We are new town and needed to buy things for the house and chose to go to West Texas Home & Garden. The staff were extremely helpful from entering the building to leaving. The staff helped us to find items needed by writing down the aisle numbers on our shopping list. While shopping, a very helpful employee, Larry, was able to answer some questions we had and took us to the aisle we needed when there was an extra item that was not on the list. Very friendly and helpful.

Snyder has what 11k folks ? That is a fairly small town. This store will compare in size to many larger city hardwares. Only been in town a few months. Been to WTH&G maybe 5 times. Exceptionally helpful staff. outstanding service. Prices ain't bad either

This is a great store, I call it the mini home depot. I don't live in Snyder and every time I go to visit and some things need to be fixed this is my place to go since I can find everything that I need to get the job done! They also have a really nice crew who can help you find everything that you need.

I went in to find a gambit of items. When I walked through the door an employee asked me if there was anything they could help me find, I proceeded to hand him my list and he wrote down next to every item on my list which isle it could be found. One item imparticular was baffling to me as to what I could need for my unusual situation however an employee named Larry thought on it for a few minutes and gave me the perfect solution. They also had alot of employees stocking shelves. Been here many times now and usually find what I need

well. It's was bad experience for me. We went get paint and the young man that didIdour paint he didn't close it right we gave him lots of time because we went get other stuff we told him we be right back so that was enough time for him to close the gallons of paint so of course we was putting it in the trunk of my car and that when it happened 3rd of paint in my trunk and the stuff I bought from there. And my personal stuff all with paint so went In the store talk to manager in charge. She help no sign of the young man that didn't close it right well my understanding that the manger she told the another manager will call so I waited I call at 4 why late I work 6 till 2 anyway they said they would call me that manger charge when I return the call he told me. That it was my fault because once it's out and I put it in my car it was my fault what happened to customer always right what happened to the young man that didn't close my paint they said they clean my car on a weekend holiday we're was I going to get it done now paint mess up my truck and hopefully the pay

Great selection and low prices make this a great place to shop anyway, but when you add in the friendly and helpful staff it puts it over the top. Well organized and easy to select the best products for your project. The layout of the store is similar to what you would see in a big box store like lowes, but much more hometown friendly. Give these guys a chance and I think you'll like it.

Great selection of items for the house and the yard. I've found items there that are unique and look quite nice in my home. I found a step ladder there during a sale after I'd been hunting for one for over a year. Friendly staff, too.

This is my first choice when shopping for hardware supplies in Snyder. Their prices are super fair and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have stock you cant find anywhere else including hard to find fasteners. Added bonus, they're the only store open on sundays

All winter had no problem then bought a heated hose for my RV froze up took hose back they wouldn't take it back I get Disability 1000 a month I suppose the owner of this place can wipe his butt with what I make in a month he'll they can use what I make in a year and it would not inconvenience them but of course they would not do that to their God

I ordered sum baseboards a week before thxgiving how old it would be a week till they came in I called the following week they said it must’ve been the Thanksgiving holiday why they didn’t come in they would call me next week and next week game I never got a call I hadn’t started my project yet so I waited another week and I called they said nope haven’t came in yet but should be in this week we will give you a call back I never got a callback so I called today the lady tells me she doesn’t know if the stuff came in That they would call me back again and still no call back I’ve had nothing but good things to say about this store but they sure are giving me the runaround on something I ordered almost a month ago

They have a little of this and a little of that. The wood they carry is not the best quality. Most of it is warped and twisted, or missing chunks out of it from being mishandled.

Very helpful folks here. I picked up quite a bit of lumber today and the man helping me was nicely picky about the quality of the boards I got. VERY RARE to see that at a lumber yard.

Really nice store but they need a website where a customer can see what items are carried and prices. If they have one, I can't find it so I wind up shopping at Home Depot or Lowes.
