I drove to this location because the petsmart website indicated they had the item in stock that I was looking for. I drove 30+ minutes to this location, only to hear that the item (wyze wireless camera) was 'discontinued' and that if the website said it was in stock, it was likely on a shelf somehwere in the back, and the helpful man (seriously, he really wanted to help) said thy couldn't check for at least a day. He even offered to price-match one of their other wireless cams, and I know thats going above and beyond, but my problem is that this is 2024 and handling inventory on websites tracking isn't something new. It's ridiculous to me that this 'lost in the back somewhere' stuff was even mentioned. You've lost another customer Petsmart.

PetSmart has all your pets basic needs.A good variety of foods / toys / clothes / treats / various supplies.They have a decent variety of canned cat /dog foods available.Staff is friendly and helpful.

My dog and I were both very happy with the service. I appreciated the friendliness of the employees from the front of the store to the back and my dog received a beautiful haircut from groomer Melinda.

First off let me start with Bella my chiweenie loves it and that's what matters most. Keeping her healthy. My cat gypsy loves the toys and the food. And as you can see this place is making them fat and happy. People are moderately friendly but we walk in with an attitude like we own the place anyways.

Took Macie for haircut/bath. It was $50 on the website and $55 in the store. Her hair was long enough she was getting curls and I wanted them removed. Her grooming was 4 days ago and she still has curls. When groomed properly, her hair lays flat. The employees were nice and you had to have proof of vaccination but I'm hesitant about using them again.

My experience pertains to Pets Smarts Puppy Training that we attempted with our new pup. We used Pet Smart In Naples Florida for our two other pups and it was wonderful. Not the case in Sherman Texas. We were handed a book day one but never really used it as a guide. The trainer would spend 45 mins talking about her personal pets and less than 15 going over anything pertinent. We also hoped to get socialization with other dogs, but this was not allowed by the trainer. Most people in the class quit coming after a couple of weeks so after a couple of weeks of being 1 of 2 in the class and still getting no training we quit as well. What is sad is we paid for the second level as well and are just out that money. Lastly the lady trainer has been doing it too long, she’s burnt out and it shows. I would definitely say try elsewhere because this was a wast of over $200.

Edit on 01/02/22: 2nd visit at the pet salon today & it was terrible. Mackenzie filed my baby's nails an 1/8 inch past the quick on nearly all of his toes. They were all dried blood clots on the tips with the nails filled down even further around that. To top that off, I'm not sure she even washed him, his coat was still dingy looking and he smelled worse than before we dropped him off. My heart is fully broken... I dropped my pup off to basically be tortured for 2 hours. On our 1st visit last month we purchased a couple future washes in advance, but after today they can keep my money, as we will not be back.I would not recommend this place to anyone, at least not with Mackenzie. She should not be put in charge of grooming our beloved pets.

Lauren is the best! She always takes care of my sweet Izzy, and does a great time every time. She is truly a pleasurable person to be around. All the other ladies are awfully nice too! Love bringing our pup to Petsmart

Great selection, friendly helpful staff. Lacks that final atar because prices unfortunately higher than for same brands you'd find at grocery store. Go thwre cause they do have stuff you can't get elsewhere - huge selection.

I ordered an in store product for pick up. I got there early and ask if I could pick it up early and was told NO, the computers had crashed. I ask if i could just get one off the shelf and was told NO.Bottom line....don't do store pick. It sucks

Huge selection of pet supplies. I was really shocked at how well kept and stocked it was! Very clean and friendly employees. The cat section with the adoptees was very clean and taken care of.

Took our new puppy to get a crate and puppy treats. The prices were different on line even the product wasn't the same. A very nice employee did her best to help us sort it out. Be careful though you can spend way to much on spoiling your fur babies. LOL!
