This was the cleanest, friendliest, and tastiest Dairy Queen I have ever been to. I'm from the Dallas-Fort Worth area and their DQ's are horrible. I love DQ but hate going to them. They seem to be always dirty with lazy employees. I was impressed and pleasantly surprised with this location. We stopped for a treat during our road trip back home from the TX coastline and I am so glad we did! Kudos to all the staff at this location! From the cashier to the ice cream handlers to the cooks in the back...great job!

This location is a disappointment to the Dairy Queen brand. It shouldn’t even be open until employees get proper training in sanitization. We travel this area often and will opt for the Nearby Whataburger instead next time.We went through the drive thru, but needed to use the restroom. My son and I got down and noticed the large piles of trash bags at the entrance of the store.Once entered, not one customer was there and all tables had not been cleaned and the floors were filthy. I noticed melted ice cream and trash located by the register. Visible areas were gross so I looked behind the kitchen and no surprised to see how filthy it was.We received our food and the center of the bread was steaming hot and the outer parts were hard, like it had been microwaved. The worst Dairy Queen burger and fries I have ever had. We waited 10 minutes after we ordered so assumed we would receive fresh food.I still love my Dairy Queen but will never come back to this location again.

I travel down this route often, maybe every other weekend, and decided to get a treat. I walked in and there were two females at the register. One was ending her shift and the other looked at me and walked to the back. There were 3 other workers in there. All looked at me and no one offered to take my order, just continued with their own conversations.

I love Dairy Queen and I love Schulenburg but this location is not good at all. Took the nephews for ice cream only to find out they didn’t have ice cream that day. Ordered something else and it took 20 minutes for the car in front of us to move on. Came back the next day and they finally had ice cream. Ordered food but they never gave us drinks and also never gave us the salad dressing we ordered. Not sure what’s going on but it’s pretty obvious people aren’t happy with this DQ since the Whataburger across the street was packed.

Went to this DQ, and God! I will never come back again 😤 I ordered a Jalito Ranch ,and this is what they gave me, so upsetting 😡 jalitos ranch doesn't come with mayonnaise and tomatoes and that's exactly what they served me, second time they make my order wrong they need to learned their own menu. Bad business.

I have to say that this Dairy Queen is by far the best I’ve been to. Food is always good but from the time I walked up to the door I was greeted with friendly smiles and a, “Welcome to Dairy Queen!” It didn’t stop there though. Pretty much every employee came over to make sure everything was fine with our meals and if we needed anything. So glad that we stopped here. This was a good start to a long drive home.

No apologies from the cashier after charging me incorrectly and getting my order wrong. I asked for “one large blizzard with Oreo and m&m and one large blizzard with Heath and butterfinger.” She said it was about $15. I asked “for two blizzards?” She said “yes”. I had to ask her to repeat me my orders in which she was charging me for four blizzards. The girl who made our blizzards was apologetic. I was embarrassed for holding up the line of ten people.

Expectations being set, it's a DQ -- we were passing through on vacation and wanted a quick bite. I'm not expecting the best fast food experience, but I'm expecting something better than bleh. Hands-down a terrible experience. After waiting for 25 minutes, we had to ask for our order to be canceled. The manager(?) gave some pushback but relented. Only two other groups in the place had even received their order, and one said their fries were so bad they couldn't be eaten. Decided to move on.

We just left this Dairy Queen location, on our way through Texas after Christmas. I usually love Dairy Queen, and the service we receive, but this location was the worst we have ever been in. The restrooms were dirty, without supplies (toilet paper or paper towels) and the ladies room had a backed up toilet. My husband cleaned our table, since there were no other tables available. We were the only people in the restaurant. Their drink machine was out of all drinks— all, except diet and AHA (?). And the girl that took our order didn’t even mention it. The trash cans were overflowing with old garbage. If we hadn’t already ordered and paid for our meal before we noticed all the dirty surfaces, bathrooms and trash, we would have left immediately.

Told cashier the ladies room had no toilet paper or paper towels for hands. Said she would take care of it. We were there over a half hour, no one went in. No customers but us.Service good when ordering, but did not deliver drinks or fries to our table we ordered. Had to show guy receipt. Again, no one in place but us. Drive thru was busy.

On way to Victoria I Stopped for some ice cream, the ladies inside working last night saw I had my puppy with me. She wanted my ice cream so bad.The lady (wish I had gotten her name) at the register was so nice and made my dog a pup cup!I give this place 5 stars.Very friendly and so thoughtful!Thank y’all again!

Slowest drive through. Spent 30 minutes behind 3 cars, they took almost 10 minutes to take my order. This place really needs help… most definitely would stop here again for fast food!!
