I stopped here on the way to Beaumont and stopped again on the way home. They have great service, both the staff on Friday and Saturday. They were so welcoming and courteous. The food and ice cream was delicious. We ordered crunchy tacos and a burger. The food was fresh and overall delicious. We ordered small sundae with both strawberry and fudge. Yummy!

Honestly if I could put negative stars I would. This place was the best around many years back and now it's trash . We ordered 2 chicken baskets and a steak basket and a banana split. First off they made the banana split and said pull up we will bring the rest when it's done lol ! I guess the fact of it melting didn't cross there mind but it was sent back . Then we get our food and the chicken was Grey on the outside and pink in the middle and the gravy looked like puke. Do yourself a favor and keep driving. Management must suck.

If I could give negative I would. The druve thru speaker being broken means going to the window to order, everything.Went inside to order, simple foods to go. The cashier was either having a bad day, but her attitude was horrible. Took my order then left the front counter. Almost 30 min later I asked a different person about my order. She immediately found my order, since no on else had ordered food, it was easy to find. No telling how long it sat there. Needless to say it sat a while. Food was cold and nasty. Avoid this place. Even getting ice cream takes 30 min.

I enjoyed myself. Haven't gone out anywhere very often lately.I loved Dairy Queen growing up. I absolutely loved there steak sandwiches. My Mom and I would go there for a treat. We couldn't afford much but laughing and talking with my Mom while we ate made it something to remember. Special. I miss those times so much.

There’s “needs more training” and there’s “doesn’t care”. This “cheesy dude” is missing lettuce, on the verge of being burnt to a crisp, and, worst of all, lacking steak. There is no steak inside this burnt batter. I only gave it two stars instead of one because I think if there was a little bit of care and quality control, it has the potential to be a really good dq. I can’t put all of the blame on the one who prepared the food. Most of that blame lies with the management

Ordered 2 burger combos, with no salt on the fries. Within a few minutes I received my order, cold burgers,hard buns, and cold fries (with salt) told the young man behind the counter that the fries had salt, he took them back and made fresh ones. The drinks Dr pepper and Coke were so similar in taste even my husband couldn't figure out which one was Dr pepper. So all in all I would definitely find another place to eat.Definitely not worth the $20.00!

Showed up before everyone else and we watched all the other people get their orders and they left and one hour later we finally got our food after 20 people behind us got their food first and they burned my jalita fries and they waited until I had to start complaining to finally give us our food while other people looked at us like we were crazy and what began as a peaceful day out for lunch turned into circus 🎪

Rude employees! Had to go back ,because they didn't make sure everything was in the bag! Had a bad attitude when I asked them to remake my whole order. Because it was cold! Employee did not apologize, no sorry for the inconvenience! He could even give me the remade food! He sent other employee! The company needs to improve the quality of people they hire!

Took a little while to get the food through the drive through the lady at the window was really sweet. When we got home about a mile down the road. One order of fries were cold and the burgers looked as though they were just thrown together. Part of the order was wrong. Well partially wrong. I go there alot and usually have no problems its close to the house and this is the only the 2nd time I have ever not been 100 percent satisfied. I've been in the food industry and know it can be stressful. Someone said be a master of your craft and take pride in your work. Weather its working at dairy queen or building a grand monument people will reflect on what you do. Sorry this review wasn't great but I believe in being honest. Hope the cook has a better day soon. They really can be a master of their craft.

Been on the road for 6 hours and only had an hour left till I get to see my wife. I stopped to eat and was the only one in there. About 10 min after order about 5 families walk in at once. An hour later 3 families have there food and 2 already left! I still have no food! I finally left with out food!

The Employees are friendly and try to do things right, they are hard working & so sweet. They are just under-trained. When this store first came here it was the hottest place to be , but as the years have gone by the place is not the same. Service used to be followed by quality and pride, but now there's low quality lower pride. I know I probably won't be too popular after this but I care about our town and DQ. I hope you have a great day.

The Hunger buster was delicious and hit the spot! The lady at the window was super nice. If you are going through Sour lake make sure you stop by and try them out!

I stopped here thinking the food would be prepared better for being in a small town. Wrong the burgers were cool and fries the same. Then my daughter order a blizzard the flavor wasn't blended all the way in. And asked a young lady "excuse me can I get some napkins" she just walks by me not even looking at me.

9/18 around 7pm. Wasted over $30. Waited for awhile and got our food. Literally everything was stale and hard. Steak fingers had a horrible smell! Nothing was eaten by my family, a complete waste of money. Will NEVER eat there again!

Ordered our food and waited 15 mins. Our food was then delivered to wrong table. They opened the food looked through the food and determined that it wasn't theirs. Then the worker took the food back to the window and sat it down for a few minutes and them tried to deliver it to me. When I refused the food he got angry and slammed the food down saying fine he would just remake it. That's when we got our money back and left.

I tell you what, this little Dairy Queen was the best one I’ve ever stopped at. The fries were piping hot and crisp and the food was delicious! And the two ladies that worked the window were so sweet and cheerful. I’ll definitely stop again while I’m driving through town!

I drive 92 miles to work in Beaumont everyday. Yesterday I ordered a banana split after work... Found out the pineapple was bad after driving a few miles down the road. I called, and let them know. No biggie. Today, 9/26, I ordered a meal with sprite. Got down the road only to find out my Sprite had no flavor.I don't think I'll be going back.
