About the 3rd time coming to get propane here 1st time they were out understandable2nd time no one here to operate to fill your tank3rd time they have propane the person that can do it here badge is no good.This place is a joke if u want propane this tank and fill station is just for show. Dont waste your time coming here to get propane another bad management manage place.

I enjoy walking into Tractor Supply and seeing all the friendly employees...Ms Jennifer is a Beam of Sunshine and Love ... she's so friendly and knows everyone by name...Ms Henry is a great boss she's always busy making sure everything runs smoothly..and she's been keeping the new Garden Dept looking great...And Daniel he makes sure I get help putting the heavy bags in my truck he's the only guy that doesn't go hide in the back ...We will always support this Local Store ...✌️

Don’t waste your time trying to get propane bottles filled at this location. Made two specific trips to get multiple bottles filled without success. Was informed only two individuals certified to fill and both were off at the same time preventing fill capability.

I decided to use pelletized bedding for my cat litterbox. The price here is more cheaper ($6) than the ones I buy at Sam's. Jacob (cashier) is really friendly, knowledgeable about the product and helpful. He left the cashier after I paid and offered to carry the heavy bag to my car. I will totally going back again and support the store.

These guys sold me what were supposed to be leghorn pullets and they ended up being cornish cross unsexed. How is that even possible? Now I have 4 chicks I have no interest in keeping as they won't produce enough eggs... we wanted egg producers now we have meat chickens..

Store employees are lazy. Ask for a chainsaw associate tells me the system says they have 3. But the display is the only one available. Why would I buy something out of a box with out paperwork? Don't waste your time with this company

Friendly staff and helpful. The manager is very pleasant and nice. However they typically need more people on the cash register so be prepared for a short wait. Prices are great on the majority of items, but always double check. At Father's Day I did get a high quality grill for less elsewhere. But the other day we compared washer fluid with the auto parts place and it was much cheaper here. They have a house brand of horse feed that my horses love. I will be back!

Come in the store few times a month. New manager seems knowledgeable and friendly. Was in this week and saw they had James from Alvin in the store working. He is a good addition. He was very friendly and knowledgeable over there.

I went in here at the very last second to closing recently requesting coveralls and was completely furnished by the beautiful young lady working the cash register and found myself very impressed with all she had done to assist me in my purchase. Amazing company by a long shot from failure forsure, and seems like there's always something to fiddle with and discover along their shelves. Love the place and reccomend them highly.

The personnel here are homegrown, naturally mannered and are constantly on the move getting things done. I was combing the merchandise anticipating my next purchase, when a constituent, of this establishment, was heading in my direction. Observations in this particular moment are crucially important when evaluating a newly constructed facility. This matter is only right or wrong, I always anticipate the worst and have faith it's right, now it comes down to a question of choice, which will the associate choose. This store I'm proudly to announce has GREAT customer service. This company needs to recognize the management however far up it goes, your employees immulate a superb set of standards that only speechless leadership can accomplish. I came here for an buy online pick-up in store. I walked to the customer service desk and I was the only person in line. I stood there for about 10 minutes before a lady walked out the back. Shelly and she was doing a million things while most of the other employees stood around and looked. She is the only reason I gave 3 stars because it would’ve been 1.

Had previously given five stars, but they have hired a cashier named Haily and she is gonna mess up every transaction and have to call for help. This has happened the last three times I've been in there. I complained but they don't care. I will, and i suggest anyone else just go somewhere else.

I called them on Saturday afternoon to check if they had six horse stall mats I needed for my home gym. They said they had eight left. Told them I was on my way. Then I got stuck in traffic for two hours because i45 south was closed. They held the six mats for me despite other customers attempting to buy them. Excellent customer service!!

HORRIBLE at keeping up with their stock and telling customers when items will be in. I've been here 6 times for mosquito fogger chemical. I was told come Monday afternoons after the delivery is out on the shelves. I did that and NOPE...sold out. Then I was told to come on Monday morning and someone would get it out of tbe stock room for me. NOPE...I'm here now at 9:30 and they just told me that they don't know what's on the delivery. REALLY???? On delivery paperwork, it shows what quantity was ordered and how much of that was shipped. During heavy mosquito time, if you keep selling out of a product in less than 24hrs....YOU NEED TO ORDER MORE. Poor management and communication with their customers. I know it doesn't matter to them, but I spend a lot of money in these types of stores, but they just lost my business to Amazon. I just hope they remember customers like me when they are closing stores due to Amazon or other better run businesses. I love to support local businesses in town, except when they can't get their act together on a simple item.

Employees have attitudes we walk in the guy at the counter looks at us and watches us walk by not saying a word, he was not busy he was sitting on the checkout counter.When we checked out new guy there but still I don't really care about the customers. Hope they FIX that problem
