Employees are usually nice, but there is zero accountability for inventory at the Seguin, TX store. They are out of most things every time I go. Went for wire fence twist tool-outWent for dog food-outWent for varmint trap-outWent for a 16ft gate-outWent for water filters-outToday, I went for a 30 gallon galvanized trash can. They had it, but did not have any of the lids that come with them. Store employee said people "walk out with them when they find out we don't sell just the lids." Ridiculous. Hold someone accountable. I'm hoping the right person will see this and do an inspection at this store. They are always "OUT." The times when I return, they are still out of the mentioned items. Almost like- If we don't have it, we don't have to help you and you won't want to come back. Look at the attached pic of where the trash can lids go. Not a single lid in the bin for ANY of the cans they sell.

Staff are friendly, but they dont care if the store is clean, the bathrooms are nasty to the extreme. It would be one thing if it were stains on sinks and toilets, but there is a noticable layer of black grime that is not a stain which tells me they haven't cleaned in weeks. Yuck!!! This isn't the only issue, but it is sure the most pressing one in my opinion.

Young lady named Brandi Lyn, very efficient, helpful, really knows her product and was most helpful in giving me information about the dog foods I was inquiring about. Hope she is working next time I am in the store! (Strong, too...hauling 50-60 lb. dog food bags like they weighed nothing!)

Great place has a lot of stuff and items go I go there personally for dog items since I have an animal and I will get the dog food and cat food from there but they have so much more stuff like dog pins and containers to store dog food in or cat food

Thank you for making what could’ve been a failed transaction, an exceptional shopping experience. Went to pick up a tractor that I had ordered online and after driving an hour to get to this location, we all discovered that the tractor had a defective starter. This was the only tractor of this make and model they had in stock anywhere in the area. After trying in vain to switch batteries and make some on the spot repairs, the manager offered to give me an upgraded tractor at the same cost. Everyone involved in this transaction was extremely pleasant and although I was initially disappointed, I found it impossible to be upset at the employees who were trying so hard to help me. Thank you tractor and supply of Seguin, your employees and your management, for making this such a positive experience.

We bought a cub cadet zero turn mower and a trailer on October 9, 2021. Heather helped us out with the purchase and she went out of her way to help with changing out the hitch with the correct ball. And made sure the lights were working. We were very surprised and pleased with her work ethic. Her and her team are wonderful and we are going to be doing more business with her in the future.

Purchased dog grooming kit. After getting home to discover dog hair stuck in clips! Fear of what else I returned item. The refund response was that I would need to work with my bank on timing of funds! Not a fan of this experience

Tractor Out of Supply finally had what I needed, but cashier Amanda was such a Karen. Signs had bags of grain marked at wrong prices and she didn't know how to correct it in the till. Rather than asking for help she gave a discount that didn't correct the prices and stated that it didn't matter because of my tax exemption. Sounds like someone needs some remedial cashier training.

We’ve been here multiple times since moving to the city, and the customer service has gotten worse each time. Employees have been super rude when trying to complete transactions and outright ignored us when we approached to request help.

Seguin Store is getting better, New Manager, very helpful, she will go out of her way to help you if you need it. She is teaching the others on her Staff. Huge improvement. Just wish this Store was as clean as New Braunfels, course this is a older Store. Always find what I need. Wish everything had prices on it.

Every time my husband and l have been to Tractor Supply the employees have bent over backwards to assist us. Today we bought a riding mower but they were just as courteous when l bought decorations for my yard. Their kindness has been much appreciated.

Things I need! Quick shopping, not the confusion of the big box hardware stores. Plus the people here are knowledgeable. They are not like the clerks at Lowe's and Home Depot who don't know the difference between a 2X4 and a sheet of plywood!

There was a time I would really avoid Tractor Supply Co, let me tell you why. The staff was just unprofessional, rudeness seem to go hand in hand with most of the employees. However that has changed, and its really a joy you shop, look around and recieve good help. 👏

We purchased a Bad Boy 42" through corporation April 24th 2021, which was suppose to be delivered on May 3....did not arrive. Got a notice that it will be delivered on May 7th....did not arrive.I called Nicole on May 10th. She stayed on the line with me and customer support for over 30 minutes. Instead of keeping me on the line she waited for customer support to answer with great help. She called me back to inform me that my mower was going to be delivered that day.If it wasn't for Nicole, Tractor Supply would have lost a large sale.Thank you Nicole....your the best!!!!

Store us smallish, but they manage to have a great selection. Love this store for some of the offbeat home decor items. Big & Tall men can rejoice. They have Carhart shirts and pants just for you. Their pet supplies are great, as are the livestock supplies. They carry routine medicines for pets & livestock which saves vet bills. For those of you squeamish about giving shots to you pets, they also regularly host low cost shot clinics for dogs & cats.
