Took forever to give me my drink. A lot of customers arrived after me and got theirs first. They messed up my order and when they gave me "my drink" it still wasn't correct. Had no lavender. It was just a latte. And the bottom had raspberry which was definitely not part of my drink. I'm pretty sure they gave me another cup. The barista had a bad attitude.

I usually have no problems at this place but I did come into this Starbucks the other day and the customer service wasn’t pleasant. They messed up my order and then gave attitude when I asked about it. I ended up settling for what I got because they weren’t going to help fix the problem. . It seemed like a slow morning so not sure where the attitude came from.

There’s an employee at this location named Tod. Every time I’ve been in he has a smile on his face, is very polite and I’m always surprised at how fast my coffee is ready. Tod if you get to see this I think you’re doing an excellent job sir. Keep doing what your you’re doing with that awesome attitude and it will take you a long way in life. Excellent job and I will be back.

Sheppard AFB Starbucks is a new facility, only a year old. The crew is fast and friendly just the way Starbucks should be. I love how they suggest ways to save cash. They recommend the Starbucks app and although the base firewall won't allow for the redeeming of points, I can build them up there and cash them out on Kemp street. For the military people there is a credit card for the exchange and if used saved 10 percent off the total purchase. It's really neat

As a former Starbucks partner I can easily say this is the most unprofessional Starbucks I've ever worked at. If all you want is a brewed cup of coffee or ice tea then this Starbucks can meet your standards. I come to the counter and the lady greets me and I ask for a latte macchiato. Based off of her super blank stare she gave me it was safe to assume that she was still being trained and didn't know the drink I had asked for. Which was fine, I don't expect someone new to know all the drinks, even though a latte macchiato is one of the first drinks you are taught at Starbucks. So she asks the barista who is on bar for help and then he asks me what I want to drink and I say a latte macchiato, with a super blank look on his face he asks me if I want a latte, or a carmel macchiato. After I say no he then goes and gets his shift supervisor out of the back. Finally someone who knew what a latte macchiato and where the button on the menu was. After the shift takes my order though he doesn't write it down on the cup and there is no sticker machine. So he takes my order and leaves, leaving the barista to make my drink who no idea that a latte macchiato has 3 shots that go on top and is made with whole milk, so after helping him figure out how to make my drink I finally am able to enjoy my drink. Not only is the training for the baristas here way below par but the managers also have no sense of professionalism. Not only was my experience bad, but while I sit and drink I notice several health hazards; leaving the pastry case wide open and letting flies in, leaving syrups on top of shelves where product is supposed to go, rags sitting out on all of the counters, and both brewers blinking red showing that the coffee needs to be replaced. So again, if you enjoy Starbucks and the drinks and quality of service Starbucks provides, then this is not the Starbucks for you. If you just want a cup of (old) brewed coffee, then go right ahead.

This is the greatest coffee shop in Wichita ofcourse it's on base so if u have military access u should stop here for a excellent cup off goodness.
