The worst service I've ever experienced. I bought a dog sweater there and try to return it I had a receipt but I didn't have the tags I didn't want my money back I just wanted to exchange it for a different size the and the lady would not take it back I asked her for her if she was the manager she said she's an assistant manager I really think that the lady just didn't want to do her job. Can somebody please tell me if this is the really the return policy

Awesome Store Manager named Tracy she introduced herself immediately to my husband and myself. We've met the other woman and have interacted with them as well. Trisha, Carrie, and Cheryl, what a great team! All friendly, all with awesome customer service. You can tell a happy group when there led by an awesome Manager who knows how to manage and coach people not dictate and hollar. She obviously knows how to surround herself with good employee's! You can tell they put in long hours. We've stopped in sometimes more than once or twice in the same day, morning and early evening and they're stocking shelves and a or checking us out. They wear many hats. Never answering I'm tired or its almost quitting time, or I'll be happier when it's nine o'clock when asked how are you? My biggest pet peeve to that question. I always get those answers at the other Dollar store in town. Not once has one of those girls ever replied with one of those answers and I know they're tired from working hard all day. We are thrilled to have y'all here Family Dollar and to our Shepherd Community who has gained a first class company with first class people working there. I know we can't be the only ones that have noticed Tracy and the girls hard work, happy smiles and WOWING us with great over the top customer service. Thank you from a past VP bank Manager in retail banking who probably expects too much in customer service from people to begin with but y'all deliver it every day. I'm a lifer now because of the staff. I drive past the old one to come to y'all.

Best place I've worked. Friendly staff and awesome management. The store is very clean and neat and we always have lots of clearance items and bargains. This is the only Dollar Store that I will shop in. Thanks Family Dollar!

Beware of items from other stores that somehow go off when you enter and when you leave. Seems the alarm doesnt know the difference. Otherwise the store staff is friendly and the store is neat with plenty of items on clearance and specials to get you spending.

Still prefer Dollar General. They didn't have hardly any Christmas decor. They also didn't carry the toilet paper that there smart coupons were for. I think I'll stick with Dollar General.

Well I found good bargins, the employees are very nice ad helpful, but this was the second time the cash register would not give me the discount I was supposed to get it took over 30 min.But I finally got it, I was getting eratated.
