Chauna is a disgrace. She has no idea how to run a store and she treats her employees with complete disrespect. Every time I’ve ever driven to the store, she is constantly outside smoking and on the phone while her employees run around trying to check people out and stock shelves at the same time. I’ve overheard employees talk about how she has yet to get one of the large coolers working that has been off for over 4 weeks, and that causes them to stress about where items go and all the back stock. She has no business being a store manager and I’ll be leaving a bbb review if she’s not dealt with. Those employees do not get paid near enough to be in tears rushing to get their work done because she’s mad at them for things beyond their control.

This DG is one of the cleaner ones as far as the items are generally on the shelf and not on the floor.The restrooms are questionable. They say they are open, but there is always a shelf in front of them and you can't lock the door once inside.They are not very reliable in having items price marked, especially the newer ones. This got me in trouble one day. I had to ask the only worker in the store what the price was and ended up not purchasing it. She was very rude to me about it, and even told my son when he went back in that I annoyed the F$ck out of her. I haven't seen her in awhile so wonder if she got fired.The staff, other than the one above has always been very nice.

They always seem to be short staffed, The shelves are rarely stocked with product, when there is merchandise it's never where it's supposed to be. The store is a mess, Employees seem to not care about their jobs, they're never helpful or try to help customers, when asking for assistance you will get a rude attitude from the employees. Some employees would rather talk than check you out, 29 minutes in line is far to long of a wait

People should understand by now that the economy has been suffering a massive shortage of employees due to the COVID-19 Epidemic. It can be very stressful on a team when they are short-handed and overworked, especially for several months at time. People should be grateful for the few that decided to hang in there and do the extra work in order to keep all the local businesses from closing, otherwise there wouldn't even be places to complain about. The complainers would really be complaining if they had to drive all the way to Beaumont to buy groceries. Thankfully from what I understand, management was able to receive reinforcements from out of town which prevented customers from having to go out of town. So whether or not employees may have seemed stressed out or not during this time in my opinion is irrelevant, and they all deserve raises and a pat on the back. Well done guys, well done. Keep up the good work.

Dollar General has made some major changes lately. A lot of new faces and the store is now stocked much better and the things are on the shelves and not the floor. Still very friendly folks working there and good prices.

A great place to shop for odds and ends. Even though we didn't find the Easter trimmings we were looking for, we found found some better decorations for our arts and crafts session with the grand kids. It was quick in and out shopping.

Still no caffeine free DP. My favorite drink. But no one else does either! But got my Mellatoniin, Febreeze spray and plug in with the light scent Bamboo. So all good.

This has to be the worst Dollar General that I have ever been in. The stocking of inventory and organization of the store as a whole is well below average. There seems to be a major staffing turnaround issue and lack of experience within the management position (witnessed unprofessional behavior by her). As a whole, this Dollar General falls well below any of the others that I have been in. I shop with DG often, but this store is one that I will no longer be using. I will drive to the DG on Hwy 90 for anything that I may need.
