Simonton Pets is a wonderful CLEAN caring place! I boarded my dog here for the first time and wont be the last! They gave me updates with pictures while I was away which made me feel that much more comfortable. They really take the time to give the love your pet needs to make them feel at home. 10/10 !!

Kaitlyn & Alyson are the sweetest & take care of our fur babies so well! Kaitlyn took time to create a grooming plan with me to keep up with our labradoodle’s higher maintenance hair type! She clearly truly cares about what’s best for the dogs & strives to create a safe/low stress environment! So excited she’s joined the staff & will keep seeing her regularly for both of our dogs!

Dr Janacek takes womderful care of our dogs. She takes the time to thoroughly explain and answer questions. And when we had to put our dog to sleep, it was a very respectful and humane experience. I don't mind driving a little father to get such excellent care at fair prices.

I don't usually write reviews, but Simonton went the extra mile in helping us out. We had six dogs in poor shape which they accepted on short notice. They treated them and I'm happy to say all dogs have been fostered and have a much better life now. Thank you Lacy and everyone else at the clinic who helped these poor dogs recover.

There are not enough kind, good words to say about Dr. J and her team. My only wish is that we would have found her earlier in my baby's life. Dr. J helped us wade through his Cushing's Disease diagnosis, helped us find comfort for him when his legs started failing him, and then helped me when the tough time came to say goodbye. She handles all her patients with love and kindness and takes the time to answer all their owners' questions. Her team is also very supportive from the vet techs to the receptionist, they all take the time to make sure you have what you need to take care of your baby. If you are looking for an amazing vet who is the best at what she does, look no further than Dr. J and her team. I assure you, you will not regret the decision to take your baby here.

This hospital made room in a full schedule to see my dog with a possible urinary infection when no other local vet would - because they were also full. They are truly compassionate. They look at the heart of the issue, rather than treating symptoms. I love them; they are worth the drive.

If you're looking for a down-home and down-to-earth group of folks to take care of and to love on your furry family members you won't find a better group than Dr Janacek and team...periodAfter adopting our last pup (who has special needs) we were sent to Dr Janacek by a friend. We couldn't be happier and neither could Sasha...she actually loves coming to the Vet now (which is a 1st ever for any dog we've owned)
