I am thankful for this pharmacy. Ordering online or by phone and using the drive-thru is a snap. Even if there is a bit of a line, it goes pretty quickly. The pharmacists and techs are knowledgeable. It is comforting to be able to rely on that. I know that my prescriptions will be ready as soon as possible. Every time that I do go in the store, it is clean and tidy.

My prescription was backorder said the woman at the Walgreens pharmacy.I asked if she could find out when it would be back in stock, and instead of doing a few minutes of research, she said; "it may be two weeks or five months."Far from helpful and an I don't care attitude.

It is getting to the point I will have to Columbus for everything I need because it seems Sealy the workers believe they should stand there and do nothing.Went in to buy a pack of smokes and the redhead at the other counter gave a big sigh as if I was asking her to carry a million pounds up a mountain.I told her the brand and was going to point it out where they were at when she snapped at me and told me to wait at the other register and then she couldn’t find the product and I had to show her.I guess the best course of action from now on is never buy anything in Sealy because the reality is most of the stores have people that just do not want to work.

I have never encountered a more rude pharmacy manager. She walked away while I was talking to her. I can't believe Walgreens allows their employees to behave this way. I wanted a flu vaccine and I saw that walgreens said walk-ins were welcome. When I got there they said they are not taking walk-ins. She gave me a QR code and told me to make an appointment. But what about people who aren't tech savvy? Call the 800 number. My phone has poor reception, can you just help me make an appointment? "Nope we're busy" and walks away. I talk to the non pharmacy employees who are standing around doing nothing. Can you help me make an appointment? I'm having trouble with cell phone reception. "Try going home and charging your phone." How can a place with customer service that bad stay in business? I will stay away from Walgreens as long as I live.

Has anyone else had problems with the service for at this Walgreens pharmacy? In particular with the attendants not so much the pharmacist? I really wish there was another location besides this one! Not another for, like, 50 miles!!The attendants at this location do not seem to have any compassion, or a professional community friendly attitude. Do they not realize they are the only Walgreens around for most of us?! And we are stuck with them? Perhaps that’s why they do not feel it necessary to display their compassionate or community friendly skills! They know we are stuck with them! Once a new one gets built ANYWHERE closer bye bye Kaster business for y’all!!I’m giving y’all a two because some of the other sales people that work here are very helpful. Just not the pharmacy department.

This store has stolen my medication after I counted my prescription right after they filled prescription. Beware this is happening at this location and I have reported them. Count your scripts especially if they are a high quantity! I will never use Walgreens again after this incident. I was also missing my sons cough medicine 6 months ago due to the same thing happening. Shady business this is. I'm very upset that we can no longer even trust a large chain such as Walgreens. This is truly pathetic what you did and I hope you are reading this. You know exactly who you are! I should mention your name but I am not. But it will never happen to me again cause I'll never use a Walgreens ever!! Hope it was worth it.

Waste of time. I spent 45+ minutes on what should have been an 'easy' prescription refill. After demanding a long list of insurance details - they "couldn't" get their system to pull up my information. Strange that this is the only place that's ever had any difficulty. I'm so fed up with being made to feel like someone else's lack of attention to detail or consideration should be my issue to manage. May as well replace everyone in the place with a robot at this rate.

Pharmacist stole my medication that is controlled and ADMITTED it and said just come back and he would return my missing 4 pills. Went back and he said he didn’t take them and would not give them. Trust when I say they should not even be in Pharmacy period. This has happened many times. Stay far far far away!!!!

I work a few days a week in Sealy, so I've been this Walgreens quite a few times. People are pretty nice here. The pharmacy in particular has been very helpful, I've asked them a few times on recommendations and help with over the counter meds and they are always happy to help with my questions.

Rude pharmacy staff. I will never go to another Walgreens store. I will spend my money elsewhere, might just be a Sealy attitude I experienced today, but regardless, DONE FOREVER with Walgreens.

Average Walgreens. Check food products for expiration. They often have expired products on the shelf. Get rid of the Halo Top. $5.99 a pint and all of it is old. (or melted and refrozen) $2 more a pint than Walmart.

Meh. Had what I needed. Cashier was held up FOREVER waiting on a managers approval because someone changed their mind on a purchase. Obviously not gonna happen every time, but Ulgh.

Ok Walgreens my wife and I are done with you. Check out staff is just plain rude. Not the young ones but the older ones. With the exception of the cosmetics staff they obviously don't want to help.
