On May 13, I took my Yorkie to The groom Shop for the first time ever and it was definitely the last time! I asked for a trim and even showed them a picture of how I always get my dog groomed. A few hours later I received a phone call from a guy asking if he was supposed to get a schnauzer cut I said no he is to be groomed like the picture I showed y’all and described the cut. I sent my son to pick him up a few hours later since they were about to close and hadn’t called us. They had my son pay the bill then brought the dog out my son then called me to tell me they clipped all his hair off! He was not kidding he had no hair but on his face! So short you can see his skin! I called to speak with the owner, Johnny, as soon as I could to let him know what they did wrong and to make things right by giving me a refund since it will take months for my dog to grow all his hair back. He was very rude, unprofessional, made excuses, and blamed me then hung up on me. Had they owned up to their mistake, made things right and apologized I may have given them another chance but never again. I do not recommend them! Here is a before and after picture of my dog.

I TOOK MY DOG THERE. he was left in FRONT of a HEATER. He didn't return home alive. He died there! He was just a 2 year old shih tzu, when we got him in the box when he was dead, he has SCARS on his body!! Poor dog! His name was coco and he lived a happy life but ended soon soon.

Made an appointment to have my dog groomed. Arrived 5 minutes early. Sign said they were closed. Called them. Was told they full because of “walk-ins and would not honor my appointment. What kind of business refuses to honor appointments because of walk ins. Very poor business practice. They don’t even deserve one star!!!

The dog groomer he is named Johnny. Very friendly man. I'm going to update his sign outside. We had it the telephone number changed. Great place to take your dog. Get them all on your haircut and ready for the holiday seasons.

I took my 2 little yorkies on Thursday. We were at the vets Friday and $600 later my dogss are finally better. They weren't washed. They're toenails were not done. My dogs had diarrhea until yesterday. The place is dirty.

I explained to them what I wanted along with a note from our normal groomer back home, giving professional guidance. I distinctly said not less than 3/4 inch and I got barely 1/4 inch!!!! Of course they don't bring my dog out until AFTER they are paid. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Do NOT leave your dog here for boarding. We were told they would take good care of our Cavilier . We picked him up and he was infested with fleas and ticks.
