My family and I love this United. For what I consider a small town, this store's selection is amazing. There are all sorts of new things that sort of rotate throughout the year, which allows my family to try new things. This store is very well done both with product selection and placement. There has only been 2 times we have wanted a certain item and it wasn't there. The employees are super nice as well.

This grocery store is honestly the most welcoming store I've been to in a while! The place is clean, the people are friendly and helpful!! They also place 3 baskets full of fruit at the beginning isle so that your kids can pick a fruit to snack on while you shop. That alone says a lot! They also take your groceries to your car for you 💯👍 in the town I live in they do not do this. My husband and I were shocked at first and didn't know what to say lol.This is the perfect example of a small town grocery store that treats everyone friendly. 💞 I love going to this store when we are here visiting 😊

People are very friendly and helpful.. not sure of the man's name in the meat department but he was extremely helpful. Answered all our questions and suggested things that we hadn't thought of. The whole staff was super nice we enjoy going there when we go

It's the only grocery store in Seymour, but it's relatively clean, the staff are keen with public policy and safe working environment. Around 9-10 am is when they prepare and start stocking shelves. That's relatively busy for them. They have assortments and quality respectively. Seymour is not a big city by any means. But they perform well and try to please everyone who comes whether if you're passing through, or if you live there. I can't complain much about anything.

I love the friendly customer service from Lisa L. and Linda. Fast service and they did it with a smile the entire time.....CJ and Keira are pretty awesome also. Ella in the meat market is always so helpful and friendly. United is a great place to shop although a little more expensive than I would like its good quality and helpful friendly service

The one male stocker was busy talking about making out with some lady in the parking lot of the store and how she wanted him to get in the car. Keep that to yourself little kids don't need to hear that. We could hear him three Isle's over.We got a few items and checked out the guy checking us out was not friendly at all. The store is over priced. It's very old.

Been shopping here about 6 months now and have found the selection to be limited and sporadic. Stocking takes place during shopping hours which creates a cluster in isles.I’m sure other shoppers are ok with this, but for myself it’s an inconvenience.The staff is friendly and helpful as much as they want to be.Hooray the deli is open everyday!

Came into store about half an hour before closing. Wasn't acknowledged at all, wasn't assisted with stuck baskets, employee too busy vacuuming and obviously leaving vs customer service was more important. Several other what appeared to be local customers came in after I did. Clincher was, I am considered handicapable due to the fact I require a stability device/quad cane from an old injury years back and am obviously an older person that struggled with carts right at the entrance and had to wait for the vacuuming employee to clean the rug before I could enter the store. Store appeared well appointed but what has happened to common courtesy here. I was passing through town on my way home and was shopping before I proceeded home. I dolid not locate what I was looking for and was not offered any assistance. I left the store disappointed for sure, without having made any purchase.

They have a great selection and good prices. They usually have at least one really great sale per month on meat items which is incredibly helpful. The lines are always fast moving and the cashiers are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that needs a bit of work in my opinion is the meat department. The items are often displayed with incorrect or confusing signage.
