I place my order and when I got home I saw that The nachos supreme that I ordered did not have any meat on it. They just gave me chips with a side of cheese. I called them. I let them know. I live out in the country. So I have to drive all the way back out for them to fix the order. By the time I got there. They wanted me to pay for the mistake that they made when I placed the order. I clearly told the woman no jalapenos and no lettuce. How could she say that? I only order chips and cheese. Even though I had to drive all the way back out there. They still made me pay for the mistake that they made. Horrible horrible management. I have never in my life experience. Me having to pay for their mistake. But he said that is the only way that he will fix it. The only reason why I paid it was so much I could eat.

came inside and ordered 1 medium dipped cone. Paid for it. The kid wanted to know what else I wanted, and I said just the dipped cone. There was a lady behind me. He took her order and I waited. When the manager, I think, came out I said either give me the dipped cone I ordered and paid for or give me a refund. The manager, with all her manager skills, gave me a refund. Now, that's how you manager and retain business. She could of just made the dipped cone (given she even knew how) and gave me the order I paid for, but she elected to give me a refund. Now, not only did she lose my business, but my wifes and our grandkids. A poor form response from the manager. But, then again with the common knowledge history of this location, its no wonder why, even with something as simple as a dipped cone. Good Job kid and manager for losing business.

Quite possibly the most rude and incompetent staff that I have ever come across at ANY establishment. Aside from not being able to get my order right and getting mad at ME, they were argumentative and disrespectful. I’m still sitting in the parking lot, 30 minutes later, trying to get the issue rectified. I don’t have high hopes for what I’m going to receive.

It's a fast food place, so we shouldn't expect much in the way of service... but we should expect something in the way of speed. I'm writing this review based on the crew that was working May 7th at 8:20pm when I was in there. The long line at the drive-through was based entirely on the little brat that was working the window and the crew's inability to delegate responsibility besides who is on the grill. The girl at the window has a terrible attitude. Someone should tell her there are other places to work with a lazy attitude like she has. If there's someone at the counter, help them. It's very simple. I live in Sinton, but I routinely go to other DQ's in the area because of my past experiences here. The staff attitude wasn't very good, and on top of that, they got my order of ONE blizzard, wrong.

Staff was nice and friendly. But after paying we were guided to pull around to drive thru parking to wait for food. We waited for over 20 mins for our food and the store wasn't that busy. Our food was a variety of warmth. Burger was cold, fries were cold, but the chicken strips hot but over fried. Honestly, the only thing completely satisfactory was the gravy. I'm a visitor from out of town and I'll probably never eat there again on my return visits.

Great customer service, and clean restaurant I feel comfortable eating from again and again. Small town so the staff is pretty small as well. Giving a 4 star because waiting times can be longer then expected ( not fast food but fan food...is that their slogan?), but that is also too be expected with their small staff.

One star is being generous. Food is ALWAYS cold, fries never fresh and the wait time when you're the only one there is atrocious. Staff has attitude when you ask them to fix their mistakes. Save yourself the trip, spend the extra gas and go to Odem.

Food tasted great. One person taking orders on phone, front , and window. It was11:40 am. 6 of us plus phone call between each order and window order between that. 4 more walk in and the front is full. Finally, another lady comes in to help. You need to have enough workers to get the job done if you want to have people come in to eat.I must say the ladies were very kind and did a fantastic job in a tight sqeeze.

Ordered in drive thru and staff was polite and had patience with my crew lack of ordering and food was brought out fresh and hot. This was my make up meal from a horrible experience at BK in at the Calallen location in corpus Christi. Thanks Sinton for taken care of us. The chicken and dumplings is great however, it has way too much sodium so may wanna let someone know if it is pre-made or something.

The food here is overall good for a fast food place. Everything is generally well made. If you get the steak fingers ask them to get them extra hard so they get crispy. Also the salads here seem to be a little less fresh than other Dairy Queen stores.

Can never go wrong with a Texas Dairy Queen. Clean and always a friendly greeting from its teen, hard-working employees. Their burgers rival the biggest names in fast food and nothing beats a great pineapple sundae!

The 3 times that I have been to this establishment I have been very disappointed. The first time I ordered the fried shrimp through the drive thru and when I got to work with my meal, the shrimp was burnt!! The second time I went, I ordered a chili cheese footlong, there wasn’t any customers inside or at the drive thru and it took more than 30 minutes to get my order, third times a charm, I went back, I guess I haven’t learned my lesson to not come back. This Friday I ordered a beef taco salad and when I sat down to eat at work, the shell was stale, the beef was just thrown in there and again no one in the drive thru and it took more than 30 minutes to get my thrown together taco salad!!! Very dissatisfied with this DQ

Unfortunately bad experience here at this DQ. Ordered a Hunger Buster and the lettuce was spoiled. I thought ot was me or my taste buds, but I just couldn't finish it. It was terrible. Sorry but had to be honest. Maybe next visit I better.

The food is really good.. The drive thru at this location needs help. Unless you have 25 to 30 minutes to sit and wait between ordering and getting your food, don't bother.

Getting more and more disappointed with the DQ in Sinton. Today I ordered and received a small Blizzard. Problem was it was only filled up about 3/4 of the cup size. Every other DQ I have had a Blizzard from fills it up all the way, and even sometimes over fills. But this is just one of numerous issues I have had at this DQ over the last few years.

I have gone to Dairy Queens all around the country and I have to say, this is not a good one. Ice cream (as much as you think it can't be messed up) it can be messed up. I don't know how, because I've never had bad Ice cream from Dairy Queen before but they made it happen. The Ice cream just was not good, and I'd love to blame it on the kind but it was just bad.At least the workers were nice and you got your food in time.
