Walked in just needing something for dinner. Saw ham on sale limit 2. Checker called out while I'm in line to check out that I'd have to buy $25 more worth of groceries to get the sale price. She said it was in the ad that I should have checked. Went back and double-checked the sign since I hadn't seen the ad and it said nothing about 25 dollars worth of groceries. If there are ad exceptions please list them on the items for us who haven't read through your ads.

Absolute worst Krogers! We have been avid Kroger shoppers for years. It is so hot in the store you are sweating before you finish 3 aisles of shopping. The staff was decent but the machines are horrible. One cashier was open and the line was halfway down the aisle. The self check outs required us to wait 5 different times on the extremely slow response of customer service staff who were more interested in talking to each other. It kept telling us to put our item in the bagging area, which we had already done but it wasn't registering the weight. I believe it would have been faster to wait on the one poor cashier who was working her tail off. Also they were out of stock on almost everything we were looking for.

It has it little gems there. You can fine the greatest deals with the digital coupons. And it saves a lot. Now some of the management is creepy. They follow people for no reason. I actually saw a woman get on to a manager for following her. What made me laugh was she was a detective. And he was told all about himself. It was nice. But the best is the customer service and the pharmacy. They have wonderful services. They are very curtious and kind.

Besides, the fact that the store is always clean, and the staff is always friendly, I can count on things being where they’ve been for years. This is so helpful when I need to make a quick run into the store and I know where exactly where everything is! My favorite store to shop!

This location has a fine selection for most items. The prices aren't the lowest but they always have premium products. The Pharmacy is friendly and helpful. The aisles are clean. The staff is helpful, and they have premium Reddy Ice available right by the checkout counter. Whether it be groceries, daily essentials, Pharmaceuticals, floral, or just something to drink; you can find it here. The biggest complaint with this location is the small parking lot and usually overcrowded with shoppers and vendors so it might take a while to get what your after.

I washed my hair in the public bathroom I wasn’t naked I changed my clothes in the stall.. I used wipes for my pits and I was kicked out. It’s legal to wash my hair in public bathrooms. Look it up. I have never had a problem. Anywhere in Sherman other than here. An old lady needs to get off her high horse because everyone that came in the bathroom was super nice. I’m very loved by God this did not go unseen by his chosen people. I should be the one calling the cops for discrimination.

Cuz is in my neighborhood all you can need is almost there. The only problem is costumer service and cashiers. . I suggest a just a cashier for handicap and 65+ costumers cuz we have a lot of retirement costumers in this area also update like kroger signature will be awesome and real rival to the collapse Walmart supercenter.

It's a very busy little store.I can't believe they have SELF CHECK OUT!?!? not a good idea. The machines constantly stop me to have associate come count my groceries. I think staffers and customers alike are sick of this mess. I dread going to kroger but....cheaper on so much more than the competitor.

I typically love Kroger, but the Sherman Kroger is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The past 3 pick up orders I’ve received items MONTHS past their expiration date. I also received water bottles that tasted like melted plastic from sitting outside in the sun all summer or something. I’m not usually picky of water, but even adding some water flavoring to them they were too gross. This store stinks inside and has just really gotten run down. I’ll drive to another town if I want to shop at Kroger in the future. With the growth of Sherman, it would be so nice to have this store completely revamped and improved.

I don't know how I've lived here 32 years and never realized Sherman had a Krogers. Denison at one point, yes. Not Sherman.Went in today and it appears to be a older building, but was clean with a good selection. Staff were nice to me. Not all fake rubber smiles, but I appreciate a healthy dose of reality while still being respectful. Love it. We'll be back.

Love the store, the low rating was for nobody answers the phone!!!. The pharmacy is the worst. I tried several times, let the phone ring minimum 20 times no answer. VERY irritating. Answer the phone !!!

The staff is always friendly, even when super busy. They are knowledge able and the pharmacy is great too! I can't speak highly enough of the entire store. They do a great job of servicing our town!

Pharmacy workers here are a joke!! Like...smacking their gum in your face while ringing you up...every time!!!Came in to use Coinstar. While using it, the employee closed the service desk. Extremely rude employee (long gray hair & hateful) told me the service desk was closed, turned & walked away. I stood there because 2 more people came up. She turns around & yells that I can do that 'over there' with a wave of her hand. I think she means self checkout, so I go over there & can't figure out how to do the transaction. Call for attendant, twice, ignores me. I ask another employee I see & she tells me to go to this kiosk. 20 minutes & she never tried to help me, ignored me, yelled at me & was rude...maybe she should find a new job, or retire.Found all that I needed, plus a few goodies.

***DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE SALES**Went to pick up our weekly groceries , total before discounts at self check out was over $140. I had 5 manufacture coupons (3 for lay and 2 for dr.pepper) *I have used multiple coupons in the past and recently!Patty said she didn’t know how to handle it so she went and spoke with Julie. I guess Julie just didn’t either have the knowledge, time and or care for issue. So patty was directed to go to sherly. After like 5 minutes all 3 came together and decided it wasn’t right for me to use all my coupons at once that “now it’s store policy to only use 1 coupon at a time”This is beyond upsetting. I drive from Denison to shop at this store but the level of care of veteran staff and mid level management is piss poor!!!The store was out of soooo many sale items and the isles were cluttered with boxes of product. I was so upset that they refused to let me use my coupons from the manufacture (that did not state any use limit) I left my entire buggy of bagged up groceries right were it sat.if this store is a representation of how the brand is being ran, it’s only a matter of time before the small negative feedback turns into large negative feedback. As a long time customer both in store and online I am absolutely furious over the situation. And will no longer visit the store unless I absolutely have to. Left feeling under appreciated and disrespected and made to look like I didn’t know what I was doing in front of a store full of people.Julie, patty, Sherly apparently need to be retrained on the use of coupons .

Was in the Krogers in Sherman yesterday & was shocked & appalled over what I saw running through the bread & flour tortillas aisle! There was a huge rat(tail & all close to the size of a squirrel), I wished I would have taken a pic but it was too fast to get one. The store in itself was dirty & disgusting, I will not be back!! When said something to a worker apparently they know that they have a rat infestation because he said "Oh you saw it"!!
