Went in there yesterday for some last minute holiday shopping. It wasn't crazy but I could tell the employees were ready for the holidays to be over. Everyone stopped and said hello to me and asked if I needed anything. The main cashier on duty was super rude to everyone but my complaint was dealt with almost immediately. I really feel like I'm visiting my neighbors when I go in there.

Went in today to get some tractor parts,called in before hand transfered me to a pleasant ladies back in parts she checked on the part and went and verified that there was 1 in stock since I was driving 30+ miles. Ran by with one of my boys Cato as I was greeted very nicely as I entered by cashier Jessica.She was very sweet and polite while giving me a treat for Cato.She spoke to us and was giving him a big hug while we checked out. Great job everyone keep up the good work!!!! See pics thanks for being Dog friendly they are like our kids lol

These guys are doing their best. I have been to many Tractor Supply locations and this one has a nice, informative, super friendly staff. If you go when they are not busy and overwhelmed you will get the personal attention you are seeking. If, however, you are unlucky enough to go when half of the farmers and pet owners in town have decided to shop, you will wait a long time in line. It's hit or miss and kind of the luck of the draw but they are always well staffed and super friendly, with a down-home country feel. It's like one of those small feed stores of yesteryear stepped into the 21st century and added some convenience items, clothing and a larger selection of most everything.

I bought an evergreen, which died within a few months. The tag states it's guaranteed for a year however when I returned it to the store, the storemanager, a middle-aged white female told me that it was not problem and gave me the name of the vendor they got the plant from. I've kindly provided the companies and a contact name to me. . I called the vendor who informed me that they were supposed to request the refund from them since they are the ones they contracted with. That makes a lot more sense. I was made to look stupid as they totally dismissed my concern in the presence of others. This is my second very negative experience with this store and I will not be doing back.

Picked up some things for my chickens and looked at the knew baby chicks they had so cute. Met a real nice man also buying for his chickens so we compared and had a good visit. We also got some great tshirts for my daughter.My husband's cat in a nesting box I'm waiting for him to lay some eggs.😀

I don't understand why people work in this place,if they don't want to help ,they are there to help costumers, but it seems to run away when I'm looking for somebody to ask any questions,I love tractor supply,buthere in Sherman they have bad service very bad service,

Employees are nice! However the bathing room is a nightmare. Granted there aren’t obvious signs to clean up after yourself, and as adults you shouldn’t need to be told to clean up after yourself. Employees don’t seem to be keeping up with the maintenance of the bathing area either. This sort of environment plays host to all kinds bacteria, fungi, illnesses, and even parasites that can be passed to your pups. As soon as the door is opened you are greeted with the aroma of mildew and a mountain of soiled towels. There are fur/mud/mildew cakes on every corner, nook, and cranny. The tools that are provided are rusty and most definitely contaminated, they should be sanitized or at least have sanitizer provided for everyone’s next use. We walked in and back out. This kind of filth can pass parvo from dog to dog, worms, fleas, ticks, lepto, kennel cough, etc. Dull and rusty tools are an extreme hazard as well. Please do better Tractor Supply!!

Great customer service. Always try to accommodate my dog food needs and check to see if I need help while I’m shopping. Only place I will get my dog food because they are so nice to me and my pup when I bring him in with me.

We love tractor supply and purchase a lot of feed here. Staff is always great!It is not a reliable place to purchase chicks, though. We have purchased 10 pullets here this spring and 9 have turned out to be roosters. BIG bummer when you’ve fed them for several months and then have to start all over. I specifically pulled from the pullet bins, too! It’s to be expected to find a mistake or two but a MAJORITY is a massive deal.When I asked an employee about it, she told me that they pick them up from the post office and put them in the bins and that they all get mixed up in the process so you never know what you’re going to get.”Sorry” Well... good to know! I guess if they admittedly label things wrong then people should just shop elsewhere.

Just bought 2 rolls of 100 ft wire. No one would help load it. I went back into store 3rd time asking for help. They didn't have a problem at all taking my $200. Lots of time for that. This is sorry excuse for a store.

Purchased a Cub Cadet riding mower on 8/13/22, delivered shortly thereafter. Discovered a flat tire and major gash in said tire. Called several different customer service lines for options and assistance, offered a lawn more swap, replacement tire, etc. The sentiment was there, however the execution pure junk. Fed up, we called to cancel and seek a refund, oddly enough we received notice on 9/9 that our ‘replacement delivery’ was canceled - which we asked for on 8/13 - not the refund request. My recommendation would be to avoid the delivery option altogether. This group is unable to solve the logistics riddle. I still need this transaction refunded, no word yet, would like to put this towards a new mower at Home Depot.

Great store, has everything you need! We bought a zero turn mower and the trailer to haul it on. Also got a hydrolic jack and several other things I just couldn't do without! Friendly knowledgeable staff took good care of me!

My battery died at the gas station right behind this store and I couldn't find anyone to give me a jump that had cables, so I saw the sign and called to see if they had jumper cables. They said they did so I walked over, I wasn't sure where to look so I went to the Customer Service desk and asked for them. The gentleman behind the counter, walked me over and handed me exactly what I needed. He followed up asking if I had anyone to give me a jump and when I said no, he asked if I walked there. I told him what was going on when he walked me to the front and told the cashier he was going to help me out. He gave me a ride back to my car and stayed with me until we got my car running again. And just to be sure I could make it to Dallas, we went back to the store to check my battery. I found out later on that this gentleman was actually a Store Manager at another location and was just helping out in the store. I had been waiting 30 minutes for help and with his assistance I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I am extremely grateful he was so helpful and genuinely concerned. I've shopped Tractor Supply for years for my pet food since its the only place I can find my favorite brand at a decent price, but this incident just proved how they really are willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

Good clean store and well organized, their staff are very helpful in locating parts for mowers and planning any special orders. Nowadays I only get their animal shavings/bedding and chicken electrolyte for those Texas heat waves but besides the odd clearenced tool set I find their pricing just too high for regular shopping. Their hours are great though, so if my feed store is closed I can hit them up no problem as long as I don't mind a convenience mark up. I LOVE their easy into understand shot charts for my house pets like my dogs and cats. Word of warning, their shot clinics are well attended and the wait is real, but getting rabies shots for 20 bucks is worth it. Be sensitive to your animal's needs- all kinds of animals are there for those and there's no real waiting room to help segregate more aggressive pups from others. Don't think your puppy won't startle out of your arms or will just be great friends with everyone- leashes REQUIRED and a little carrier for those smaller guys is appropriate.

For just buying my dog's food it works. Though recently I tried to use the pet wash. It was dirty. Trashcan very full, dog hair left in brushes, tables not cleaned. After asking an employee i was told they had no clean towels. The manager was non caring when told. Went back the next day still needing the service and hoping it was clean. It looked identical ad the day before. Nobody had cleaned it or used it. Went somewhere else and paid more.

Ready at hand towels, tubs, salon driers, grooming tables, brushes combs etc., Wonderful Customer Service and For $9.99 what more could you ask for!I utilize their station now, and will continue to in the future!

Worst experience everThis was the worse experience ever, I ordered the Bee package which was supposed to be delivered with in 24 hour... it took 4 weeks to arrive, after staying at home or arranging for someone to be at home to accept the Bees for 2 weeks, I decided to call and cancel the order of the 3 attempt waiting 45min to an hour each time, I couldn’t get a hold of a representative. When I finally got through they refused to cancel the order even though the order wasn’t processed or shipped yet. There was nothing in their policy about non-cancellation prior to shipping. After 4 weeks I get a email that the Bees were going to be shipped in 24 hour and someone had to be home to accept it... on the designated day of delivery... the Bees didn’t show up...they came the following day.... I will never deal with this company again and would not recommend anyone else do business with them either. I would give them minus star if possible.

2nd time in a month I've called the store to make sure someone is there to fill propane bottles. Today was the 2nd time in a month when they have told me someone is here until such a such time. Load up my bottles only to get there and nobody to fill my bottles. Wish I had the hours that they did. How do I apply for a job like that? The staff is wonderful but whomever is in charge of keeping the proper amount of propane fillers on duty all the time needs to get his or her act together. I guess my little money for propane means nothing to the owner.

April 1st I went to Tractor Supply in sherman to deal with a warranty issue on a Troy-bilt tiller. I asked for the manager on duty Nolan and explained my problem, we walked outside looked at the tiller. Nolan said it was no problem he will get it unloaded, and a new one loaded while we did some paperwork. Nolan was truly a professional in everything to take care of the problem. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with a brand new tiller and a smile on my face. The 2 young men working the yard did all the unloading and loading and took the upmost care not to scratch anything. A pleasure to deal with these folks.

Similar experience as others with propane refill.This store was on the way on a 400 mile trip. Called and asked if they fill propane. No hours given, no be here by xx time.Got there @3:20pm, went inside to ask for propane refill and the woman who does it said she was off the clock till 8 the next morning. I asked if one of the 6 red vested employees I could see from the front register can do it and she said she hadn't trained anyone else to do it due to the universal excuse of covid.If you are going to refill propane by appointment only or only during certain time periods, then let's tell folks that when they call or post that on the website!

Good store with usually good service. Mostly geared to farmers and ranchers.You never know what kind of tools,clothing or country decor you might find. It's agood place to purchase vet,pet and fencing supplys, cattle feed seems to be slightly higher than local feed stores but the longer hours sometimes make it a necessity. Overall a great store with reasonable prices. I just wish my Oklahoma farm tax exemption still worked in TX. I usually have to go to Durant even though it's further.

Arrived at 4:45pm, for my first drop here at tractor supply , sherman. Was given a dock, after 30 min, a guy returned my papers . He said 2rd shift manager cant allow him to unload me. I went to ask the manager to get me so that i can attend my daughter's birthday, he didnt wonna listen men. He didnt care ,well truckers avoid this store. Only 13 pallets, i was on time.
