Lots of work needs to be done to the store though, stock blocking off isles so you can't walk through them, shelves are half empty.

Not very clean, never stocked, but carts everywhere so hard to navigate, open drinks on shelves everywhere. I love dollar general and very disappointed with this one

It could be a good store just needs bew management. The isles are always so crowded you can barely get by when u want to pay you have to find a worker. And today I had a bit of an issue with one worker she was very rude!!!

This store recently remodeled, and the new layout is appealing. However, they still suffer from old problems. The isles are littered with random items, shelves are disorganized, and just getting around the store can be difficult. On the other hand, they have a good selection, and prices are generally reasonable. They just need to improve their organization.

I usually do not leave a review for a store that has so-so customer service. But this particular store treated me with absolute, unequivocally, the most horrible customer service I've seen in quite some time. They've lost a customer for life do to the manager's inability to honor to digital coupons that would have equaled out to $4. I was shopping today and I do utilize the digital coupons through the website. They also have huge marketing signs up around the store and online, informing customers that today was the last day to save $5 if you spend $25 or more. When I realized that my total came to $24.94, which the employee checking me out failed to inform me, I asked them to ring up the purchase again and add into the transaction two sodas to bring my total over the $25 threshold. The employee named Veronica seemed to be completely annoyed by this and, not only was she rude and agitated over my request, she basically told me that she could no longer help me. Billy, the manager on duty, would have to ring up the purchases. Billy, who also seemed extremely annoyed, informed me that do to my request, that they would no longer be able to honor my digital coupons, which I like I said, saved me $4 with only two coupons being used. I don't know about you, but having worked in retail for as long as I have, I would have thought that he would have enough common sense to override the two items that saved my $4 originally, and then given me the $5 savings I now would of been able to redeem. Billy unfortunately, is incompetent, and refused to do this. He claimed that "they", would not be pleased about this, and he then proceeded to tell me how I should be considerate of the patience he was exhibiting. Their annoyed scowls they both had on must mean I should of been grateful for them going out of their way to show me how much they value my shopping experience in their store. I deeply recommend that the hiring manager think about who they're promoting to the manager on duty role as Billy informed me, after asking three times how long he been in management, informed me that it was for several months. I am deeply troubled by the lack of empowerment Billy felt he had and would strongly recommend that his supervisor review his training. Furthermore, Billy did not feel there was any problem with Veronica huffing and puffing under her breath in front of me, the customer. I surely hope that dollar general's corporate office will understand and explain to these two employees why this would negatively impact their store.

Late to open, the useless employee open the front door at 8:50 a.m. sign on the door says they open at 8:00Then I asked him a question and he said I don't knowHe clearly has no idea what you sell at your store completely useless and your store is a freaking mess there's no way I could find what I wanted even if I wanted to try it's a mess

Store is finally looking better than it has in a long time. It's clean and the staff now is very friendly and helpful. Hopefully there won't be another turn around again it's hard on the store and not good for the town.

Convenient, and a good selection of products. But I was in line with six other people, and not a single employee could be found. Finally someone went to the back office/ storage area and found someone to come to the cash register.

The DG Go app is a game changer no for waiting in long lines or pulling the employees away from stocking duties or other task just to ring up a couple items

Horrible customer service, everyone is always on their phone. Their was a obvious line of five people and three employees walked by with not a care. There’s also tons and tons of clutter everywhere. Almost impossible to find what you’re looking for.

I like shopping at Dollar General but now that they have remodeled it there is no way to shop in there me and my husband went in this morning we couldn't even get threw the isles theres merchandise thrown everywhere big racks covering the shelves it's even worse than before we left and went to Family Dollar and found what we needed and very clean i think Dollar General should hire workers at night time to put all the merchandise on the shelves heck fall is almost gone and you cant even squeeze your self to grab anything off the shelves very disappointing I think then need new Management.

The people that work here are not friendly to the customers. I bought the wrong kind of medicine and the plastic was slightly torn and they wouldn't let me exchange it. I'm never shopping at any Dollar General again. And it's always messy anyways, from now on i'm going to Family Dollar.
