Nice and clean, open uncluttered isles, great stock. The hot deli was fresh and clean as well as the bakery.The employees were super nice and helpful.And, the bags, are wonderful and heavy, best I've seen at a Walmart.

Brought my new truck in for its first oil change. (To note, I always watch the oil change service because of past bad experiences.) The truck motor holds 7.7 quarts of oil, which i told the tech at least three times, before the job started. Two gentleman tag teamed the oil change job. One of the tech's drained, and the other filled the motor with oil. The tech was using two 5 qt jugs of oil to refill the motor. He put the first jug of 5qts in. He then began to put the second jug, which also contained 5qts in my truck. While watching this, I observed him put another 4.5 qts in. This is the worst thing you can do to your motor. He overfilled it with a total of 9.5 qts of oil. That is 2 qts too much.I advised him of his mistake, and he told me the oil jugs containers held 4qts. I informed him he was incorrect and asked that he look at the oil jug. He did so and found that I was correct. I instructed the tech to drain the excess oil from the vehicle. He attempted to explain to me that overfilling it would be OK, after starting the vehicle, and letting it run through the motor. I informed the tech that was not acceptable.The tech located the supervisor, Greg. (To note, Greg was an all-star. He deserves four stars.) Greg checked the oil level via dip stick and agreed the engine had been over-filled.Greg apologized for the mistake and gave me a 100% discount.

This is a well stocked and clean walmart. I had some returns to do at the front counter. The lady up front was a very helpful and patient and was able to get everything done in a timely matter. Well stock garden section. Diesel fuel at the cheapest price in the area. I will definitely come back again when I am in the sealy area.

They have relocated their drive-up pickup area. It is on the left side of the building, but it is towards the front of the store now instead of the back of the store. They have the numbered parking places, but after the deliveries coming out if the back door customers are trying to park in the back spots to be closer to the delivery access. For reference, the current pickup access doors are the first set of doors on the left side of the building near the front. Pickup spot number 1 is just to the left of the new access doors where they will be bringing out your order.

This store inventory is very poor. Several everyday items typically are not on the shelve. Shelves look like store is going out of business and really sad when distribution warehouse is down the road and cannot even keep this store stocked on its own brand.

I went to purchase various items for my household, such as a robot vacuum, toys for the children, and work pants. Since it was shortly after the holidays, I decided to utilize affirm for the transaction. I was approved and proceeded to make a purchase in the electronics section, which went smoothly. However, upon reaching the checkout area at the front of the store, I encountered an issue with the barcode not functioning properly. To my dismay, the cashier and other employees seemed unaware of the problem and made no effort to assist me in resolving it. A revisit was printed with instructions on how to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, no one took any initiative to help me. I was then directed to the electronics department, where they made another unsuccessful attempt to scan the barcode. Again, no assistance was offered. I was then redirected to the front of the store, where I encountered the manager once more. Regrettably, she informed me that she was unable to provide any further assistance. I informed her that I had already closed the app and generated a new barcode in hopes of resolving the issue, but to no avail. Left with no other alternative, I ended up paying $307.97 for the items in my cart, which had been previously bagged at the initial register I visited. The manager gave me a receipt, but upon exiting the building, the lady checking receipts noticed that the smart robot I had purchased was not included on it. She promptly took the robot out of my cart and headed towards guest services while grabbing my cart as well. The manager that I just checked out with receives the receipt and Agrees the robot has not been purchased.Once again, I explained to her that I had already paid for the robot and all the other items in my cart just seconds before with her as the person checking me out. At this point, an unidentified man in plain clothes approached us and began questioning me as well. After going back and forth with him, he went off to review the security footage. An elderly lady who also worked at guest services then suggested scanning the item and my card to check if I had paid for it by processing a return. Lo and behold, the robot and all the other merchandise appeared on the correct receipt. The unidentified man returned, printed out the accurate receipt, and handed it to me. Throughout this entire ordeal, no one offered an apology or even acknowledged their mistake once it was discovered. It is safe to say that I will not be returning to this particular Walmart due to the unprofessionalism displayed by the employees I encountered tonight.

I had a curbside order my sister placed for me from out of town, and when I arrived, the transaction was very simple and quick. The gentleman loaded my groceries into my car for me and was very prompt and courteous.

One of the nicest Wal-Mart's I've been to in a long time. Store was well laid out, with a neat and orderly appearance. The place was clean. Including the bathrooms! This is not something to take for granted at Wal-Mart.Staff was also nice.

The refrigeration system wasn’t working properly by the deli yesterday. All meat should have been thrown out and it was put out on a different one today. Lazy ppl putting up shipment, especially the waters, I grabbed a 6 Pk of water gallons, packed all in one and scanned it, as I was leaving it turned out it was supposed to be scanned individually, so I look like I work there to know this? Lady looked at me like I was trying to steal water… wth 🤦♀️

A rude worker (silver chain, black shirt, and clearly arrogant) wouldn’t help me out with something high up on a shelf even though I asked him nicely. I ended up climbing the shelf to grab what I needed, no thanks to no one who wanted to help me. His response, “Sorry, I don’t work in this department. I have to be somewhere else.” A minute of his time would’ve been appreciated but no, he apparently didn’t have time to help me out and I guess he fits in your team, Walmart. Shame on him and your terrible service.

Sir, I'm not your trash can!Leaving Walmart after I checked myself out, again — because there were zero cashiers instead of the usual one — I handed my receipt to the door greeter. "Keep it", says me. "Sir, I'm not your trash can!" she yells as I walk out the door.That got me to thinking. Every time I leave Walmart I say 'never again'. But it's the only grocery store in Sealy, save Bill's Country Meat Market (nice folks).Well ma'am, you're right. You are not my trash can, and I'm not:• a cashier in training• or a price checker• or a cart collector• or your therapist to hear your complaints• or interested in your personal conversation on speaker phoneIn fact, the best, most polite Walmart employee is Neo, the robotic floor scrubber. Neo has never been rude to me. He (or she?) is mindful to pause and let me pass, concerned for my safety and seems most intelligent. Walmart needs more employees like this. That time is coming.PS. I found their trash can. It's across the road from the store. And it's got Walmart's name all over it.

Walmart was easy to get in and out in a short time. I go to Walmart because they are close. The problem I have with Walmart is, the prices are too high with the drop in gas prices and no supply chain issues.

Save yourself time and never go here.Bought a Realtree 24 volt UTV for my nephew at 9am 11/28/21 drove an hour home to assemble, just to find it was used and returned. Parts missing (battery, axle, wheels, lights) and looked as if it was used and abused. Mud, scratches, cobwebs everywhere. Drove back to the store and was there by 1, just for customer service to say I was guilty and used it? Talked to the manager who then told me to use the 3 year warranty I purchased to replace all the parts that were missing. Then! Insisted that I put it together, charged it, used it, disassembled it, left the parts out, brought it back to get a new one...... all within 4 hours! I had to fight just to even get my money back. And all I wanted was to exchange it for a utv that had all of its parts.I will never be back here. Customer service is absolutely trash.

Stopped in for oil change, space heater and maybe grab a cold monster java. No space heaters and they DO have monster java on the aisle, BUT NONE IN COLD CASE.Looks look I'll go down the street to buy them from Dollar general that ALWAYS had them stocked on the aisle and LOTS of them in cold case as well. Plus cheaper.

Walmart had cheap prices first 10yrs in business putting out Mom /Pop . Now they are higher than any other store chain . Being in the store today Mexican music being played through out the store , this isn't Mexico this is the great State of Texas ! Our fore Fathers/Mothers fought for and now we will ! Elena is a cashier at this location.We try to go to her register whenever we are checking out otherwise,self check out.Over the past 3 years of shopping at this location, she has always,not just "sometimes been friendly cheerful and helpful.She is truly a joy to see when going in,to this location.We sincerely hope that she receives the recognition and pay for her customer service and walmart dedication.

I’m a highly concerned loyal Walmart customer who just experienced the most unprofessional experience. My Husband fills gas here every week and is loved by most of the employees who work there . My Husband came in to fill up gas 55 $ like he does ever WEEK after buying 200$$ worth of food . But I fear we may have to fill up at HEB from now on due to the lack of unprofessionalism that Murphys in Sealy tx. My Husband when in to spend money on gas and decided he was going to buy his cigarettes like he does every week ! He had his I’d and because he was Dominican a man of color she DENIED him Cigarettes!!! Why ??? He had his ID he just spent more than 50 $ on GAS and as soon as he goes inside to pay the gas and tells her two Newport shorts she said NO with such a hateful intent. Because some stranger from God knows how long ago ?? came in and didn’t have ID ???? where ? Who ? When ? Is this how y’all carry your business when it comes to a customer who DECIDEs to fill up At Murphys ?? What the point of have someone who treats customers in a way that causes them to never fill welcome here . I’m highly disappointed in the unprofessionalism and Racist act of hate that my Husband has just endured for this one individual (TORY in sealy tx) who claims to be a (Leader ) manager. I will be escalating this further and will not stop here . I hope other people of color don’t fill up here because they will be denied other services inside for no reason due the severe unintelligent individual who call herself a Manager.

Went in, middle of the day, 1cashier working who was already closed but she at least checked out my items. Why should I have to check my own stuff? I don't work there. And then get a $20 surcharge that NOBODY can explain. And they wonder why they get ripped off. HELLO! YOU DIDN'T HAVE THESE PROBLEMS BEFORE SELF CHECKOUT! You're paying 2 people,( not the brightest bulbs) to stand around to watch other people do their job and then they still have to come and punch in codes for veggies, beer. Y'all are stupid!

Update:Just had to fill my prescription...Outstanding courtesy, efficiency and an overwhelmingly positive customer-first experience.. they made up for the past mediocre service up front. Just another walmart. Too few cashiers and customer service is just service. Not friendly. Rarely even get a hello or how are you? Some of the cashiers are exceptional. Yet, few and far between. They are being replaced by self check. Just wondering, does anyone know if they will send out a 1099 or W-2 for all of the "self-check" hours I've put in all year? 🤔🤬 the struggle is real!
