The groomer was very knowledgeable on dog breeds and their hair. She was very professional on the phone and in person. One of my dogs is a “scardie cat” but she trusted her completely. I highly recommend her. She even took these adorable photos as a bonus with the season !!!

All the groomers here are so amazing. My dog has arthritis and they use a special table to pick her up and put her down. She doesn't need to be picked up or anything. The owner always answers my texts and wires around my busy schedule to help my dogs. I trust everyone here with my girls Marlee and Honey

The facility was very nice but my experience not so much.The staff wasn't helpful at all. It was my first time at this place and also first time using a self wash, so I was hoping for some friendly direction.There was a extremely young girl playing with a kitten that eventually set up the tub then proceeded to play with the kitten behind me as my young Golden Retriever went nuts over the cat.It made it extremely difficult to bathe him since she was right in his line of sight making the cat meow and jump around.I managed to bathe my pup then asked how to use the dryer since I hadn't used one before and got a rude reply from the young cat girl, as if I should know.I left the place soaked, exhausted and frustrated from the lack of common courtesy from it's employees.The experience overall was not worth the 45 minute drive I made to go.

A M A Z I N G!!! My dogs LOVE going there. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and they love my dogs. It's also cheaper than PetCo/PetsMart and A LOT closer to home. If you are in the area definitely give them your business. It'll be worth it.

Self Service or Owner can wash and groom your dog. Owner gave advice on how to dry your dog if you decided to go with Self Service. They provide the soap and conditioner.

I was there for like 10min waiting for someone to help me but no one comes out to help me
