I came here once for someone’s wedding and enjoyed this coffee shop on the island. The people were so nice and the coffee and food items were as good as you could get without going to the mainland. I felt really welcomed and also I feel like you should come here if you’re in South Padre. Nice coffee shop and bakery. Ordered a couple of drinks, including a dirty chai and a couple of pastries - a cream cheese kolache and blueberry muffin. They have a limited number of sitting areas, but it did not feel crowded inside.Our barista was very friendly and did a good job serving us and making our drinks.The place was very clean.They also have a tiny section with books for sale !

Cute, relaxing little cafe in south padre island serving up locally roasted coffee beans and excellent ice cream Frappuccinos.Vibe: the shop is small, but has a good amount of seating, including a big cozy sofa. It feels coastal, casual, and relaxing.Service: The servers were very nice and explained the menu to us, giving us a few recommendations. They explained that they use coffee beans roasted on South Padre Island, which they also sell bags of in their little gift shop area.Drinks: We went with their suggestion of a salted caramel Karmaccino, which is essentially a Frappuccino with a scoop of blue bell ice cream. It was dense and absolutely delicious! A very good drink that will give you an exhilarating boost of caffeine and sugar to keep you going on your vacation. We also got a cortado, which was solid, but had too much milk.If you want a quick caffeine fix whole in SPI, we definitely recommend swinging by for one of their signature Karmaccinos! This spot is Let's Eat Houston approved. ✅️

Neat little coffee and ice cream shop! We had an iced mocha and a caramel macchiato every morning during our stay on the island. They also had a variety of ice cream choices and options were they mix the coffee with ice cream. There was also sandwiches options, pies, muffins, and candies available. Overall a nice coffee/ice cream shop to stop at. ☕️🍦

Nice coffee shop. Friendly staff, decent coffee, pastries, food, and ice cream. Has a relaxing couch/lounge area and other half is small tables and chairs (2-4 persons). Free wifi. Small area of books and other things for sale. Pictures on wall of people and places are cool…placed started by photo journalist (I believe) and his interpreter.

On Sunday, I went for the first time to Cafe Karma, and I was highly impressed. I am French, and I love crêpes, and usually, it isn’t easy to find a place with excellent savory & sweet crêpes. I ordered a veggie crêpe loaded with healthy & fresh ingredients. It was so tasteful and delicious 😋.They also made an impression with their positive customer service. A mistake was made on my original order, but they immediately fixed it and added a fresh pastry on the house! It’s rare nowadays to find a place with such a positive vibe where customer satisfaction is placed at the top! I will definitely go back! 💜✨☮️

Cute little shop with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We went several times while on vacation. The coffee was pretty good, but the staff were a bit off-putting. When my son ordered a breakfast crossaint, I heard him complain about it being a food order. That was the last time I went. I try to support local shops, but not when they don't want my business.

Very friendly staff. We visited in the late afternoon so there was only one employee working. He attended to every customer politely and efficiently. My wife said it was the best Carmel macchiato, best than Starbucks. The apple fritter tasted great with real apple. We also had a cinnamon muffin that was excellent.

Loved this place!!! I wish we had found it before our last day here. I had the affogato with caramel brownie ice cream at the recommendation of a staff member and OMG. It was heavenly. The ice cream was incredible and the espresso was delicious, together they were probably the best coffee/dessert I've ever had. I also ordered the baklava but honestly, I was so in love with my coffee that I took it home without trying it yet! My mom ordered a bagel sandwich and said it was delicious, and her latte was perfect. I'd love to make this a vacation tradition when I come back! Definitely agree with another reviewer, don't even bother with any other cafes if you want the best. This one is the best

The service was fantastic and it was a wonderful place to start our morning. Coffee was delicious and at just the right temperature I had to order another to go since I drank it so fast. Muffins warmed up hit just right as we made our way to the beach. Definitely recommended and will be back on our next visit!

While here on vacation! This was our 1st stop for breakfast and coffee!. As I'm a coffee lover ☺️ this place was amazing 🙌!. Absolutely loved the coffee and the breakfast was delicious and nice and hot!. It's a cute little coffee shop!. Service was nice everyone in thier was friendly. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant it self was clean! My daughter and I got the Nutella crepes with strawberries!. I highly recommend that if you like crepes!. They were heaven!. They coffee was made with ice cream, something I've never had before ☺️😍!.. I was on cloud 9!. Lol.. We will definitely be back!.

Friendly staff with good selection of beverages, ice cream, crepes, bakery... And a few outdoor tables. Also has a small shelf for local art/products.We returned two more times in the week. Two times I got the cherry vanilla ice cream! The strawberry Nutella crepe was delicious. The staff is very nice and checked in on our needs when we sat inside.

Tried giving my money to a local coffee shop instead of a large chain but ended up with poor customer service and my order being lost. After a 30 minute wait I noticed the people who ordered after me were receiving their orders. When I asked about my order they said they had lost it so I just asked for a refund. They had no problem giving a refund but I also got no apology from anyone. So I can not comment on the quality of the coffee but not a great experience.

Our group ordered 4 Frappes, none of us liked them. The coffee is very bitter, and tasted like they had no sugar or sweetener at all. the only person in our group that liked their order was the one who’s order didn’t have the coffee in it. Not sure if it tastes that bad every day or if we caught them on a bad day but we would not go back.

We've had coffee, breakfast treats, lunch sandwiches and drinks. Everything, everytime has been great! Love the little book library, stickers and old school candy. Only thing I wish it had was bigger tables and games. That would take this place from great to amazing and over the top cool. They also clean tables quickly and bathroom is very clean. Again, we love this place and highly recommend coming. 5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cute little island coffee shop. Friendly staff, good coffee, books, and a selection of art by local photographers that you can purchase. They do have breakfast/hot sandwiches, but we only had coffee and baked goods which were delicious. They even had a gluten free peanut butter cookie cup, which was also really good, and was an unexpected treat for those of us who are used to missing out.

This place rocks! Their coffees are so yummy. My favorite has to be the karmaccinos. Always forget to take the picture before I’m half way . Most of the employees are so easy going and helpful . I work here in the island and always send people here for a good coffee while on vacation. Definitely recommend, also the karma and books place they now have .

They are friendly, the atmosphere is nice, the orange cranberry muffin and bagel sandwiches were delicious. I enjoyed my Reincarnation, the Frappe was just okay. I have to give 4 stars only because we had our hearts and stomachs set on the croissant sandwiches but at 11am they were already out and not making any more.
