In stayed here for 14 months and I really enjoyed the park and the location. It is very clean and quiet. There’s a dog run and an unpaved walking trail. Nearly every lot has a nice tree and nice grass. The rates are very reasonable, 100% of the electric usage at the renters expense but the rates are also reasonable. I hated leaving and hoping to get back again soon! Small town charm and close to Lubbock, so you have all the convinces of a larger city. I’m really impressed. One of the best parks I’ve stayed at!

This location isn't a hotel. It is a Mobile Home and RV Park and it is awesome. We had our RV parked here for 6 yrs. The place is very clean and it has a wonderful walking trail and dog area. Rob and Laura are always available for concerns. They work constantly to assure that the park is the best. I highly recommend this park for a short or long term stay!

Family owned and family managed, and their pride in this RV/Mobil Home park is obvious throughout. (i.e.: wonderfully clean laundry room)Located just 12 miles West of Lubbock, TX. Easy access to downtown, the Buddy Holly Center and Wind Mill Museum. The $40/night stay was well worth our stop in Lubbock/Shallow Water, TX.Noteworthy details: This is a RV Park and a Mobile Home Park.

Rooms = spaces LOVE LOVE this park. Owners are SO awesome and really care about their customers. Had everything I needed for long term stay: laundry, storage units, internet/wifi, park for niece. Trees block a lot of the wind and give shade. Will always stay there!Nearby activities: Drive-in, Sonic, Auto Zone, Dollar General, gas station are all just down the road. Walmart and other fast food /restaurants, and other stores within 5 mins.Safety: Owners and staff patrol area and it is secluded. I felt very safe there even being alone.Walkability: You can walk to Sonic, Dollar General, Auto Zone, gas station. They also have a jog/walk path around the park.

Highly recommend Shallowater RV and Storage. We started out in January as RV customers and recently bought a home in the park. Well maintained park that my wife and I feel very much at home at.

We have been living here full time and have really enjoyed it here. The owners are very helpful and have been very willing to go the extra mile. Rob and his wife have been great people to rent from and have made our experience a great one. The community is clean and well kept, the dog park and walking trail are well maintained, and we have enjoyed the many amenities available to us. It is very affordable and conveniently located, I highly recommend this park to everyone I know who are looking for a spot

We call this our sweet resort! My parents moved here from the hill country area 2 years ago. They loved it so much that we decided to move to Lubbock as well. Our home search was difficult due to the crazy market. Rob was so great to help us find our place here in Shallowater Mobile Home Park. We absolutely love it here! The neighbors have all been so sweet and the whole area is really quiet! We have been blessed with our new home and I highly recommend our “sweet resort”! 💜

I've been living at this RV park for about a year now. The RV park owner is very nice and helpful. There's hardly been any issues, and when there is one he fixes it very quickly. The rent is very affordable and the community is really friendly. The park has a basketball area, the laundry mat is well maintained, and theres on site storage you can pay for. Everyone keeps to themselves, and the RV park stays very clean. I'd definitely recommend this place for anyone who needs a place to stay right outside of Lubbock.

I have lived at the Shallowater RV and Mobile home park for a year and love it. It has a lot of trees and is pretty quiet. It is well maintained and needs are met immediately. It's a family run business and they actually live on site making it easy for them to monitor activity in the park.

My fiance and I have spent 3 months here in our fifth wheel due to our son and daughter in law having twins. The park is well maintained, no trash laying around and the spot we were in was easy to level. We even had a large tree for shade. Rob is a nice guy to rent from. We will stay here again.

We have lived in the park for years and it has become a great community for our family. We have made many friends with our neighbors. Park mgmt sets higher than average standards for park residents which is attractive for people that desire a family friendly atmosphere.

I am a permanent resident who lives in a 5th wheel. This park is lovely, quiet, well kept with friendly management. It is shaded and each space has a outdoor area to picnic in. It is also very close to Lubbock which has many larger city amenities. I love being here!

Quiet and Affordable Tree-lined RV Park. Safe and well maintained, this family owned and run oasis in the Texas South Plains is a respite from its surroundings. The park has well maintained grounds, laundry facilities and storm shelters. Great neighbors and convenient to TTU, LCU and Lubbock.

I would NOT recommend this RV park, Mobile home park to ANYONE. I lived in the RV part of the park for a year and had trouble the entire time. They would come by randomly and you were subject to be reprimanded if you had stuff in YOUR yard. They left a note on my door because my water hose was leaking and demanded that it be fixed immediately. I was not able to connect a water hose to water the yard or play in the water with my dog during the summer months. There was a period of several days which they resurfaced the road with no prior notice. All tenants were asked to park across a busy highway. This served as a major inconvenience while the sealant was drying on the road. I was also disappointed because my roommates work truck broke down and we left it parked in the drive way (our driveway, out of anyone else's way) until we could get it in the shop to be repaired. Again, a note was left on my door stating that it needed to be moved because it was covering about 6 inches of grass and parking in the grass was not allowed. When I explained that it was broken down and that we were jusdt waiting for out appointment at the shop - the owners stated that disabled vehicles were not allowed either because it made the property "junky". About 10 months into our 12 stay at the park, we rescued a puppy that had been left for dead. She was extremely malnourished when we got her. During the first several weeks she had lots of stomach, digestive issues getting proper food and her body handling it. This continued to happen with each vet visit to the medications and de-wormer she was taking. The park has a strict "pick up after your pet's business" policy. During this time the puppy had constant diarrhea and her business was liquid and unable to be picked up. The owners left 2 notes on my door in regards to this. When we tried to explain the situation, it came up in conversation the type of dog. We were not sure what type she was but that she may have Great Dane, or even some Pit Bull in her. When they found this out they rudely stated that large, aggressive dogs were not allowed in the park and either the dog had to go, or I needed to go. I promptly left at the end of the month. I have never been more thankful to leave that controlling, micro managed place..

In the past year I've been living in the park, I've found that this is the best place you could pick for an RV park in the Lubbock area. The location makes it easily accessable from the highway but distant enough to be a safe location to live in. The rent is super affordable, and I couldn't imagine finding a better place for my home.

This is a nice rv/mobile home park for a night or long term stay. The owners are friendly. There are two storm shelters and a playground with a cement basketball court, making it great for families.

Rob was so nice. I called last minute for a 13 week spot and there were several spots to choose from. I ended up leaving after 8 weeks & spoke with him and he was super understanding about leaving early. The park is clean, there’s laundry on site which is a huge plus, the monthly cost doesn’t break the bank. It is close to a community park and they have a park by the main building. When he seen us, he always talked. I hope I never have to go back to Lubbock but if I did, I’d stay here again. For travel nurses/surgical techs it’s only a 16 minute drive to covenant hospital!
