Ordered two drinks and two dilly bars! $10.00 are yallbout of yalls damn mind!!! Got the dilly bars which had melted at some point and then been refrozen. When I went back around to show them the ice cream, they tried giving me two more that were exactly like I had just taken back. I got my money back. I did witness the lady at the window put back the two ice cream that I had just taken back in the freezer. Dame on you Dariy Queen!!!

My wife and I try different places regularly. This dairy queen had been closed for a long time and reopened a short while back. We decided to give try them today for taco tuesday. The service was ok, My fries were old and stale, the Tea must have been several days old it wasn't drinkable. The first 4 tables we tried were dirty, seems a shame seeing they just opened. Looking around the dining area was nasty the floor was so sticky my wife's shoes stuck to the floor. Probably won't return to this one for awhile.. We both Love DQ.

Dairy Queen has some great food and reasonable prices. The ice cream is fantastic and the choices are excellent. The service could be a little better. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for your order, that could be because they usually have just a teenager taking orders and one other person cooking the food. Consistency is sometimes a problem, the tea is usually out or someone makes you a great desert but then the next time you go, someone else makes it differently. Over all it's a nice change of pace from all the trendy hot spots.

The waitstaff took our order inside and didn't seem interested in preparing it. When I went to check I saw two of them in the kitchen area visiting on their phones. When one finally acknowledged me she said she was waiting for the queso sauce to heat up. After a second trip to the counter our order was brought out. When we asked about pecante sauce we were told they were out of it.After we ate we ordered dipped cones and that took a full 25 minutes.To be fair this was a busy Blizzard drive through day a d Sarah was doing the work of three

We ordered 3 times in a week and every time they left items out of our order! We also ordered in the drive-through and finally pulled around so I could go inside after 15 minutes of waiting for a hot dog, fries, and drink. When I went inside, they didn't even know what my drink was. Poor service!!!

Service from cashier was excellent but on the other hand there was another employee whom had her boyfriend visit her at work was giving our party attitude with eye rolls and kept staring especially when cashier would ask a question she would answer him very rudely and tell him you know this. I believe employees like her will end up bringing your business down.

Great customer service all the time. My food has and is always prepared wonderful. I am impressed with all staff and store cleanliness. Etc. Thumbs up.Would highly recommend.

We have come here multiple times & noone ever would acknowledge the drive thru to take our order. There were two cars in the parking lot, so they weren't busy, which if that had been the case I'd understand. This last time we drove around & a blonde guy was just hanging out at the drive thru window talking to someone instead of doing his job. Yes, I could go inside but with young children it's easier to order at the drive-thru. We will drive across town to the other DQ if we want something from now on.

Good food, prepared well, but a little pricy for fast food. Also a lot of the staff seemed new which made things run a little slow. Still worth a stop if you don't mind spending $25-$30 for two people on a lazy day. Better than Wataburger at about the same prices.

Would give them more stars had they not gotten rid of the best worker there. Only 1-2 workers who are genuinely nice and actually do their job right. Managers/supervisors are constantly outside smoking and on their phones while other workers are struggling. Orders can take upwards of 30 minutes to an hour to be made IF they’re made correctly. They really need better management and learn how to keep the good workers instead of keeping to atrocious ones. One girl in charge would just sit with her boyfriend while others were struggling. She snapped at a cashier who was trying to do 3 things at once. Very disappointed and felt bad for the cashier. Won’t be coming back

As soon as walked in the door, should have turned around and walked out. The crew appeared untidy, matter-of-fact attitude, unwelcoming. Slow service, order wrong: asked for CHEESEburger without bun... received NO cheese on the burger WITH a bun!! Will NOT return here!!

Place was filthy. Service was pretty lousy. Bathroom light was out so they propped the door open with a chair. Would have made better sense to change the bulbs. No privacy.

I am currently waiting at a table where I have been sitting for 40+ minutes for a burger. Only three employees working. Its not their fault it is managment's. Schedule more people to help your employees. Happier employees and happier customers. I could be in and out of skeets by now. Won't be back here.

We love it! DQ has been a staple in our town since I was a kid, and this is a typical example of one. They have a great manager who really cares about the quality of food and service.

This location was friendly and their dining room was clean. Their bathrooms were CORONA clean as well. We appreciated that we could get out of the car and go inside to eat! Way to go, Dairy Queen!!!

Horrible customer service. They take forever to take your order at the speaker they take forever to give you your order and they do not wear any gloves while handling food and with COVID going around that’s not good

Update: I was told they no longer offer these but right after they asked if I wanted whip cream on my shake.I asked for a little bit of ice cream for my dog too and they told me they have pup cups for free. I'm glad the employee mentioned it

Whoever owns the Snyder locations, needs to sit up and take notice that these reviews are in a nosedive. We waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru for 2 ice creams behind a gentlemen who got 2 blizzards. A car in front of us and 1 behind us left without their orders. Sad to see how much this place has deteriorated.

I was charged for a banana split then told They was out of bananas! Shouldn't you know that before hand, isn't that part of the job? (Knowing what you are out of before you sale it) I changed my oder to an m&m blizzars got a medium wanted a large.

Never impressed with this place. One time it was a fly in my taco salad. This time practically black bananas and the wait is crazy. The other one in town seems to function better.

If I had a choice this DQ wouldn’t even get a 1 star. It was disgusting. Took my daughter to the bathroom and there was vomit on the toilet, floor, walls, and door. It wasn’t fresh either, looked days old. Food was burned. I’m shocked. Will not be back!!

So I went in and got a banana split and what I got was not a banana split It was just things thrown together I will never go there again that was poor service. I understand that they were sort of busy but come on They could’ve done so much better thanks to the other dq for making my new banana split xd I will be going there from now on

Bad management they don't like me so they threw me out the store multiple times I recommend the one on Coliseum drive I will never go to the one on college the store is always dirty not runned right I highly recommend not going there

Got a milkshake and there are bugs in it. Fished out one of them and then realized there were wings and legs that I was going to have to get out. So no thanks.
