I have not used this vet. I called because I had an emergency with a one week old calf and they said they’d be happy to make an appt next week. I’m not sure what part of the emergency said wait until next week! This is the reason I have left a 1-star review. I will never use them because I know if there is another emergency, they won’t be there!

Ruby got down in her back a few days after receiving her annual shots. Took her to Dr Flores & she prescribed muscle relaxers & some pain pills. As usual her staff was pleasant, comforting & considerate. We’ve known & used Veronica for well over a decade & first met her when she treated our 3-week old bull calf who had been separated from his mother shortly after birth. He was unexpectedly found, by our neighbors, near a stock pond, nothing but skin & bones. They named him Lucky Bones. He was lucky to be found just in time & Veronica saved him.

This is by far the most amazing, caring, comfortable, and cost effective Vet I have ever been to. Dr. Flores is very knowledgeable and professional while being down to earth and caring in the way she explains what is wrong with your animal. The office always went above and beyond to help me understand my dog’s heart condition and to help me get his medications refilled on time. They even sent me a wonderful hand written letter by the whole staff when my dog passed away! There is no other vet I will ever use now.

This place is awesome! My little dog is normally either super shy, or barks at people. But the tech and vet were so kind to her and she was wagging her tail when they would come back into the room! She didn’t even get upset about being held for her shots! Everyone was so kind!

I’ve been toting my animals back and forth for yrs and really like it. But recently called for my German Shepard a allergy shot. He is scratching so bad. He’s big so they said it be $200.00. I explained no way could I afford that being 65 and disabled. They do not offer breaking a payment up or any resolution. So I’m quite concerned. My animals mean much to me.

I love this vet clinic. They deal with farm folks and their animals in a down to earth manner.They spay Ferrell cats and make nice contribution to their area.My dogs spay surgery went well, she is happy and healthy and very affordable.

I'm giving them 2 stars because of how great they were qith our horse and how reasonably priced with her. However they deserve no good review because they charged double the highest charge anywhere else on the culture for our dog. Even though I asked upfront for an estimate AND asked afterwards for an explanation and credit for the double up on the charge. The girl upfront placated me with empty promises to solve it later. Instead of making it right and taking the amount they over charged off the meds refill I was purchasing at the time I brought it up again she charged full price and said she would contact me later .... I never heard back. They massively ripped us off on our service dog. So disappointing since we have many animals and live so close it would have been nice to be able to trust them and use them for all our vet needs.

I am giving 2 stars because the vet is close to our house and my in-laws love this vet, however this has not been my experience. We waited about an hour to get our puppy seen the first time, and almost two hours the second time during which I think we were forgotten about once we were moved into a room. Also the fee to have the doctor look at our puppies skin was $75 which was a two minute encounter. We noticed our puppies name was wrong and my contact number was way off on the paperwork at our first visit so we told the receptionist to update it. During our next visit I saw it was still incorrect and I asked again to have it updated. The next time I saw his name was corrected but my phone number was not. The latest issue was I was given the wrong type of heartworm pill for my dog which I realized once I got home. It seems like every time there is something that irritates me. I wish this place paid more attention to detail and I had better experiences because it is the only vet in our area.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I have worked for a vet for 9 years. Moved to a new area was looking into a new vet clinic, this clinic was closest to me. The vet is all about money adding tons of unnecessary items to treatment to increase her profit. I got an estimate from 500 dollars down to 80 dollars by denying all the extra unneeded treatments she added. My dog was perfectly fine without them. She also lied on another encounter when I asked a about a shot or medication for my dog. Said it was no longer available. Called the vet I used to work at to find out she was lying and just wanted to do an expensive unnecessary procedure instead of giving a 40 dollar shot. Do not use this vet for anything.
