The customer service was great but when i hot home the chicken i bought out of their deli was cold. I live close by and it should have been edible and hot. It tasted like it was taken out if the fridge and just put in with no heat at all. Last time i will pay that price for this.

The customer service is pretty good here, but I went grocery shopping 4 days ago and got some chicken thighs from the meat counter, and the next day, the chicken smelled so awful I was gagging. The meat was clearly bad, and the fact he gave it to me smelling so funky is wrong. I probably won't go back after that.

Rude employees!!! I had a particularly awful experience at the "Customer Service" desk. Although this is the nearest store, I have not shopped there since! Being the highest priced grocery store in Sherman you would think the management would expect more from employees!

Bottled by Southern Champion, woman owned distillery located in Carrollton, TX. Love the customers whom shop here. SOLD OUT! If you missed the sampling event, I hope to see you next time. 💙

I worked in the deli as you can tell. I got messes left for me like this by the manager's favorites & nothing was done so I quit. This place will have you close every night so the favorites don't have to not to mention weekends. Customers are intentionally condescending & rude daily to try to complain about you. It's hard manual labor and cliques are everywhere. Management is a joke.

I asked the manager to help me find a product I was looking for while doing a door dash order, he pointed and named aisle, rolled his eyes and turned around. I honestly think he was woken up from a nap. Needless to say it was not on that aisle and I spent another almost 10 min looking for it. Very disappointing experience

Pretty standard for a grocery store although everything seemed to be kept pretty clean and the shelves appeared to be well stocked. There was a bit of a foul odor back near the meat dept which was a bit off-putting but all in all it was a fairly average shipping experience.

Excellent express lanes!! The butcher counter is amazing you can ask them to steam your crab legs with seasoning!!!! Also the beef tenderloin is ALWAYS amazing!! The only complaint is that it is always below freezing in this store!!! So DRESS FOR WINTER! I imagine it’s bc they are working so hard to keep the store so beautiful and elegant full of florals and everything you could need!

Someone tried to hit me with their card and Albertsons refused to get the security tape without a police warrant. They also took a long time to give me that information which time I could have called the police.

Fantastic clearance on plants today but the seafood stench that met you at the store entry and would not relieve anywhere in the store was nauseating - we held our noses and got out as quick as we could.

I've had bad experiences with the seafood. my crab legs had an ammonia taste to where I discarded because not eatable. I discussed with the meat market guy about the issue and was assured that each night all of the meat was moved from the cooler prior to any cleaning. as you can see by the photo, this is not true. ?( photo taken around 10pm) so now I'm reluctant to purchase.

A bit expensive. A little surprised by that, being up in the Sherman area I thought things would be a little cheaper. Maybe this is a upper scale type of supermarket? I'm not sure and I was overcharged for a few items that I have to correct by. I guess stopping back up there or calling. Not too happy with that but nice people checking out workers were very helpful.

This Albertsons is overstocked with a whole bunch of stuff no one needs & the items that you do need are overpriced or not available. There is more beer, wine, junk food f than most full size liquor stores. Care about your community and provide and provide a better selection.

Albertsons has been my favorite grocery store in the 20 years I've lived here. Produce has been plentiful and there are so many choices. The meat and seafood department has a good variety of seafood options and great selection of meats. The counter person, and I've met a few of them, have been knowledgeable and helpful with selecting what I needed. The deli is amazing. And lastly, the bakery: last week I went in at about 710 am go get cupcakes. I didn't order but I had hoped to find a flat of cupcakes that were yellow/white with white frosting so I could sprinkle some pink sugar on tip for a baby shower at noon. The lady behind the counter asked if I was looking for something specific and I told her my plans. She said, "wait right there, I'll make them for you!" Keep in mind, this was just after the store opened so was much easier for her to do this without an order. I came out with a flat of beautiful cupcakes. Other than that, the personnel at the store are always professional and helpful as I've known my whole life shopping at Albertsons' across the states. There has always been a vast selection of food items and household/pharmacy as well.

Favorite store by far. I love the app. Just clip the deals you want. Then get them and put in your phone number at check out. I always save money there doing that. I've seen my bill go from $160.00 to $45.00 less using the app deals.

Very beautiful floral arrangements and sweet team members. We will never shop at Walmart on 1417 in Sherman again. My disabled sister was accused of being drunk and refused service at the checkout lane and humiliated in front of other customers. Please hire managers who don't appear to be "Hunger Games" rejects.

Has a wonderful variety of foods. I love their fresh fruit and vegetables. The fresh sea food is to die for and the bakery of course is right up my alley. Everything is impeccably clean and well arranged. They don't keep moving the foods around so when you go in to buy your groceries you don't have to hunt for where they moved it to this week.The check-out stations are kept clean. No dirty conveyor belts there. With my Albertsons rewards I find that they are right in the price range with discount food stores.

They have a wonderful selection of meat. They have a wonderful produce section, and different options in the bakery that are delicious. Weekly specials on "Buy get Free", and some better than others on household and food than other storesThey even have the items some stores won't carry.BUT THERE IS 1 MAJOR FLAW!!!! YOU are going to PAY close to 50% more for it. They are ExPENSIVE for their merchandise.Great service friendly cashiers, helpful associations willing to assist you, and their shelves were organized, clean, and full.

I placed an order to be picked up. I get home to see that SEVERAL items are missing so i get on the app and submit for a refund (which I still have not received). Then I notice more items are missing but when I try to submit for those to be refunded, it does not give me that option. So I go to the help area of the app and send a message regarding these items. (still no response back). 4 hrs later I get a call from Door dash asking for my address so they can deliver items from Albertsons. I ask what items, the lady states 2 of the missing items. And that Albertsons sent her to deliver them. Door dash shows the items delivered, but they are nowhere to be found at my home, even after giving her my address AND directions. Of course I call her back, but no answer. So I contact Albertsons, tell them the issue, get hung up on twice, the manager JIM tells me it is not there issue, they did not send Door dash so I need to contact Door dash for this issue. I tell him I did not ask for the items to be delivered, that the lady said they sent her. So I call Door dash, they tell me it is Albertsons issue, I call back only to get the rude JIM again. He more less calls me a liar and that if I want to come to the store to retrieve my items then I can. Again, I did not ask for them to be delivered and why should I have to get out late to go retrieve items I did not get due to there lack looking through my order before bringing them to my car. I spend a lot of money there, but never again will I do business with them.To date, I still have not been refunded any of my money for the missing items.Nor have I been refunded for the other 2 items they sent Albertsons to deliver.

The pharmacy is great 👍 they make sure if there's any changes to my medications 💊 they adjust the prescription for my needs and always make sure I get the lowest price 🤗🌼🌺🦋🌹💕❤️ (update) ....Not only do they have a great pharmacy staff also the store Management and Employees are Great always welcoming and friendly. Their also helpful if ever I need help finding items I need. 😊👍👍

Clean place. Vegetables, fruits, and meats looked fresh. All areas appeared well stocked. Easily able to find the things I was shopping for without difficulty. Staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. Sales were good. Prices not bad. Self checkout was easy, no waiting. Will return to shop.

Albertson's has a new manager? up front who was curt and angry because I had not read the fine print on the electronic savings, and questioned why it would not apply the discount. I left my groceries at the checkout and said no thank you
