had been towed. Perla had called to try and tell me what was happening but I didn't get the message until too late. The cart broke down twice (it happens) and SPI ACTIVITIES did the right thing and replaced it without a hassle both times.

Rented a cart for four hours and only enjoyed for about 2. First cart we took had a horrible brake that made such an awful sound with a rusted back seat that felt like you were going to break it. We went to get another cart and it died on us for 20 minutes. Then as we went back to give it back, we would stop at stoplights and it would sound like a gunshot went off. Finally went back to the place and it took a while for the owner to want to refund the last hour we didn’t use it. Big waste of $80 bucks.

2 bikes for 24hrs cost $70. That's a little more than a person usually spends, but on point for the area. The 2 bikes we rented in January 2019 had bent cranks, bent rims and terrible seat. Drove off for an hr and came back to express our concerns and the guy said no refunds. Do yourself a favor a rent elsewhere, seriously. Look at my reviews, 90% positive. This place is junk.

Rented 2 bikes online from their website for 10am. Walked 1.2 miles in 90+ degree humid heat. Got there and was told they had no bikes available and that they could not refund my entire fee. I obviously will take this up with my CC Company. Very disappointing.

They have great prices on paddleboard rentals. Also the golf carts are pretty decked out and I did see fat tire bikes for the beach, I recommend them.
