I can't say enough good things about Parker's! I visited a hardware supply in a neighboring town a couple of times, and the staff ignored me, and even when I did interact with them, they treated me like I was a bother! The first time I ever walked into Parker's, all the smiles and hellos made me realize that THIS was now where I was going to do my business!Every time I've been there, someone is always ready to help me. They have shown me where things are, helped me make a selection and stand behind what they sell.What prompted me to write this review today? My home A/C unit died, in Texas heat in the 100's, and I needed a new A/C right away! I talked to Mike on the phone. He called four people to find one that would come to my house and install the new unit. Mike came to my house to measure that it would fit, then the serviceman came after work.I never even went to the store. Took care of everything by phone. The serviceman picked up the new unit and installed. I can't begin to tell you what this kind of service means to a single woman!Thank you, Mike, and Parker's! I appreciate the kind of service you give to your customers!

I love Parker Lumber! The staff is very helpful, and the prices are reasonable. If they don't carry it regularly, they will order it for you.

They say shop local, really. This place bends you over and pokes you the wrong way. I'm never buying here they don't honor the warranty and sell you junk.
