I drove there in a rush to grab an air filter for the house. My son was having allergies. I arrive few minutes before they close, an old man saw me pull up and quickly closed the door before their close time. This is very unprofessional. I understand it was few minutes before close but you have opening hours for a reason. It would have took me only two-three minutes. I know where the filters are and all they had to do is to have one last transaction.

This is the local ACE hardware store. Their shelves are well-stocked and (as noted by several other reviews), the staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. I've been dealing with them for over 15 years now, and have yet to be disappointed on any trip there.

During this last storm I experienced as everyone the need for pvc parts. This place I know understood the crucial need in the community for access to hardware, but chose to close due to no power. I know for fact that every other hardware store for 30 miles was open in cash only capacity giving what they could to their community. I thank them for that. To Home Hardware that chose NOT to 👎. Learn basic arithmetic and buy calculator. Your management choices suck.

Very disappointed with customer service. Ace use to be fabulous! What happened? They refused to shake my paint! Brand new unopened paint from H. Depot. I buy alot of things from Ace. It should be the least they could do for me. I will make sure my money goes to another business, one that will service me and value me.

Hometown employees are a little abrupt, seem a little put off when you ask for help. Luckily I'm kind of a DIY guy do don't need too much assistance. I'll stick with ordering online from Home Depot, unless I'm in a bind for something quick. Then there's A L and M. This Ace hardware seemed more interested in giggling with each other. Luckily I spent 13 years working at a retail auto parts up north and know how to help myself.Checking out was ok but they could pay more customers and not each other.

Worst experience ever. Stood in line, 2 cashiers helping a customer, neither 1 of them acknowledge my pressence there. Cashier finished with the customer, phone rings, still I am not acknowledge, finally off the phone and decides to see that I am actually standing there waiting to be asked if I needed help and as soon as I say yes, the other cashiers cell phone starts ringing her funky tune which she thinks isjust funny and starts laughing out loud. Anyhow after close to 10 mins of waiting just to ask if they carried an item, of course they did not carry the item. Thanks but no thanks.

Brought a echo chain saw in to be serviced took 1&1/2 months yo get back to bring it home and the muffler bolts were loose. I trued to tighten the broke a stud brought it back to them and ask if they would take to labor off for the repair that's it I was willing to pay for the parts and they said no in sorry you got to pay fir it all. Would not recommend anyone there. Go down the road to wct.

Well, I give favor to my ACE HARDWARE STORES, MDM I believe. I went and bought a brass fitting and; I had gone to get a replica Key, so I looked for some fittings, but so were all the plumbers and contractors. I don't blame anyone. I thought I could get credit for my purchase. I offered to provide proof the purchase had been taken from my bank account.OH NO, WE NEED THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT. When I go to the ACE HARDWARE STORE in Rosenberg, TX., they scan the code and the sale is returned to me to my account. And that's the way it went. Pues ni modo.

Their website says they have Benjamin Moore paint, but when I visited they said they never had BM paint. Why is this? What's the point of a website if it has bad information?

Ace Hardware has certain items that the big box stores don't, and I specifically like those items. Also the hands on knowledge of the staff are excellent, and they are always there and easy to find when you have any questions.

This is a medium sized Ace hardware, larger than the one in New Ulm (same owner), and smaller than the one in Brenham. They sell both Echo and Stihl equipment. I walked in looking for wire clips and walked out with wire clips and an Echo weed eater. I wanted to buy one that day, but most stores that sell them in the area were already closed. Happy to buy it from them. Try to visit long before closing time. If you are in the store near closing time, they will shoo you out the door. They turn off the lights promptly at closing time.

It is always good to have a hardware in a small town, but if you have a very involved job, it's fine to store there, but chances are that you are going to make a trip into Katy.

They actually know what's down each isle, all you do is tell them what you need like plumbing and the guy says isle 5. Very convenient

Price gauging? Moen cartridge listed at $15.99 on line. Off brand sold in store for $27.99. Not good practice. May think again about using Ace again.
