I really want to like this place, however I love the 2 veterinarians I have seen here. The front desk ladies are messing it up for them every time I call its attitude or them making my appointments then when the day comes some reason the appointments disappear they tell me there is no appointment. Vivian made me a appointment but then I call on the day to confirm and guess what apparently I get told they don’t see my name on the schedule. Hannah has so far besides dr green been the most friendly one there

Very happy with their on-going care for my cat Chopper. The staff is incredibly friendly and informative. They do a wonderful job of explaining my cats needs and plan of care in a way that’s easy for me to understand when I bring him in. I’m grateful I found such a great team to take care of Chopper!

Every time we have gone, we have waited over 2 hours for what should be a 30 minute appointment. Like what’s the point of an appointment if I have to wait 2 hours for booster shots. They don’t care about clientele. It’s a very unprofessional spot. Prices are good but you really get what you pay for.

This has been the best Vet Clinic I have taken my dog to. I actually live 2 hours away but I needed a VET check for a puppy that I just bought and I needed a check ASAP. So I found this place and LOVE it. If only I did not live so far away I would bring my other dog here. The Doctor & Techs were so attentive. I did bring my other dog just to see if he would feel comfortable and he did. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Green truely cares about your pet. I trust her very much with the care of my animals. They all adore her. She was the best at helping me through my cat's last years in Kidney failure. Dr. Green then helped my baby cross over the rainbow bridge peacefully when it was time at our home. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. The waiting room is very small, but that is the only con. It is well worth seeing an incredible, super friendly, happy vet that loves your animals like her own !

They are always fantastic with my dog. They worked with all my parents dogs and were so good, I switched to Dr. Green as my primary vet even though I live in San Antonio. Dr. Green is really knowledgeable and has helped with several issues. Her staff are very responsive, helpful and really love animals.

Today was my first time coming here. The moment I called to get information on appointments & price they were really nice. I had called a second time to get opinion/advice on what to do with my dog being sick, his appointment wasn’t until Thursday & they offered to see me the next day right when they opened. Everybody was so nice & caring, & even tho my dog was nervous he was okay around them. The vet doctor really took her time in examining him & talking to me. Didn’t feel rushed like when you go to a human doctor lol it’s hard to find a good vet office so I’m glad I found this place.

We have four dogs and they all caught parvo within a week of each other. The staff here took great care of all four of our doggers and kept us informed with constant calls and even let us come visit while the girls were in isolation. I absolutely trust Somerset Animal Clinic with the care of our girls and highly recommend!

Dr Green ad her staff are the best, most caring vet and staff we have ever been to. We have 5 dogs and are those crazy kind of dog people and so their health and care is first with us. Dr Green is so extremely knowledgeable and she is also so willing to listen and think outside the box for the individual pet and it's needs. Her level of care is unprecedented. Her level of professionalism and knowledge is phenomenal. She will work for every solution for your pets care.We are moving to a city too far to be able to see her anymore and we are honestly devastated by that. I cried when I very first found out we were moving because I knew we would be taken away from Dr Green. The thing I have to learn and keep in mind is, I will not find another Dr Green but we are hopeful to find someone we can trust.Thank you so much for the last years of care and work for our fur babies.
