I have been coming here periodically since they opened. I always enjoyed the kind knowledgeable staff and friendly smiles. Usually I walk there with my service dog very early in the morning before the rush, when the place is quiet and clean. I feel safe there even alone in those early hours with few people walking about. I took off a star because once or twice the cappuccino machine was either not working, not cleaned or not serviced with product. That was a long time ago before becoming vegan. The second issue is there are not many vegan products in this store. Have you read the ingredients of their non-dairy creamers? 😮 Sorry, not good enough, I deserve better, and they are a huge company who can make the change. For our health, for the animals and for the environment. It's 2024 people, let's get our act together and stop living in the seventies when I used to work from 11pm to 7 am for a 7-11 on Long Island NY. When SRV would come in to visit me saying, "Linda, what are you doing here, it's too dangerous. You don't need the money." He was right about the money, but wrong about the safety. I never had a dangerous experience at any 7-11. Hence the four stars. I am happy that we have a convenient 7-11 in our humble city. Just needs some environmental tweaking.

Most of the employees here are cool but there's this one name maye and she started hitting on my husband being concerned with him when he wasn't present always asking for him and I felt it was major disrespect so I confronted her now when we go in there she has horrible customer service always raising her voice at me and snatching the money out of my hands but she caused this not I my husband isn't her concern unless there's more then what meets the eye everyone turns the blind eye like I see nothing well I'm not from this tight knit town so they will see when I rip her from behind that counter for trying to get at my husband like she's not married herself.... she is rude and disrespectful and I would like it if she stayed away from us, didn't speak, look or wait on us any more... childish is her middle name leave woman's husband's alone and you wouldn't have problems

One of the worst 7-Eleven locations I've visited. No ice from the ice machine, hardly any coffee products but plenty of beer, which does this coffee drinker no good. And the place is filthy. Avoid.

Pretty nice staff, with maybe one or two exceptions. I know this location used to have gas pumps, but they no longer do. Very popular location in town, almost always a customer or two in there. Kinda wish they had more parking. Also, the only Redbox in town is out front, so there's that.

I'm in the 7 Eleven @ Smithville almost every day. The store is well managed and seems to operate smoothly. The staff are friendly and generally smiling.

Stopped in today and Jamie was super friendly. Pretty much all the staff is great but Jamie and also Maria take it to the next level. The owners are really nice too

Their pizza is our family favorite because it's the only place in this town that doesn't gouge you on price#! Much better than budget pizzas in near by towns. My teens love it.

This store smells horrible we were coming from out of town and stopped to use restroom and get drinks restrooms look so nasty like something you would expect at a roadside park. Cashiers were very courteous but store was a mess
