All were very friendly and responsive. Great experience and I recommend them unconditionally. You must go, visit and browse the fully stocked lot. No pressure sales. Small town attention and atmosphere. You'll enjoy.~4/10/24, they have discontinued light servicing (oil change, fluids check, inspections etc.) on motorhomes. Mine is a small Class C. Sad because we have done business with them continuously for over 30 years. Searching for a new place that will help with maintenance of my motorhome.

Yesterday I bought my third silver Ford Escape in nine years from Chuck Brown Ford. I had a very specific model and color that I was looking for and checked with dealers near my home in Houston. After trying to sell me things that I wasn’t looking for, they all told me they couldn’t get what I was looking for. Chuck Brown Ford had no problem getting me what I was looking for, which is why I keep driving all the way out here every time I need a new vehicle. The guys out here are great to deal with.

We were towed in on a Friday around 4:15 and needed to get to Colorado by Sunday and our truck was dead. Other places were telling us they could not get to us until Wednesday of the next week. We had a commitment to our kids and we had to get to the place by Sunday so we were in a panic. We talk to the assistant manager Cory about our problem and he took a look and worked on it and figured out the problem. We were so thankful for him taking the time to figure it out right before closing time because it had been such a stressful afternoon before we got there. They were the only place that we had come to that would help us, and I thank them very much.

Not fair, not honest. They dont want you to see the window stickers on new trucks so they can lie to you about the MSRP. Called the salesman out on his lie and he left to "go talk to the owner". He left us sitting in his office and I guess was not planning on returning until we asked another employee to get him to come back so I could tell him I would not be buying the truck from them or ever returning to this dishonest overpriced dealership. Went the next day to Autonation Katy and bought a Lariat Ultimate package for less money than Chuck Brown wanted for the Lariat Value. Chuck Brown advertises honest and fair deals but that is far from the way they treated me.

I made an appointment to have several recalls taken care of, they gave me a ride home, called me when the work was complete I picked it up, there was no charge and the even put a battery in my key fob without me asking. They were all very friendly!

Last Monday I was driving from my home near Madisonville to a new project near Corpus Christi. I stopped for gas in Schulenburg, and when I went to leave the station, my F-150 wouldn't start. I called Chuck Brown Ford, and they referred me to a local wrecker service, and said they would work me in as soon as possible. To make a long story short, 3 hours later, I had a new starter installed and I was on my way. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road, they were extremely courteous, and charged a very fair price. Thank you Chuck Brown Ford.

I will start by the salesperson was excellent. Agreed on a price and then the day before the truck was to be delivered he called saying his boss would no longer sell me the truck unless I bought an extended warranty and also financed through them as opposed to my bank. I could tell he was very upset about the situation and did not agree but his hands were tied. I also would have to drive down 4 hours to pick it up when the salesperson and I agreed they would deliver. Very bait and switch and not a good way to do service. In the end I really wanted to the truck so I drove to get it but I will never do business with Chuck Brown Ford again.

Chuck Brown service Dept to the rescue. Headed out of town last Friday and found ourselves broke down with a busted radiator in our Excursion. Wife, 4 kids, dog, and 36’ camper, not the ideal situation but the service advisor and guys in service made quick work of it. Owning 2 shops myself, I can appreciate the way everything was handled and how accommodating they were. They had us back on the road in no time and we were able to continue on with our Memorial Day plans. Huge thank you to everyone there as they were all very accommodating and got us going again.

First, I would like it to be known that I have never written a review on any services rendered. If I could give this dealership no stars I would. Our salesman Travis was a nice guy and gave us a fair deal. The owner Chuck Brown on the other hand is probably one of the most inconsiderate, unprofessional, businessmen I have ever seen. My wife and I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership this past weekend. The finance person was not at the dealership so the owner (Chuck Brown) had to sit down with us and close the purchase. He entered the office, did not say hello, extend his hand, or greet us in any way. He just pointed to where we needed to sign on the paperwork and left the office after the deal had been done. Again, not acknowledging us in any way or simply saying "Thanks for your business". I will "NEVER" go back to this dealership for "ANYTHING".

Traveling to San Antonio and my radiator went out on my 2003 F250. Stopped at Chuch Brown Ford and they went out of their way to help me. Looked at the truck right away and found the radiator to be cracked , and ordered it over night from Houston and had back on the rode by 10am the next day .Larry Brown the service manager even called me later to make sure I was able to get a hotel room.The next morning while they were fixing the truck a sales person even offered the use of a vehicle to go into town. SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND !!Spoke to the owner Chuck Brown, and thanked him and praised his employees. So nice to be greeted by smiles and helpful attitudes.Stopped at Bobby Vaughn in Columbus, Tx and spoke directly to the service manager and he was very rude . I was told they could not help me. I went out and spoke with a mechanic and the service manager came out and told me again they did not have time to help. I told him all I wanted was some water to fill the radiator.
