Arrived at 9:45am for a 11am live unload appointment. Gave Bols to receiving and received a door around 10:15am. Got a call at 10:45am to pick up Bols and grab mty. I was shocked 😲. Everyone was friendly. Write down delivery number, trailer number and truck number on Bols before walking to guard shack. 👍👍

I'm not sure what happened but I sat there waiting for almost 3 hours. Come to find out, my trailer had been empty since the first hour I was there. They made me sit 2 extra hours without buzzing the buzzer they give drivers.

Sam's DC uses Wal-Mart Truck gate entrance. When you check in you will drive around Wal-Mart building and proceed to the Sam's area building. On the 500 numeration docks go all the way to the end of the building.Not that fast as people comment here on the reviews, it's normal process 2hr or 4hrs It may be extremely fast for those who haul or work on a dedicated route. Check.

Young man, yard jockey, so very polite, friendly and very helpful. Had never been here, did not get any direction from the front gate. This young man showed we where to check in and informed me of a driver's lounge. Guardshack guys need to give a little more info.

Fast unload for SAMS… took about 1:15. Only problem was the yard dog moves your trailer and parks it without shutting the doors and I still had product for 2 other locations. Luckily I caught sight of where the trailer was placed and quickly shut them myself. If I hadn’t been parked where I was, it would have been open for 25mins.

GPS takes you to the wrong entrance; the correct entrance is not clearly marked. Nice people at guard shack. Typical [Walmart] 2-4 hrs unload.

I would deliver here everyday of week! Go in Walmart entrance off Lois Dr. Far right lane OTR. Sam’s Club next lane go all the way around Traffic window fold are so nice and awesome!! As far as people complaining about sticker on trailer. It’s on driver side of trailer barely on. He pulls it off when you leave no biggie. If you have another stop tell traffic they will come out and put orange seal on. Great place.!!!!

Everyone that I interacted with was very nice. Fast unloading. You have to unhook from your trailer and they will give you a buzzer to come get your paperwork when they are done.

I delivered to Sam's. Use Wal-Mart entrance. Stay in either of 2 right lanes to guard shack. They wanted to put a sticker on my trailer, I refused and he said no problem. Follow directions around Wal-Mart building to the Sam's building. Drop trailer in dock, unhook, drive around side to bobtail parking, walk Bol's to office, they'll call or give you a buzzer. No lumper fees. Business as it should be!NOTE: If you have more product on trailer, they'll give you a seal to put on. If it's not on your trailer, the guard shack will make you go back.

For some reason the broker said my appointment was set by 7:30 am, I was one hour in the line from the street to the guard shack, when finally arrive one of lady's told me the appointment was set by 7:30 pm and gave me the phone number of the warehouse. I did called looking to reschedule earlier but things gone worst, they told me was full for the day and will not take my load till next day at 6:00 am. After you back in the given door must drop off your trailer and go park in the designated bobtail parking area, go to the office by the 500 door and give them the paperwork, they will give you a kind of alarm device to let you know when you're trailer it's ready. In the othe ther hand the staff was friendly at the check in/receiving office and got me unloaded within one and a half hour!!

This is also a Walmart Distribution Center and Sam's Distribution Center all in one. Santa's located all the way at the back. They are very quick. No overnight parking

Go in thru Walmart entrance on first Lois Rd. Check in at gate. they will give you a map to navigate thru loading area to get back to Sams area. The checkin office is plainly visible once you drive thru and there are bathroom and vending machines. In and out in less than 2 hours. No overnight parking.

So I thought like most of Sam's DC's.. I was about to get turned around because I was 3 hours late.. Nope, they didn't even mention it to me . Gave a door upon entry and was out of there in about 3 hours.. which I can't complain.. very friendly people.. Good Job Sanger Tx

1st time here. I go out my way to avoid Walmarts freight for reasons I think were all aware of. However this warehouse was pleasantly different.Appt was for 0930. Arrived at 0845. 13 pallets delivered and out the gate with p/w in hand by 1100. Gaurds & shipping/recieving personal were respectful and polite.No overnight parking.Indoor Bathrooms available.Closet truckstops are a T/A and Loves at I-35 exit 471. Both approximately 5 miles away.

Talk about the slowest check in ever!!!! This is the worst wal mart DC I have ever been to, to get checked in. They need to get a new grew at tye gate and put these lazy people out of a job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of the better SAMS AND WALMART dc's in North Texas. Location is nice. Truck stops less than 10mi away. Adequate room to dock. However no on site parking. Check in 30min prior. Staging are beside shipping offices. Check in process is pretty efficient and staff morale is high across the board. Yard Dogs are respectful and helpful if you need any assistance. Receiving clerks are also decent. Uh, must wear your masks at all times. They have bathroom and snack machine and soda machines. About a 2 hour loading/unloading product. Depends on the product. Depends on how many, how much, ect ect... 5star location... the share location with Walmart DC too. Sanger TX. Just north of Denton TX...

Is a bit confusing to find. Got up to the guard shack and was in the middle lane. Guy comes out and said to move to the left lane which I already knew it was for the Walmart trucks so I thought they were just trying to move us through quicker. As soon as I backed up some ahole came out screaming at me asking me if I knew how to read. Then proceeded to berate me, then I told him I was told to go into the left lane but kept yelling and screaming at me, told me I ran a stop sign which is a lie too. I proceeded to tell him look that other guy told me to go here. After he screamed some more and talked down to me he said if I don't like it I can leave. I told him I'm contacting my company and his manager. The other guy finally came out and was pretty cool but lied also and said oh oh I said the right lane. Then hurried me out. I will be contacting Walmart about behavioral conduct.
