Review is based on Pharmacy experience only. Pharmacy is sloooow and seem to not know what they are doing, always issues with computers and no one knowa how to fix, causes many delays in getting prescriptions. Do not recommend, I'll have my prescriptions filled elsewhere in future.

The worst place in Silsbee to fill prescriptions. This place has constantly messed up our prescriptions. Three times they have filled the wrong amount. One time they filled the wrong meds that we don't even take. Half of the staff is nice the other half are rude and very sarcastic. We have switch pharmacy and won't be back to Walgreens in Silsbee.

Has been slow service getting waited on inside for years, picking up for other people, I definitely don't get prescriptions filled here. If the drive through is empty it might be kinda fast. But inside?? You're gonna wait and no one is going to look at all interested in helping you no matter what's going on. It might be staffing issues, but it's been ongoing for years.And just try to get a shot there. I got the first 2 doses fairly easy, but it's always something each time I go for a booster.First time, I made an appointment online to make sure I could go after my job, even filled out all my paperwork. When I get there they tell me they don't have any shots "and only the pharmacist can give it". So which is it? Are you missing a pharmacist, a shot, or both? Despite knowing someone was scheduled to come and you didn't provide for them OR give a courtesy call/email to inform them it wouldn't work out that day. Maybe that's on Walgreens website, idk. But why have an appointment feature if you won't service it. They told me they'd have more the next day and to walk in anytime, don't need an appointment.Well I didn't go back for a while because I was aggravated, but today I decided to try and get one during my lunch break today. Naturally, they're having some sort of issue with the pharmacist in the system? Idk, because for the 30 minutes I sat there waiting, no one said anything to me to address the issue or ask me to wait or come back. So finally I realized I wouldn't have enough time before my lunch was over, asked for my vaccination card back and left. Terrible service. They were obviously trying to fix whatever was wrong in the system, but they didn't try update me.Its always something at this location. Don't bother.

I can't see a reason to leave a line sitting for an hour. They need to hire more for pharmacy and be attentive to the peak times of each day and accomadate those times to move swifter. I've also seen the manager be mean to workers here. Treat employees good and it will reflect in thier work.

I've been going there for years. The employees are super friendly. They even recognize me when I walk in the door. Husband is disabled and the pharmacist will go out to our car to give him any injections.

The chips I purchased were sub par at best. Also the line to check out moves slow as molasses. When you check out your just like finally I can leave and enjoy my chips. Except the chips are as stale and boring as can be.

My older father gets his prescriptions filled here. He has been to this pharmacy 3 times in ONE day. Each time, told the same thing. "It'll be ready in 15 or 20 minutes". He waited over an hour in between visits. On the 4th visit, he finally waited 20 more minutes and received his medicine. I get it if you're understaffed. But STOP telling people it will be 20 minutes. Would make things a lot less stressful for everyone involved.

The absolute worst place to have prescriptions filled. There has never been a time where there wasn’t an issue here with item that are filled every month like clockwork. The pharmacy staff is also rude if you call to ask a question and even when picking up.

Most unorganized pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I've used Walgreens for years and never had a problem. This location is mismanaged. The big loud girl that works days apparently is a doctor/attorney/justapharmtech..is one of the most rudest people I've dealt with. I'm convinced the benzos that she steals makes her angry. I will continue to use Walgreens but not this location.

I would have given a half of a star if it were an option......I always use Wal-Mart but because they were out of the albuterol I need for my breathing machine I was forced to use Walgreens which I will never do again, they make the most simple task way harder than it should be .....they never text me to let me know my prescription was ready and after physically bringing in my insurance card because like I said I use Wal-Mart , they claim they didn't have it .....ugh !!! They need so much improvement !! I urge you NOT to use these ppl

Thank you very much, Walgreen's Pharmacy!! My kid absolutely needed a pain pill prescription filled for managing the pain of a severe burn. Like cooked!! When absolutely no other pharmacy in town would fill the prescription, even though we had the physical written paperwork from the only burn unit within an hours drive away, only YOU would help a man provide relief for his child! You've just won my loyalty!

My favorite Corner drugstore easy in easy out. Has everything I want or could ever think I want. Open 24/7 just in case I think of something in the middle of the night I need are something I just could not live without... * oh no I just saw a post where they will be closing at 10 p.m. not a problem

I'm sick and tired of Walgreens pharmacist. Lufkin and silsbee location. They at like your a drug head and are very rude. My mom is on 5 different medications because of her chrons disease. They need to be a little more considerate of people if they don't know the situation.

As long as you have good insurance, Walgreens is amazing. Plus couponing here is fun! But if you're pharmacy co-pays are high, you're much better off going to Walmart instead.
