I moved here in May 2023, apprehensive about switching pharmacies since the people there will become the most important people in my life, with me calling with questions, getting scripts filled and having them delivered. While in the pharmacy yesterday getting a prescription filled, I told the lady behind the counter that my 4 year old daughter really needed to use the restroom. I was then told there was something wrong with it. I told her it didn’t matter which one she used,, she wasn’t picky, she just had to pee and didn’t want to wet herself. Then she said neither one was working. “Something to do with the sewer”, she said. I told her I was so sorry that everyone working there had to work all day without anywhere to use the restroom. (As if I had never heard that excuse before”. I would have been way less offended if she would have just told my 4 year old “NO”, instead of lying to us like that…

Driving in from Dallas, I really needed to stop and use the restroom. Figured this would be a lot cleaner then a gas station. Employee told me they don't have restrooms. So do employees go their entire shift without using the bathroom?

They always have what I want but service is sadToday the one clerk spent an inordinate amount of time with a customer's coupons while the line grew longer and longer. They called for backup which never came buy which expected was a ruseThat no help would ever come. She must have called so the folks in line would hear her call for it.So when I get to the lube with my one $50 item she saysDo you have a CVS card with us?I couldn't resist. ....I said o no this is why I could never have any kind of rewards card. I cannot be so selfish to make a line of people wait so I might save a dollarShe handed me my receipt which I left on the counter. Because god help me.....what if there was a coupon on it?Good product stock. Incredibly inconsiderate service

I absolutely love the CVS in Sealy! The staff is always so polite and helpful. I am always greeted at the door with a smile. You can tell Ashley, the manager really cares about her staff, therefore the staff always seems happy. Cynthia, Mishael and Jasmine are such wonderful employees.... Always willing to help with a smile on their face. Keep up the good work ladies! Small town pharmacies are the greatest!

My family has been using Sealy CVS Pharmacy for about 15 yrs. We now live in Brenham, but we still drive to them. They are polite, helpful, quick to fill our medications and always working hard. This will always be our family Pharmacy.

As if making a doctor appointment, traveling to / from doctor appointment through construction isn't hard enough when you don't feel well and have had very little sleep. Try getting your medication from this location. They never have it. It's absolutely defeating. I've yet to understand why this store even exists. And they are not helpful in trying to get you your medication. If it wasn't for our insurance, I would go somewhere else.

They lost my wife's prescription just 30 minutes after we dropped it off at the drive-thru. Then they accused me of not dropping it off there. We'll be using another pharmacy in Sealy for now on. Pull up the camera at the drive-thru and you'll see I dropped it off.

I would give zero stars if I could. I only use CVS pharmacy because my prescription insurance is with them. They are slow as can be. Horrible customer service and just absolutely useless. Thanks for nothing CVS Pharmacy

I'm wondering if both me and Darius Robinson had an issue with the same woman. She chose to argue with me instead of fixing the issue. Whoever Cynthia is, she either needs intensive retraining or removal.The same goes for the C.S.R. Mishael (pronounced Michelle), who lies about being the manager on duty (and about other things) in order to keep from getting disciplined for her nauseating customer service.

I LOVE this pharmacy they are always so nice! Elianna helped me get my prescription down from 150 to 25 by telling me about this coupon helping me do it through my phone she was super helpful!

One of the ladies that work there need a customer service training she don't know how to deal with customers and when we ask for her name she refuses she said Norma and when we ask for the last name she refuses. She's very rude to customers.
