Very happy with their service, needed to board our puppy last minute and they were awesome about it. The employees are so friendly and helpful, they take such good care of our little Daisy how I know, we’ve left her there three times now and when we walk in the door daisy is happy to see the employees especially Sonia 😉

In the beginning they were ok so we assumed they’d get better but in the recent months this place has become absolute garbage! We specifically asked for a short head and body and this is what we got the last time we went. When we walked in the girls told us “oh they did so good they let us do whatever we wanted today!” And then when they brought the dogs out and we complained about the long hair and unevenness they said “oh yeah that’s all they would let us do” so then which one is it? We have now found a new groomer and will never be going back to spa paw! If you want what you pay for stay away from here!

It was great service! I brought my smaller dog in a few days prior to my big dog to get her nails trimmed and my big dog later in the week to get a de-shedding.The nail appointment was quick and easy and my big guy was so clean and gorgeous, he even came home with a little accessory! He was absolutely fantastic looking and I was genuinely shocked and excited that my dog could look like that.All of the staff that I spoke with over the week of my appointment were quick to answer any questions I had and very nice and welcoming. My wife and I will be bringing both of our dogs here for as long as possible.

Dropped off our two babies for the weekend. Our hearts were at ease knowing they'd be safe and cared for in the 100°+ weather we'd have while we were gone.Our puppies were fat, happy, and well cared for when we returned on Monday! The nice young woman and young man (sorry didn't catch their names) helped and were very friendly, courteous, and professional. I would definitely take our boys back here again! Dually and Milo said they would definitely come back to pet Hotel Spa Paw again!! 😄🎉🎉❤️👌👍

This is a great place to have your dog stay for the weekend or holiday they seem to do good with my dog and take great care of him. It’s nice not to have to worry about where he’s at of if he’s being taken care of. They were able to also cut my dogs nails which is something he won’t let me do. The prices are definitely fair. I would definitely recommend this place for your animals grooming needs or a place to keep them while you’re away.

I was pleased with the love and compassion they had for my Jobey & Miley. Jobey was accidentally nicked by the clippers and I truly understand accidents happen. We have cut his hair at home and accidentally nicked him before. So I understand it was an accident. It happens… They showed so much compassion and I’m grateful. Great customer service and they did a great job on my babies desperately needed bath and grooming. I recommend Spa Paw 💯!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! Will absolutely use again. They were even willing to send someone during the off hours to accommodate the pickup of our dog because we live about 30 minutes from Seminole. Thank you SO much for the love and care you showed to our family dog!

They were sweet but obviously they did not know what they were doing. They didn’t bother trimming my schnauzers legs or paws at all and she is soooooo uneven on the back. You can see the shear lines. Her feet were obviously not touched. And my other dog looks EXACTLY the same except a bath. So sad I have gone before and loved it.

Love, love, love Spa Paw! I started taking my long haired dachshund Teddy about a year ago. He definitely has little dog syndrome & usually barks like crazy anywhere we go BUT he just waddles on into Spa Paw like he is VIP. HE Definitely enjoys his Spa days! My husband & I joke saying he’s going to go see the girls & get all the gossip. The staff has always been so sweet & friendly. They definitely make the environment welcoming for your furry friends. Teddy always comes home looking & smelling great! His fur stays super soft for weeks! 10/10 would recommend!

They've always done a good job with my pups. My suggestion is only for a slight name change from Spa Paw to Spa: Paw or something. Spa Paw doesn't make sense grammatically. Luckily, the name doesn't affect their service. They are very friendly and accommodating.

The best grooming place! They are super nice people & they get you in whenever your pet needs a grooming! We love bringing our dog here because he always comes out looking the way we asked. 10/10 would recommend bringing your pets here!

Took my XL Bully for a bath and nail trim. She looks great and smells great. They were able to do her nails with no problems and that's usually not the case with other groomers

They don’t have a clue on how to groom. They shaved my schnauzer down to nothing. The whole face is shaved off. I told them I am very unhappy with how they had butchered my schnauzer. The answer they gave me was “ they are training the girl s how to groom”. They were practicing on my dog. The told me to come back to get it recut for free. OMG!!! Never going back and NOT RECOMMENDING FOR ANYONE TO TAKE THEIR DOG THERE. If you love your dog, stay away from this place!

The people were so sweet and my dogs didn't seem traumatized as they have with other groomers they have been to and they looked and smelled awesome when I picked them up I am very happy with the experience and would recommend these ladies to anyone who ask for a good groomer.Thanks to all the staff for being so caring to my fur babies.

Spa Paw took excellent care of our pup while we had to be away on a family emergency. We were given updates and photos whenever we asked. She was clean, happy, and healthy when we got back.The kennels are very clean and the outdoor space is big enough for all dog zoomies!

We’ve had a great experience every time we’ve gone. They do a really good job. Our dogs look and smell good when they are done. I appreciate that they don’t smell like cigarette smoke when I pick them up.

We have a high maintenance pup who has to be drug out of the car when we approach the vet or groomer….We can barely contain his anticipation to make it to the front door of Spa Paw. If you’re a pet owner, you get it.Also extra shout out to Tamara for recommendations that helped our wheaten terrier rid all his allergy problems, and come off ALL his medication. There are no words. 🤗

They did such an amazing job on my baby And when I picked her up she was all spunky and happy, I always pay attention to her body language after I pick her up from grooming. And I'm sure she would not have minded if I left her there🤣
