This is the worst place I have ever showered. The place was dirty majorly. The walls had black grime and the showers had a lot of calcium build up, the toilet had dried urine and hair and the counter had hair all over. Total disgusting. I was in shower 6 and the water felt slimy as well. I will tell people to never visit this place.

Others have mentioned poor cleaning in showers and other concerns. I'm showing a pic of the one I used. Others said cold water only but I had the opposite problem. My water was scalding hot and nothing I did changed that. There was no cold water.Employees were rude and dismissive when I asked why my fuel purchases were not showing up on my rewards card. They said it should be but call corporate bc the employees didn't know anything about the card. So even though I should've had a free shower due to my furl purchases, I had to pay. Loved this truck stop. Almost like a mini Walmart. Has everything you need. Was very clean and ALL the staff were nice and informative. They have a Taco Bell in there as well as other hot food. They have so much to offer. The bathrooms were clean as well. Great stop. Loved the self checkout service too.

Pumps 6 & 8 were not processing cards. There is no sign. The Pilot Center representative said that communication is not working with these pumps. No smile on the face looks like a zombie. The restroom was not clear, endless running water.

Showers disgusting, no pressure, cold water, extremely old, dirty and with hairs everywhere. Staff disrespectful, they start knocking your door after 1 hour of bathing and asking to leave the shower. How it's possible!? This is the only place to relax after long hardworking day for truckers. Definitely I'm going to complain regarding this to the main office.

Nice full service gas station and truck stop too. They have showers, good, electronics, everything you might need for road travel.Staff is very nice as well.

A brand new truck stop and the showers are disgusting.. also sure hope you didn’t want hot water. Maybe 10 trucks in the lot and the hot water would start to work then instantly go cold. Y’all need to do better

Avoid this place between 11pm and 6pm , I go by here 3 times a week and they constantly out of coffee . It must be a company culture because the issue is never resolved . You get computer generated messages.There is a brand new truck called ( The Texan )across the hwy that has the same number of employees. The new was way cleaner.

Cleaning, overall should be a little bit more of a priority. I used shower number two and I was stuck with cold water despite the fact I challenge for 20 minutes to make the hot water work but it didn’t happen. I had to let the employee know that the shower was defective. Otherwise friendly and nice people working here.

There’s always one person at the self checkout and takes forever to get help at the fuel register, doesn’t makes sense to have 3 self checkout if you guys don’t let people do it themselves, plus cashier with a bad attitude because of trying to help everyone at the 3 self checkout and fuel register at the same time, hire more people and pay ‘‘em more so the don’t quit , I’ll better take my business to loves 🤨

Wonder if employees are washing their hands since both bathrooms are out of paper towels. Definitely won't be ordering food here. We have come here many times and this was the worst it's been. 9:36 in the morning on a Saturday. Seems like a lack of effort.Tried to visit today again and same disappointment as before. Pump wouldn't take card when it finally did it put a $500 hold. Avoid this station. Won't ever go back.

It's time to change the plumbing in the shower, there is no hot water, no water pressure, the store looks dirty, the coffee area is dirty, the coffee is watered down, the workers are rude and inept,people you need to learn how to work, if we ask team shower ,then you are selling 1, not 2. Then why all these awards?

.. I went to pay a shower with my Loyarty car and they had the service down and I had to pay for it, having points to take a shower. I think it was wrong because it's not my responsibility that their system doesn't work.

One of the better Pilot truck stops. Still relatively new & clean. Taco Bell inside has almost always great service. A good selection of other food items Pizza, wings etc. Parking lot could be bigger but I’ve been lucky in getting a non-reserved spot the last 4 visits. Even After 6pm..

I took showers and then went to taco bell to buy some food and two ladies at register talking to each other and not look 👀 at me I waited there 2 minutes and they were not looking at me if I want something or not,,after that I went to pilot register and here they did same,,No one attend me nicely,,bad bad bad behavior did to me,, hate like these people

Shower #5 was completely disgusting. The toilet had hair all over it and poop stains splattered all on the inside. The shower stall had someone else's soap and shampoo in it as well. I know I won't be stopping here for a shower anymore. 07.31.23 3:01pm. Just disgusting and disappointed

The showers stink. They don't smell clean.I'm assuming this is due to the lack of automatic spraying deodorizers that you will sometimes see in restrooms.Or maybe they're just not cleaned well.

This was the third time (10/2/2022) I stopped here filled my truck trailer and same like before book a shower from mobile app in early morning and wait for more than 1 hour never got a shower. My position was 3rd and after a hour same 3rd and when I checked all the showers were empty & needed to be cleaned. Will never stop here again, shame on you guys.

No lights in the parking lot. No hot water in the showers. The whitewashed walls and fixtures, I don’t think were in the design plan. No one working the registers; self pay only. Couldn’t get any hot food or cigarettes without bothering someone to actually do their job. Garbage cans overflowing. Just not a very welcoming place.
