Clearance items should be clearly marked just to help customers know what pricing is what. The store store manager has the most repulsive attitude. If your staff mislabeled product and a customer is fully shopping ( spent about 100 bucks). The best thing to do would be make a 3 dollar price adjustment and take care of the customer. Verse holding up the line, telling them they're wrong, saying other customers misplaced multiple like items in areas of your store " own YOUR business ". It's not o.k to belittle an individual and allow us to walk out of the store out of sheer embarrassment. Learn to treat people better.

And when trying to explain how another customer set one item down on the clearance shelf that was not clearance (reason why it was not red stickered), you rudly kept shutting me off and would not let me speak. It's an ok place , it's unusually hot In the building, and spotted trash and some kinda ceiling stuff on a whole bin full of sodas . Also needs more cashiers the waiting area for a cashier line to open is cramped and small , all the random goods are in the middle of the line area and it makes it cramped , if they would move the stuff outta the way and keep that area clean , there wouldn't be cramped space waiting in line for the cashier desk to be free. But if ur looking for just to buy something in a jiffy and take off to a pick nick , or etc this is an ok place.

From food,clothes, home goods,cleaners,games,toys,batteries, candy,toiletries, decorations, school supplies, cards, pet products and so much more!! Love browsing through the aisles..you never know what you'll find! All at great prices 👍

during the scam demic a couple years ago there were no signs posted and the store employees were mask nazis. They thought it ok to yell at me across the store, chase me into an aisle and berate me for not having a mask on. I explained i am not to be talked to in that manner or to be yelled at period. If they dont want me there to approach and ask nicely like civilized humans, not the power tripping animals they were being. I reached out to corporate, no answer. I havent been there since. I am speaking of the store right next to DQ in Schertz on FM 78. I have also not been into or spent any money in ANY of their stores or affiliates since 2020.

That's interesting. They have variety stuff here with good low prices. I was surprised Family Dollar have product for Beauty feminine and Personal Care: Body or Deodorant spray. Great deals for small business to shop!

Its been super hot. N a family with teenage girls walks in with drinks. Store manager tells them no drinks allowed, but there's nothing posted stating that on the door. Family just leaves cause manager tells them they can leave them on the counter. Then proceeds to tell another customer who looked confused. "Oh technically they're allowed, I'd just be the one clean it up if they spill it." It was a feel of 105 outside.

Been a few times, but last time the employee irritated me quit a bit. Went looking for empty bottles, which they didn't have. Next best thing was cheap wine bottles that were all marked for $1.25. Unfortunately they couldn't sell liquor before a certain time, so left and came back after about an hour or so. Filled up the cart and when I went to the register, where they scanned for much more. I took him back to where he took me the first place and he tells me the price is wrong and he can't sell them to me at that price. Would have been NICE if he would have told me that before I wasted my time
