Very helpful staff. I went in a few days after Christmas with my son to buy a terrarium and supplies for a bearded dragon. The staff took the time to make sure he had everything he needed and made sure we got the best prices by offering us some kind of membership that took $70 off the total price

Jamie is truly a "dog whisperer." And, the greatness doesn't stop with Jamie...Managers Adam and Rob go ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure customer satisfaction. I honestly don't go to very many, but this seems like a standard pet store. They did seem to be a little empty or low stocked in a few areas. I just went because I was walking around with my dog.

I highly recommend the grooming salon! My groomer did an excellent job, made my dog feel safe and made her smell much better! Price was comparable or lower than anywhere else in the area and my dog felt comfortable with her.

Do not recommend going there for fish. I bought a tank kit and did all of the steps to get it in the right condition before taking my kids to buy fish. The associate at the fish dept refused to sell us anything but feeder minnows because she said the prep kit was not up to her standards and that we needed to prep the tank for 8-10 weeks before returning with a water sample for her to test and approve before we can buy any fish.

Dog training is excellent, I highly recommend it for any issues/training needs for puppies and adult 🐕. The store offers decent sales and stocks just about anything you need for your pets. My concern about this store is that used items and returns are put back on the shelf. I purchased a harness without opening the package, got home and discovered that it was used and destroyed (chewed up). I took it back and selected another one off the shelf. I opened the package in the store to discover that this one was also a return and was covered in dog hair and was missing the tags. The cashier apologized but didn't appear to be surprised to find used merchandise on the shelf.
