I've been here a few times. So far, every employee I've come across has been nice.They do not carry the oat milk I like. 😢My daughter had to try on some clothes the other day. The dressing room employee was nice and patient.

So everything there has been great so far. the only thing im concerned with is their Peels brand Mandarins. it takes about 15-20 minutes to find the right bag because all of them are crushed or molded or bruised badly. if those were handled a bit better id have 0 problems

Mr. Brinkley is the manger and just an easy person as a boss or customer service person... the ones at the meat market all are so nice and help in anyway.. Ms. Tena in the bakery is such a sweet heart... most of the deli people are nice! Just over all it is a pleasure to shop at Brookshire Brother's!!

Silsbee, Texas Walmart is generally a nice store where we can shop for everything from groceries, electronics, prescriptions to toys. I have a problem at times find children's shoes and quality clothes for girls sizes. You need to be there when stock comes in as it's the only big department store in our town for nice girl items.

I did a curbside pickup. My order was ready for the time they told me. It was delivered by one of the associates. She was very kind and made sure who I was.

Great customer service here with Latoya the lady whom went out of her way when my phone didn't work for pick up identification. She quickly responded to my question, and less than 3 minutes later she returned with our groceries. Of all the Walmarts I have been to, this one above all has been outstanding. Thank you miss LaToya. You have been the first of many ,here lately, to be competent, professional, and amazing polite. Thank you. ( If I owned this Walmart in Silsbee, Tx.) You could bet I would put this lady in management position. More like her needed

One of the best Walmarts that I have ever been to...however...I am standing in line sweating. It is 102 outside and if I am hot...these poor workers. Whomever controls the thermostat needs to drop it on down to at least 72.

Please help me understand the self check out registers vs the twenty items r less(with a cashier) register.When you have a elderly personWith a full basket are a mom with two kids trying to check out with no help. They can't go to the the twenty items r less register. But you won't them to go to the self check out. 🤔

This trip was grocery shopping. Made a list on my cellphone, got everything needed. But this time (early evening) they only had one register open other than self-checkout. As a disabled person I have to use full service checkout. Made for a long wait, about as long as the shopping. I'm nice but I'm not sure if I'm that nice.

Had to give credit to my girls at the silsbee, Walmart! Tonya at the door, and the cashier, Maddie. These girls were so sweet and warm to me when I came through to grab a few things. Tonya has the most inviting and bright smile, and did not miss a beat with her greeting❤️ Maddie is so funny and goofy that it reminded me of my friends back in high school. Five stars to these lovely ladies!

Walmart has everything. The problem is they keep rearranging everything so it's hard to find what you need. Great marketing tool. You spend more walking around trying to find what you came for. Still frustrating. Also, it appears that the variety and selection has shrunk. You used to be able to compare shop. Now you just take what they have or go somewhere else.

Love this store but today went to deli to get Cajun turkey lunch meat and smoked Gouda cheese sliced but the employees were too busy discussing the stuff in the fryer neither of which knew how long to cook it to attend to myself and another customer in a wheel chair and when asked about the cheese their response was what ever is in the case….also need to stick more Yuengling flight beer never in stock

Wal mart pharmacy has to be the most unprofessional group I have ever seen . They have continuously made errors with filling prescriptions but never take responsibility, instead blaming the customer and offering no solutions . When they make mistakes or omissions it usually means the customer having to revisit the doctor to fix the problem. I'm only referring to the silsbee store. Other walmart pharmacy 's have been good. They are disrespectful and absolutely atrocious in my opinion . I would give them less than one star if it was available
