200doll fee for being late, wow, I know it was my falut, when I got this load in OH I was 150miles away for the P/U and my delivery was 1,330 so I knew I was gonna be late, that beautiful traffic in Indianapolis, little Rock, Dallas, and finally Austin TX,.(NICE) On a good note, am already home, and ready take my 34h reset, 200 doll is not gonna ruin my day, have a wonderful and amazing and very productive day...YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Almost forgot to mention, they unloaded me in 30min, The kid unloading was Isaac Rodriguez, he was fast and very polite no complaints, Keep up the good work.

PROS: Work schedule is pretty much the same thing for mornings and mid shifts. Monday - Fri. Night shift is when you finish, but have 3 day weekends. Major holidays off.No uniforms and can listen to music.Can take 1 hour lunches.CONS: All staff is Micro managed. Weekly meetings are lectures. Work environment is toxic.Have to wear and purchase steel toesEquipment is outdated, always broken and nothing is in the budget. Scanners are held together by bubble gum and ear wax, and disconnection is normal.Alot of things never get fixedOutside business partners show up when they want, have contaminated loads, and ship defected product on a weekly basis. Nothing ever gets fixed.Pay here has always been low for warehousing. Raises are cents, only management get bonuses and employees get ASC merch . No cost of living adjustments.Extreme Tx heat no A/C except freezer dept & cold room. Water fountains only, your on your own. No room for promotions here.

No parking on street signs. Parking lot very small. I will never haul a load here ever again. I don't care if the rate is 5.00 a mile. Don't need to put up with rude and hateful people that are in the transportation industry. They would be the last ones I would think would be that way but I guess I'm not from here so this is what I get. So have someone else haul your dog food. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Definitely the most unorganized warehouse to select I’ve ever experienced the pick system is the worst . The equipment provided ( scan gun ) never work . There has been plenty of times that I’ve done 30 minutes worth of work for 2 & half hours because of equipment issues. The servers disconnect constantly & the scanners are either broken or just don’t work .... & they sit there for months without repair or acknowledgement for repair . Extremely hard to hit incentives with these issues . How has this company survived ? Maybe because they don’t invest back to take care of the proper tools needed to get the job done in a timely manner.

They unload quickly, if you are going to arrive after the appointment, call the number that appears on Google so that they do not charge you 200 dollars for the ticket.

This company is very bad, after they mistreat the drivers we also have to wait a long time for the documents
