I love Pets Barn. Our dogs (4 currently) have been eating and thriving on their Activa brand for 6 years now. The staff always go above and beyond and they are knowledgeable on everything from the best toy to the best diet, the best harness to CBD oils.Their prices are quite reasonable and the selection is wide.I recommend them all the time.

Our kiddos love their new food that they mix for us I'm store. Our pack no longer has gas, their coats feel silky smooth and they are excited about breakfast everyday!The bucket of organic treats are a hit too.The staff could be a little more helpful with product and be a little more personable. I am grateful for the young man who helped me take all 3 bags of dog food to my car!

Diego was so helpful! The oils and vitamin additives were very cool. Their own brand of dog food made in Texas. Service and products you will never see at Petsmart or Petco!

Here's your military discount, and a baggie of dog treats."This was my experience today.The price range is slightly higher than Amazon, and the selection slightly less, but you can't beat this kind of service. I will happily pay a little more to support this business.

Activa is the best for our Irish wolfhound standard poodle mix, keeps him healthy with a beautiful shiny coat, I love how you can add whey and flavor to it all and the discounts you get when buying in bulk is the awsome and saves us alot of money

Great variety of all things needed for dogs, cats, rabbits, and birds. Love that they can even mix their brand of dog food to the needs of your dog. Variety of leashes, snacks, toys and the staff is always helpful and nice. Always an awesome place to shop for our dogs! We can ear cleaner, bath soap, food, treats, toys & the customer service is always exceptional!

I decided to go to the Pet Barn instead of PETCO today. I was pleasantly greeted by the staff. It felt very welcoming. The store was very clean and the staff were courteous and friendly. I will definitely return..

I always come here for rats for my snake and have started getting my dogs food here too, everyone is super nice and sweet and very helpful. Their rats always tend to look healthy and they usually have the right size for my live feeds, I’m super comfortable buying their animals and food:)

My favorite place for treats for my dog! The staff is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They have great food options, natural dog treats, and plenty of occupying chews like hooves, goat horns, and pig ears. The staff is really what sets this pet store above the rest. They care a lot and are always enthusiastic, helpful, and doting on my energetic puppy. I highly recommend them!

Love this place for our pet dog Gucci!!! Employees are very welcoming and very helpful!!!! 1 employee that was mixing my dogs food was and is always very kind helpful and always welcoming to my family (dog included) and I when ever we come in!!! I love this place so much!!! This place is so good for your pet!!! I have a bullie and I love getting his food fro. Here and treats and shampoo and other great things for.him!!! My favorite is when I can pick oils for my dogs food like allergy oil or coconut oil and they mix my dogs food all up and it's been benefiting him real good!!! Love pet barn!!!

I have been going to Pet's Barn for several years now and I can say that the customer service is by far the best out of all the pet supply stores in the area.They all know my service dogs name and most known my name. They never hesitate to help me or anyone else carry their items to their car.If you are looking for advice on you pet be it dog, cat, fish, or whatever they seem to know the answers or they get them for you.I definitely recommend this place and hope you like it as much as my family and I do.

My dogs have been eating their grain free dog food for years. I love that they provide supplements for the dogs and add them to your food along with flavors like bacon. The best part is that my puppy and my elderly dog can eat the same food. I like that I don't have to change anything for them even though they are at different stages of their life.

I don't go to this place often!, but when I go in to get a couple of bones for my dogs they are very generous with them I have bought toys from them and they're pretty cool! They do know a lot about dog food there are also some of the sweetest people I've ever encountered and they care about your pet!

Honestly I’ve been disappointed the only two times I have been here. The first time no one greeted me or asked if I needed help finding anything and the cashier was not engaging at all. The second time was today and there were literally 5 employees standing in the middle of the store when we entered and no one greeted us. We wandered around the store trying to find specific items and were disappointed with the lack of engagement or effort offered by the team members and they were all standing around chit chatting. I think for how much those employees were standing around chit chatting the store could’ve been presented a little better. Finally when we went up to the cashier they didn’t say anything and scanned the items and asked if we wanted a bag. He was nice enough to say have a nice day afterwards. I’m writing this in hopes that the management sees this review and see that a store like pet barn should have people act a little more excited about pets/ provide a better customer experience since they are in competition with big stores like Petco or petsmart. I’m sure the team members can provide good customer service I just haven’t experienced it yet.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! My pets love the Activa Chicken with no corn. We also add supplements to their food to help with joint pain, allergies and coconut oil for their coat. We will not buy from anywhere else!

I love this place. The girls recognize me 😆 & remember what i get. I do go in almost weekly though. But the environment is very friendly & laid back. I love when 1 of the girls bring her sweet dog in. I have 3 large dogs, 1 has a sensative tummy & skin as well as 1 of my other pups & their activa food with the supplements has helped them more than any medicine or any other dog food out there. I even got my mom to start buying her 15year old dogs good here & shes been doing so much better with the supplements & cbd treats as well.

Small clean Store. Friendly staff. Very little in the way of small animals and fish to purchase. What is unique to this store is that they will blend flavorings or Oils into the dog and cat food they sell. If you're into that kind of thing this is phenomenal. The rest of the store is a little underwhelming.

We will never go elsewhere for our pets needs. We feed their Activa brand and our dogs thrive on it. We also really like the fact that we can customize additives such as protein, probiotic, allergy. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. This has worked so well for our dogs that we now have friends in New York that have it shipped into them. Their dogs are also thriving. The prices are excellent, much less than you would expect to pay for something so good. I sing their praises to anyone that will listen.
