Sadly this is the only place near brookshire so I had to go check it out but what terrible service & staff is rude and don’t take time to answer phone calls for questions . They haven’t updated their website at all so don’t waste your time here . If you need a better fish hatchery I recommend Danbury fish farm they have every type of fish your looking for & they actually take time to answer your questions and concerns

Place is poorly managed, staff is rude & they never update their website or answer calls about question or concerns . The only time I went in person they had no fish or “bait “ and they seem oddly racist towards people . Not the first time I’ve heard of them being like that actually . My recommendation is if you need bait or fish go buy a 20-30$ cast net and catch them yourself with a Bucket and aerator and you’ll save yourself time & money .
